Why people are permanent ban and IP ban at same time on this website?

Let's see where to start:

 

1. You have been blatantly copy and pasting other user's works near verbatim as your own work. This is not acceptable behavior. 

 

2. You were banned for having near identical posting habits to members who were punished for essentially the same thing you have done. Using an alternate account to evade forum punishment will result in a harsher ban (that being an IP one for severe offenses).
