So there you have it. Anyone wanna review or make suggestions, plz feel free. I would appreciate feedback. PS. I know this is not meta-game worthy. I would like to make it, so that's why I posted it here.

But that being said, it does appear that you're trying to run a generally pure Invoked deck, but the searchers don't help you any. Also recall that the Hex-Sealed Fusions cannot replace Aleister for Fusions because the other material is not specific. So yeah...how often are you summoning stuff without bricking? (Also if this is for RL; presuming yes, and if there are any budget constraints)

 

Some stuff that I can recommend right now:

• Run max. Terraforming because you really want to get Aleister quickly to set up the Fusions.
• Remove the Trap Cards except for Call of the Haunted. Similar to what I mentioned for the AGM Deck challenges, OG Mirror Force and Metal Reflect generally suck, and Magic Cylinder is meh right now. If you really want to use a Mirror Force trap, using Quaking. 
• Reformat the monster lineup because all it does is just provide you the materials to use any of the Invoked monsters, in which case, you should be using the opponent's stuff for it via Invocation.
• Remove the other Numbers except standard 39 (and replace C39 with S39; only reason you even bother with Utopia is to make Lightning).

Well, I could care less about price since I play online. But yeah, my deck sucked compared to that one. Thx for the suggestion.

How are you summoning stardust and scarlight? the decklist ony list glass and ice bell which lead  into a lvl 7 synchro, i asume you missed the snow bell but if thats the case, not including crystal wing is something you may regret, i mean the goal of windwitches is to make and indestructible crystal wing 95% of the times.

And if budget isnt a problem because you re playing it online you should at least include more effective traps (solemns, D. barriers and stuff).

I use Glass Bell and any Level 4 monster in my deck to summon the Stardust or Scarlight. I admit the plan was quite faulty, but that's why i asked for suggestions

not good enough considering the only way you could get that is via goblindberg, outside of that you wil have to wait for a turn and i doubt your opponent will allow you to let glass bell live or the non tuner for the matter. You could also ake room for clear wing, could be an alternative monster wth ice bell, caouse using them just to end with winter bell is really mediocre and a waste IMO.
