DADs Downfall?

Recommended Posts

The latest shonen jump has been and gone and DAD has fallen from its perch. A gladiator beast deck has won. Is this just a blip in DADs record or is it something bigger. I believe that the main reason DAD hasnt been so successful this time around is due to Crush Card Virus as most pro players can now easily get one. Discuss.

yhea why do ppl always talk about sjc

as opposed to the worl championships

also is that held via wifi ds :S as there is nothing on the wiki after 2004 or somthing

back on topic

my friends ALMOST beat a good dad deck with his bes deck :S lol he dad guy had 25lp left

also if gladbeast decks run anything asides from beastari murmilo laquari and secutor it will probably fail

12 out of 16 decks in the finals were DAD decks. As I said, Gladiator Beasts sacked and may have won, but DAD still dominated.

Again, with any luck, Shadowpriestess FTK will be DAD's next real threat (I've given up on DDT and Explosion; I was hoping they would become consistent once they worked out their quirks, but so far they've failed).

LP means absolutely nothing. If I played Solemn, Premature, Brain Control, and D-fusion for game, it would've been a completely one-sided duel, while the LP dictates otherwise.

the pont im making is because he lucked out and drew rfdd

he was on top on the game for soo long

also

he had won a round already against him so XP

Good DAD decks don't need to luck out to draw RftDD; they have so much draw power that they will always do so.

If the game lasted that long' date=' the DAD deck wasn't a good DAD deck.

Where was this, locals?

Gladiator Beasts sacked. Once Chariot arrives' date=' however, they may not need sacking to win.

However, I'd be more worried about Shadowpriestess FTK.

I run that and Personally ......this is the only possible way I can beat DAD.....I even tried with DDT..but failed..!!

DDT with DAD is the way to go. Priestess FTK is stacked.

Bolded for emphasis and accuracy. Everyone else says I'm just hating and whatever but I play tested with that crap. It is not even as close to being as cosistent as Kaiba's was (no Broww with Dark World Dealings in hand everytime stuff like that)

Drew a lot of hands that didn't allow the engine to start going.
