Darj
Virtual WorldField SpellAll monsters on the field and in every GY become Cyberse monsters. Neither player can Link Summon monsters, except Cyberse monsters. It's pretty much a Cyberse counterpart of Zombie World so I can't say it's that creative. It's intended to work with the recently revealed "Cynet Refresh", while doubling as an anti-Link Summon floodgate, but it won't stop decent Links such as Decode Talker from being Link Summoned. Dokutah
i get the idea behind it and based on what konami did so far by non-nonchalantly making many if not most good link monster cyverse (even in archetype that at it base is even non-cyverse) it seems fine. but personally i think it still quite too punishing for my taste. since now we all decks is hinge so much on link summon i don't think it should completely stop non-cyverse links (not saying that no normal on zombie world is less to worry about) probably like a hefty punishment for summoning one? like "1000 damage each time non-cyverse its summoned" or sort
Darj
You are right, regardless of their relevance, Link-centric decks are more common than Tribute Summon-centric decks already, and it's not cool to hard-counter them with a card like this, either. But punishing with just a 1000 LP burn is kind of meh. I'm leaning towards only locking non-Cyberse Link Summons on the MM Zones, so decks can still start with their non-Cyberse Links.
