DARK/Dragon-Type Fusion Effect Monster/Level 7/2400 ATK/2000 DEF

Lore:"Red-Eyes B. Dragon" + 1 Beast-Warrior monster
When a "Red-Eyes" monster you control battles: This card gains 400 ATK, until the end of the next turn. Your opponent must Tribute 1 monster to declare an attack on a "Red-Eyes" monster you control. Once per turn, during your opponent's turn, if this is the only Fusion Summoned card you control: You can Tribute 1 monster; Special Summon 1 "Red-Eyes" monster with 2400 or less ATK from your hand or Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions (this is a Quick Effect). It gains 400 ATK and DEF, also if it is a Gemini monster, it is treated as an Effect Monster and gains its effects.

And now for a message from Red-Eyes Rabid Dragon's estranged father, as well as his founding fan in a forum. Apparently it's "I lived, b****" for some reason.

Anyways, review, revelry, you know the drill, let's get to spelunking. (see its cool because it contains two of my signoff messages that means its not a retread or so I hope)

BDS, signing off.

Your joke ceased to impress me. All that aside, this is a much better support for Red-Eyes in comparison to the Panther. As a former Red-Eyes player myself, one of the big issues I found is that while you get some pretty big monsters off of Red Eyes Fusion, none of them really have an impressive field presence once it comes to the opponent's turn. Black Comet is better about this, but it doesn't do anything after it hits the field until it leaves the field. I would have preferred a higher ATK stat over the strange increase, but I'll take it, and the attack restriction is quite threatening alongside the Dragon Spirit of White esque effect. The fact that it makes Geminis summoned by this effect monsters even better, so if you use it on the end of your opponent's turn, they get screwed by Black Flare, and summoning Meteor off of this isn't terrible. This strangely also lets you summon Red Eyes Darkness Dragon, which while I don't think will ever be done is a nice meme in of itself. As for mats, I would be worried about this post Zoo, but while the party is around, I certainly would celebrate by running them with Red-Eyes, and it even lets them play the best Deck in the game while being able to defend against it as well. Overall, a much better support that has a bit of a time bomb in the form of the banlist, but nonetheless is quite awesome and IMO is much closer to the Fusion the Deck truly deserves.

DARK - Level 7 - Dragon/Fusion/Effect - 2400 ATK/2000 DEF

"Red-Eyes B. Dragon" + 1 Beast-Warrior monster

Looks kinda like Tyrant Dragon (Don't know if all the Tribute effects are because of that)

  • Cool 1. effect. You get a buff by attacking in a different order, which just leads to more decision-making. Nice.
  • 2. effect is hilarious, although this is good against any Deck. It also screws any boss monster Decks, whic is pretty interesting.
  • <instert Red Eyes Darkness Dragon here> but seriously no Red Eyes Metal or Darkness Metal Dragon? Sadness.
  • Gemini support? Alright.

Pretty cool. I'm guessing your Panther Warrior is going to be the other Fusion Material (they should totally make a Red-Eyes Panther Warrior, if not just copy/paste yours). The card itself does a lot to screw with your opponent, whether bringing out a card no one has seen in the last decade or having them go -1 each time they attack just for you to negate it with Kunai with Chain.
