Babymon
Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. If you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. You take no battle damage from attacks involving this Attack Position card. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the opponent's monster. During your Standby Phase: Shuffle this card into the Deck. Can this card be released as is?
~ P O L A R I S ~
No, it has a "This card is not an official print." disclaimer where its passcode should be and JP in the Set ID on an english card. Other than that, I don't see why not. It has the same weakness to non-destroying removal as other Timelords and if your opponent has any really massive monsters and didn't kill you with them it's fair game to have their ATK reflected as damage, as with Magic Cylinder.
