Atypical-Abbie
There isn't a whole lot to say about this, it simply allows you to keep making plays, putting monsters in the GY and getting more Link Monsters out and what not. Its effect may prove to be a life saver every now and then, though it will probably fall the the wayside down the road as Links become more and more generic. The Highlander
Basicly a free atk reduction while link laddering, sadly requires effect monsters ... not much else to say to be quite honest.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
At the very least, Link 2 got another generic toy to make that doesn't have a marker helping the opponent while in the EMZ [which Akashic / Code Talker both do]. But yeah, it's just here to open a linked zone to summon stuff / ladder. Effect on its own isn't impressive, but suppose you can soften up an opposing boss before you ladder into yours (if needed). ~~~~
It's a Link Monster that points down, doesn't point up and can use Effect Monsters. That's a first afaik, giving this card a niche, at least until we get something better.
Darj
Really with it was a Quick Effect for the off chance you want, or have to leave it on the board.I don't have anything else to add that wasn't already pointed out in the thread. notcleverusername
With the exception of achieving mutual links with an Extra Zone or very niche beatstick applications (eg Cyberse Accelerator buffing it to 3.8k so it can take down Towers-likes), p sure this card outclasses Code Talker, and Code Talker isn't even printed yetI guess there's benefit in leaving Code Talker around for minor protection but that seems Excessively Mediocre©
Premier Alexander Romanov
This is pretty good for a Link 2 for laddering, and I'm thinking on running one in my Crawlers, since they not only could use it to go to Decode or Borreload, but it also helps the Crawlers with something they have trouble with: getting over very large monsters.
