An Xyz Monster whose original Type is Beast-Warrior and has this card as material gains this effect.
● When your opponent activates a Trap Card or effect that targets this card (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the activation.

 

Can you activate in response to ANY Trap Card or only a Trap Card that targets your monster?

An Xyz Monster whose original Type is Beast-Warriorand has this card as Xyz Material gains this effect.

● During either player's turn, when your opponent activates a Spell Card or effect that targets this card: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the activation.

 

Can you activate in response to ANY Spell Card or only a Spell Card that targets your monster?

There's a rulings thread for this, but they both say 'that targets this card', so you can only activate it in response to traps/spells that target the relevant monster.

It clearly says spells /traps that target the monster. If you are wondering because of the "or effect" part it means it can also negate spells and traps that are not activated form hand, but it s still tied to the same condition. The Xyz in theory can negate spells or traps that do more than 1 thing as long as they target the monster, ot doesnt matter what else they do. But the cannot negate any spell or trap just because.

 

Its worded that way to save space text but it negates:

• Spell cards that target it
• Spell effects (activates when already face up on the field, from GY, etc) that target it
• Trap cards that target it
• Trap effects (activates when already face up on the field, from GY, etc) that target it

As well as their effects that do so.
