Mega Staraptor

Normal/Flying

Height: 34'05"

Weight: 1500 lbs

Description: Based in the mighty Roc, Mega Staraptor grows to inconceivable size, becoming more agile and deadly. Pirates were the first to unlock the powers of this Mega Pokemon, and as such used it to plunder ships by picking them up in just one of the bird's talons.

Base Stat Total

85

120 + 30 = 150

70 + 30 = 100

50

60

100 + 40 = 140

Total: 485 + 100 = 585

Ability: Rock Head.

Basically, this thing is now a sweeper's sweeper. Huge attack and speed stats, plus Rock Head means no more recoil from Brave Bird (and I guess take down). Fast enough to take down many speedy threats, etc etc. This would be pretty fun.

Next: Make a split evolution for any non-Dragon Pokemon, but the new evolution is part Dragon-type.

[spoiler=Gyaragon]

Gyaragon
Water | Dragon
Atrocious Pokemon
Evolution of Magikarp
Evolves when Magikarp levels up in a certain location in every region (e.g. Dragon's Den in Johto, "Bagon room" in Hoenn's Meteor Falls).
Base stats: 540
Stat spread:
100/120/100/60/79/81
Appearance: Like Gyarados but without the crests on the head, smaller fins, anything that makes it look less like it can levitate/"fly".

Abilities:
Stakeout | Intimidate
Hidden: Multiscale

Notable & Flavor moves:

Same movepool as Magikarp.
Movepool is similar Gyarados as well, but a few differences here and there.

Aqua Tail
Surf
Waterfall
Scald
Liquidation
Hydro Pump
Dragon Breath
Dragon Rage
Outrage
Dragon Tail
Dragon Hammer
Dragon Pulse
Twister

Ice Fang
Ice Beam
Blizzard
Flamethrower
Fire Blast
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Iron Head
Iron Tail
Trash
Uproar
Hidden Power
Return

Rain Dance
Dragon Dance
Swords Dance
Taunt
Roar
Rest
Substitute
Protect
Toxic

Role:
Bulky sweeper. Performs too similar to regular Gyarados but the Water/Dragon typing gives it a different niche. Also it changes some stats around, more noticeably swapping Def with Sp.Def.

Pokemon based on an aquatic animal or plant but is not Water type. E.g. Crabominable, Dragalge, Nihilego?

Spoilux

Poison/Electric

8"

10 lbs.

Levitate/Magic Guard (Unaware)

90/75/108/35/100/66

No prizes for guessing how you're supposed to use this one. It's a wall with peculiar defensive properties, with a weird attack stat that, while not worth actual EV investment, is worth taking on a physical move for- specifically, its signature move, Trashlight, an Electric-Type Rapid Spin clone that also recovers HP.

However, you're never going to guess what it's based on- bioluminescent shrimp, the kinds that scavenge from whale carcasses and such on the sea floor.

This goes into design notes, but basically I was plugging random words into a Japanese translator (as you do), and noticed that both "Rotten" and "Glowing" had part of the kanji for "shrimp". So, in Japanese, it'd surely be a triple pun, but I couldn't think of a good English name. The Poison typing comes from the fact that this shrimp both eats trash and resembles rotten shrimp, with a faded greenish-gray color outside its glowing blue markings.

Whatever it is, make it Bug/Dark.

[spoiler=Drainulex]

Drainulex (drain + culex, a mosquito genus)
Bug | Dark
Life drainer Pokemon
Base stats: 485
Stat spread:
55/94/78/62/65/131

Appearance: A mosquito themed Pokemon. Around the size of RIbombee, so nothing big like Buzzwole.

Abilities:
Swarm | Infiltrator
Hidden:
Drainer: Gains 50% more HP from draining and healing moves, as well as gradual recovery moves (e.g. Ingrain, Aqua Ring), than otherwise it would. Also it gains HP equal to 50% the damage inflicted by the gradual damaging effect of binding moves.

Notable & Flavor moves:
Leech Life
Infestation
Fell Stinger
U-Turn
Twineedle
Bug Bite
Sucker Punch
Foul Play
Knock-Off
Night Slash
Pursuit

Poison Jab
Aerial Ace
Acrobatics
Hidden Power
Return

Drain Bug
Type: Bug
Category: Status
Power: --
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
A variant of Leech Seed. Sends a bug on the target that latches on it and damages for 1/8 of its HP every turn. If the target faints or is switched out, the bug "returns" and heals the current Pokemon by an HP equal to half the accumulated damage by this move. Rapid Spin can remove the effects of this move, and in that case there won't be any HP recovery. Bug-type Pokemon cannot be affected by this move.

Swords Dance
Agility
Baton Pass
Sticky Web
Taunt
Switcheroo
Topsy Turvy
Roost
Tailwind
Stun Spore
Strength Sap
Wish
Rest
Substitute
Protect
Toxic

Role:
Support. An odd Pokemon that is somewhere in between of Ninjask and Whimsicott. Its Dark type gives it access to disruptive moves like Knock-Off, Foul Play, Topsy Turvy, Switcheroo. It has average bulk, and yet it is designed to stay alive through recovery moves, including its variant of Leech Seed, as well as Infestation boosted by the Drainer ability. Its low base HP can actually work to its advantage through Substitute, since it will require less HP to make the move live. Moreover, it has other interesting support options in its toolkit, such as Sticky Web, Strength Sap, Tailwind.

94/131 physical offenses plus Swords Dance gives it a shot at offense builds and deliver strong Leech Life to keep itself healthier, and punish with Pursuit.

Name: Polbelbee
Pollen Carrier Pokémon
Type: Bug/Flying
HP 95
ATK 110
DEF 55
SP. ATK 50
SP. DEF 40
SPE 116
BST 466

Abillities: Compound Eyes
Effect Spore
Hay Fever
An abillity that turns Spore and Powder moves into 60 BP physical moves (that hit 1 target in doubles) all while keeping their effects.

Notable Moves:
Sleep Powder
Stun Spore
Rage Powder
Poison Powder
Roost
Tailwind
Toxic Spikes
Swords Dance
X-Scissor
Pin Missle
U-turn
Acrobatics
Twin Needle
Aerial Ace

Design/Looks
A fat Bumblebee with relatively tiny limbs entirely covered in pollen. A hooked needle in the palm of each hand and way too tiny wings.

Role:
A support/offensive set would most likely be run as Sleep Powder with damage is pretty good. Especially when that also means a free SD/Toxic Spikes or Tailwind.

Next: A Pokémon. Because no-one wanted to bite with my previous suggestions.

Edited the suggestion for the next one to be more even more free.

I had the idea of the blanket Pokemon in my head since you posted the prompt, and I just finished with establishing it:

[spoiler=Cozyquilt]

Cozyquilt
Fairy | Ground
Base stats: 500
Stat spread:
HP: 80
Atk: 75
Def: 120
Sp.Atk: 80
Sp.Def: 115
Spe: 30

Appearance & description:

Basically is sentient blanket, and behaves as if someone or something was under a blanket at all times, like the typical ghosts. However, this is not a ghost that only lurks in the dark, as it can be found on open fields and in daylight, showing that is more of a Fairy Pokemon than a Ghost one. It has 2 dark spots as eyes. A peculiarity of it is that it only moves around while it is on a surface: if one were to lift or hang the blanket, it becomes mostly immobile and nothing is found underneath, except for some signs of digging on the spot, and it will become active again once the the blanket makes contacts with the ground again. However, if the blanket is left hanging for too long, it will eventually struggle and try to drag istelf into any available surface, revealing that the blanket itself is the Pokemon. Another trait is that the blanket is incredibly soft, inviting Pokemon to approach and fall asleep or rest over it, something it has no problems with and actually it seems to enjoy the company. Like Vivillon, is has different patterns depending on the world location, some having classic patterns like a white and red stripes picnic blanket.

Abilities:
Soothing - 30% if causing sleep when hit by a contact move
Fluffy
Hidden:
Sweet Dreams - If the Pokemon and/or its allies are under Sleep status, they recover 1/8 of their max HP every turn, also their Sp.Def is doubled.

Notable & flavor moves:
Moonblast
Play Rough
Dazzling Gleam
Earth Power
Earthquake
Magnitude

Sand Tomb

Rock Tomb
Dream Eater
Grass Knot
Charge Beam
Psychic

Bind
Snore
Hidden Power

Yawn

Substitute

Stockpile

Snooze Time
Type: Fairy
Category: Status
Power: --
Accuracy: --
PP: 10
Basically a combination of Yawn + Block. It entraps the Pokemon and induces Sleep status at the end of the next turn.

Role:
Support and wall. It may not have too many resistances, but 2 immunities are welcomed. Also the Ground type should scare Steel, Poison and Fire Pokemon that threat it. With balanced defenses overall, it can be built both for Def and Sp.Def, and comes with 2 abilities to support either. Fluffy for Def is straightforward, while the Sweet Dreams ability is more tricky to use, fit better for Rest builds and a bit intended for double/triple/etc. battles. Depending on the setup move of choice, Bulk Up or Calm Mind, it can enhance its Atk or Sp.Atk to better scare those Steels, Fires and Poisons, or even get a shot at sweeping. Alternatively, it dedicate to support and disruption with Spikes, Screens, Lovely Kiss and its introduced move.

Next:

A Pokemon with an ability that activates one of the underused field-based moves that last 4+ turns when it is switched in. For example, Mud Sport, Water Sport, Wonder Room, Magic Room, Gravity. Avoid Trick Room, Sticky Web, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Tailwind, the Terrains.

Finchakram

Steel/Flying

2'2"

40 lbs.

Playful (While a "Sport" move is active, this Pokémon and its allies regain HP equal to half the damage they took from attacks at the end of the turn. [This counts recoil from moves they used, chip damage from Rough Skin, Iron Barbs, or the Rocky Helmet, but damage from weather, status effects, entry hazards, and things like the Life Orb or danaging Abilities not triggered by contact are exempted] "Sport" moves gain +1 priority, and the maximum number of turns they can last is doubled.)

100/80/100/80/100/40

Hello, Mr. Wall. Are you enjoying yourself?

In doubles, pairing it with Drainulex from the previous page makes for scarily good HP recovery suited best for a lower tier, but that can occasionally surprise an unprepared opponent. Note that, with Fire-Type moves having their effectiveness cut in half with Water Sport and Electric-Type moves being dampened by Mud Sport, having both up results in, at best, neutral damage from all non-STAB sources, and quite a few noteworthy pairings for doubles play.

With dual 80s in both attacking stats, it's not likely to be atracking much, but please note the new Flying-Type Gust Sport, a relatively weak (15 BP) binding move that dampens Rock-Type moves and continuously dispels entry hazards while active. It lasts a maximum of 3 turns normally, but that becomes up to 6 turns of no Stealth Rocks, Spikes, or the like if used by this little bird.

Make a Pokémon with an ability that benefits from multi-turn moves (Fly, Dig, Bounce, Solar Beam, etc.)

Huh, the request was basically make a Terrain Surge/Drizzle for any of those moves, instead you went for a gimmick. I don't get why a Flying type Sport would weaken the Rock type when thematically the Sport moves work the other way around: they weaken the Type they are effective against. Not to mention the rest of the effects. It may as well its own type of move instead of a Sport move.

Anyway:

[spoiler=Burrocrax]

Burrocrax (burrow + crax, the genus of curassows)
Ground | Flying
Base stats: 505
Stat spread:
72/117/70/50/78/118

Appearance & description:
Based on a curassow. Like Unfenzant, the males have a different appearance than females, the former having facial ornamentation, black with a white belly, and yellow bill, while the former is gray and brown. Their shiny coloration have more bright colors, akin to a tropical bird. Flavor-wise they are fast Pokemon, capable of flying. One of their most prominent feats is diving straight into the ground from above and burrow themselves on the spot to escape from danger, or emerge to catch their prey from below.

Abilities:
Tough Claws | Sand Rush
Hidden:
Overcharge - The power of moves that charge for 1 turn, except Sky Drop, is doubled, also they can hit through protection moves (e.g. Detect, Protect), but with halved damage, and the Pokemon is still affected by their effects (e.g. takes damage from Spiky Shield, is poisoned by Baneful Bunker).

Notable & flavor moves:
Fly
Bounce
Aerial Ace
Acrobatics
Drill Peck
Sky Drop
Sky Attack
Dig
Drill Run
Earthquake

Rock Slide/Stone Edge
Razor Wind
Skull Bash
Solar Blade
Steel Wing
U-Turn
Night Slash
Quick Attack
Return/Frustration
Hidden Power

Tailwind

Agility

Taunt
Swords Dance
Feather Dance
Stealth Rock
Spikes
Roost
Rest
Sleep Talk
Wish
Rest
Substitute
Protect
Toxic
Stockpile

Role:
Physical sweeper. Going for a Power Herb ability would have been too straightforward so I decided to go for a different approach: compensate the charge turn with double damage, comparable to using the move twice in 2 turns. Not to mention it lets the Pokemon play with the semi-invulnerable states of Dig, Fly, etc. However, this enables a risky strategy: Power Herb --> Single-use 280 BP Sky Attack. Pretty much a Z-attack on crack, or a Flying Explosion that doesn't faint, and really, this should be main reason to run this Pokemon. Moreover, its Ground typing not only gives it flavorful access to Dig, also it conveniently hits with super effective damage the types that resist Flying attacks. If not going for the single-use Sky Attack, then it should still be decent with Tough Claws, which will boost moves like Drill Run, Drill Peck.

Next:

A Pokemon that introduces a field or hazard move, or an ability that activates said move, that involves weight, with the intention of making things like Light Metal, Autonomize and Float Stone or, Heavy Metal and Iron Ball, more relevant.

I was just thinking of it from a highly literal standpoint. Playing in water will make it harder for you to be hurt by fire, playing down in the mud will make you less likely to get struck by lightning and insulate you, but playing with wind is likely going to have a bit more in the way of consequences. Also, I was caught between it dampening Rock or Grass moves; I suppose Grass would probably be more thematically appropriate.

Stegosten

Rock/Steel

6'10"

2,345 lbs.

Sturdy / Solid Rock (Iron Barbs)

100/95/130/30/90/70

Your standard wall at first glance, with a decent physical attack to get some solid damage in. What's the big deal?

The big deal, my friends, is a moonfe that you can't exactly call a signature move (all of its breeding partners can get it if you do breed this thing with them), but it can claim to be the only Pokémon to learn it by level-up: Collossal Room, which gives the heaviest Pokémon out +1 priority and a Leftovers heal at the end of every turn, and gives the lightest Pokémon out -1 priority, for 3-5 turns. That means that, if this thing uses it, it's probably going to be frequently going first, and it doesn't even need to hold its own Leftovers if you would rather it have something different (although slapping one on recovers 1/8 of your maximum HP each turn, which is utterly sickening)!

Generally, chip damage isn't going to work, and you're going to need to send in a nuclear-level Fighting or Ground pick with the biggest STAB move you can slap on it, that can survive whatever this thing throws at it, to break this wall before it just slaps its way through a team with Iron Head.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Make an evolution for a Gen 1/2 Pokémon that has just consistently struggled outside its debut game (or even in it).

Noteworthy candidates include Farfetch'd, Seaking, Jynx, Sunflora, and Magcargo.

[spoiler=Ledymach]

Ledymach
Bug | Fight
Base stats: 490
Stat spread:
60/95/54/55/115/111

Evolves from Ledian when leveled up while knowing Agility.

Appearance & description:
Evolution of Ledian. It would look like a bit more armored Ledian, and have a stronger theme on speed and punching.

Abilities:
Levitate
Hidden:
Iron Fist

Same moves as Ledian, notably:
Mach Punch
Brick Break
Bug Bite
U-Turn
Infestation
Drain Punch
Focus Punch
Power-Up Punch
Counter

Ice/Thunder Punch
Acrobatics
Aerial Ace
Knock Off

Dizzy Punch

Comet Punch
Double-Edge
Return
Hidden Power

Agility
Swords Dance
Tailwind

Roost
Reflect
Light Screen
Encore
Tailwind
Rest
Substitute
Protect
Toxic
Stockpile

In addition to moves like:
Lunge
First Impression
Dynamic Punch

Sky Uppercut
Meteor Mash

Sticky Web

Role:
Physical sweeper, support. Although the stats make a disservice to Sp.Atk being the second highest stat of the Ledyba line, IMO its for a better good. A higher Atk capitalizes on Iron Fist and the kind-of punching theme this Pokemon line already has, considering Ledian can have Iron Fist and can learn a handful of punching moves. It forsakes the more common Bug/Flying type for a more niche Bug/Fight type, shared with Heracross, Pheromosa and Buzzwole, although it's more comparable to Heracross due to the BST. And even then, this offers something different to Heracross because of the stat spread and movepool. Levitate is a nod to its former Flying type but, really, you should be leaning towards taking advantage of Iron Fist and the higher Atk; as a Bug it is resistant to Ground, anyway. Then again, Levitate would protect from Spikes and other field effects, so it still offers a niche. The high Sp.Def is to preserve Ledian's high Sp.Def and to give it better chances of switching into a resisted special attack and proceed to set up or attack.

Mycenicle

Ice/Poison

1'4"

18 lbs.

Eternal Spores (If the opposing Pokémon is frozen, poisoned, asleep, or under the effects of a residual damage move, any super-effective damage this Pokémon takes is not very effective, instead.)

105/10/105/75/110/120

When the best your enemies can do is neutral damage, and they're probably under the effects of Leech Seed or Spore, even a wall with a terrible typing can beat your enemies; it's even equipped to deal with both dragons and fairies!

Yeah, this monstrosity's basic strategy is to outspeed anything (possibly with Tailwind support in doubles, but good luck walling anything there), quickly spread status, and then sit parked for the rest of the match. Ideally, the status you spread is gonna be sleep or poison, but the decent Special Attack makes using a move like Blizzard an option, in case you want to use this thing on a Hail team. You're also probably carrying Leech Seed, to make it even harder to take down . . . but those four particular moves do not a moveset make. In fact, one important thing was left out in that rundown: a trapping, damaging move, like Fire Spin or Sand Tomb, will guarantee that no matter what items or Abilities your foe has, Mycenicle is taking down at least one foe. It doesn't have access to either of those, but with an Ice-type equivalent in Driving Snow, you can utterly humiliate a Garchomp or Salamence by chipping it to death and using a Leech Seed/Leftovers combo to be constantly shaking off damage.

However, all Steel-Type attackers like Metagross and Bisharp basically just shut down a Mycenicle by being completely able to out-wall it due to resisting both its STABs, and dealing consistent damage with even neutral effectiveness.

Dex entry:

Alone or in small groups, Mycenicle are completely harmless, if admittedly uncomfortable with new people or Pokémon. However, in large groups, their extreme xenophobia has led to them turning, then freezing the rudders of large passenger ships near their cold homes. While just trying to send the boats away, they often by complete accident send these ships straight in the direction of Jellicent waters.

They're based on a mix of the genus mycena, which is pudgy bioluminescent mushrooms, algae blooms, and ice floes . . . creating this eerie greenish mushroom hat sitting on a little five-legged "body" made of clear ice. When it faints in battle, it gets tipped over and you can see the creepy eyes and mouth on the underside.

Make a two-headed snake Pokémon (this is a rare phenomenon that actually occurs in nature, but I'm really curious that you could do with the idea).

Ghost: Spirit Shackle | Night Shade | Destiny Bond
Dark: Sucker Punch | Snarl | Topsy-Turvy
Grass: Leaf Blade | Leaf Storm | Leech Seed
Rock: Head Smash | Power Gem | Stealth Rock

Role:
Coil sweeper. Has bulk and decent base Atk to setup Coil, and its base Sp.Def should allow it to endure a couple of special hits. Dragon/Fire typing is surprisingly defensive, with only 3 weaknesses. Not to mention the insane movepool it has due to its alternate-form trait. Depending on the form it has, it can perform different roles. For instance, Ice, Water, Electric and Grass allow it to hit physically defensive foes harder with the 110 base-power special attacks, Poison and Rock offer hard-hitting physical attacks, while Psychic, Dark and Ghost offer utility moves. Moreover, it can also play a bit like Porygon Z with its Z-Conversion build. Shed Skin can keep it safer from statuses, White Smoke preserves its stat boosts, while Adaptability increases its offensive power.

May need some movepool adjustments but that's its general concept.

Next:

Furthermore, having access to Accelerock and Shadow Sneak, both priority moves, give it a bit of revenge killing potential. Repozu

Flying

3'

4 oz.

Clear Skies [dispels the effects of weather, Rooms, and terrain when switched into battle.]/Magic Guard (Prankster)

100/105/100/50/95/80

Dex entry: Repozu live in areas where the weather is perennially pleasant, and only disappear when the weather turns for the worse. The jingling of their crystalline legs is well-known as an omen of weather disasters.

More of a gimmick than anything, but good god it's adorable; it's a teru teru bozu (the weird ghost-like dolls used to ward off bad weather) with an incredibly silly face, and dangling crystals from its body that function both as limbs and a wind chime. Its primary function in battle is typically breaking a disadvantageous battle condition, then vanishing into thin air to do it again in case your opponent actually re-sets the condition you disliked.

However, in case you want to use this thing as an even stranger gimmick, it does have a unique held item, like Pikachu's Light Ball: the Air Crystal is a 30% boost to Repozu's speed and attacking stats, but more notable is the fact that it is registered as not existing, due to how light it is. It can't be Tricked away, your opponent can't get the bonus damage off Thief, and it doesn't interfere with Acrobatics!

Special sweeper or support. Just like Sparwork is a Fire/Psychic version of Chandelure, this is a Fire/Fairy version of it who trades Sp.Atk for some speed, plus a slightly higher BST. Like Sparwork, it sports Dazzling as an ability option to stay safe from higher-priority moves that otherwise would outspeed and threat it, namely Aqua Jet and to a lesser extent Bullet Punch, taking neutral damage from it. With average defenses, Triage and support moves like Wish and Heal Bell it also can have a potential support role.

A Pokemon with Early Bird as one of its Ability options. Preferably designed or intended to take advantage of 1-turn sleeptimes from Rest.

Classowary

Steel/Flying

5'1"

215 lbs.

Early Bird/Natural Cure(Technician)

100/115/75/60/80/110

I know what you're thinking. It's a fast Skarmory, what's so cool about that? Well, for one, it's almost nothing like a Skarmory; it doesn't learn very much in the way of stalling/defensive moves, and you'd rather just run it as a sweeper anyway. Second, it has a unique move- Noble Wing, a 90% accurate 60 BP Flying variant of Power-Up Punch which, on the turn a weather, terrain, or status effect ends, becomes a double-hit move with a boosted critical hit rate. Interestingly, it has a built-in clause that halves its accuracy if used by anything but Classowary, preventing abuse by Smeargle or other such copycats.

That's right, you've got a tanky destroyer of worlds here, terrorizing anything weak to Flying and denting things that aren't, a fun and powerful gimmick in UU. It's faster than most Pokémon in general, a solid hitter, and a good addition to many a team. As mentioned above, if you picked Early Bird, you can Rest for one turn, and when it wears off in the next, hit your opponent with an excessive amount of damage. Just, uh . . . don't expect to see too many of these. It's entirely random which members of its pre-evolved form can evolve at all, and juggling that with Natures, Abilities, EVs, IVs, and this being a Level 50 evolution, it's a stupid thing to raise, and that's ignoring attempts to breed a Shiny.

Make an Electric/Dragon that isn't a Legendary.

A bit disappointed about that one. With such stats, new move and access to Technician, Early Bird is practically a filler. By the way, weather and similar effects end at the end of the turn, so I'm curious on how the move mechanics will work there: will the move be able to tell when it's the last turn of the effect and apply the bonus effects? Couldn't that clash with items/etc. that extend said effects, namely Light Clay and the Weather rocks?

[spoiler=Luminhiptere]
Luminhiptere (luminiscence + amphiptere)
Electric | Dragon
Base stats: 510
Stat spread:
82/62/80/113/92/81

Appearance & description:
An orange-yellow amphiptere with light-blub like appendages on the tip of its tail as well as through its spine. As a winged Pokemon it has access to Flying moves, while the light bulb theme gives it access to flavor light-themed moves such as Flash, Flash Cannon, and Screens. Shiny coloration makes it white-magenta.

Abilities:
Illuminate | Motor Drive
Hidden:
Hidden: Dasher: Increases the priority of moves with 55 or less Base Power by 1. (This also applies to moves that already have a priority value. For instance, moves like Aqua Jet reach a priority of +2).

Notable & flavor moves:

Charge Beam
Shock Wave
Nuzzle
Parabolic Charge
Volt Switch
Discharge
Electro Ball
Thunder Fang
Dragon Breath

Role:
Tail Glow sweeper. Electric/Dragon typing is surprisingly offensive, resisted only by combinations like Grass/Steel, Ground/Steel, Electric/Steel, Grass/Fairy and Fairy/Ground, and no official Pokemon with the latter exists yet. Therefore, this Pokemon capitalizes in raising Sp.Atk with Tail Glow, and sweeping with moves that become prioritized through the Dasher ability, namely Twister and Charge Beam, as well as Nuzzle for fast Paralysis induction, or take an Electric move and boost its speed through Motor Drive. Furthermore, it comes with a handful of support moves, namely Defog, Tailwind, Screens, Volt Switch, Thunder Wave/Nuzzle and Dragon Tail, some of which gain priority from Dasher.

P.D.

Dasher is a new name for the Wavedasher ability I previously introduced. Wanted to make a nod to wavedashing techniques in smash, but noticed the "wave" part didn't make much sense in the context of Pokemon.

Puppitider
Bug/Ghost
Ability: Illusion/Adaptability
Stage: Stage 1; can evolve

Stat Spread:
HP: Med-Low
ATK: High
DEF: Low
S. ATK: Low
S. DEF: High
SPD: Med-High

Appearance: A large spider with a paper bag over its head. It walks around on four legs while wearing puppets on its other four arms. It socializes by telling stories using the puppets.
The puppets consist of a Voltorb (as a Pokeball disguise in the overworld), a Charizard, a Lapras, and a trainer. Its shiny form has 4 different puppets.

Notable Moves:

- Elemental Punches
- Leech Life
- Play Rough
- U-Turn
- Shadow Sneak

Flavorful Moves:
- Play Nice
- Mimic
- Camouflage

Role:
As it is NFE, this Pokémon isn't normally used. Its evolution is used mostly as a revenge killer because of its surprisingly high ATK and versatility of moves (i.e. moves that reflect its puppets' types as well as its own). Illusion potentially comes into play in order to have the opponent switch in a Pokémon that is not optimal, but this ability is used less often than Adaptability for that extra oomph.

Neuromisu

Psychic

Ability - Levitate / Synchronize. Hidden Ability - Reject Pulse (In double battles, when this Pokemon's stats would be reduced by an opponent's Pokemon move/ability, the partner of the opponent's Pokemon has its stats reduced instead)

Evolutionary line Cytori -> Cellufusu -> Neuromisu

Stats - HP 95   ATK 65   DEF 110   SATK 100   SDEF 130   SPD 25   TOTAL 525

Appearance: A small white and kinda mysterious creature with four multicolored almond-shaped eyes and a X for a mouth. His arms and legs end in blue and pink neuron-like structures. The Axon works as its tail, it extends greatly, and emits small sparkles. During battles, Neuromisu can extend its legs towards its trainer. By touching the sparks with the hand, the trainer can communicate with Neuromisu and issue commands without speaking, which leads for faster reaction times and covert tactics, which are very useful since this Pokemon has very slow movements. It gets along well with Reuniclus.

Notable Moves

  • Future Sight
  • Signal Beam
  • Psycho Boost
  • Electro Ball
  • Thunder

Flavor Moves

  • Calm Mind
  • Nasty Plot
  • Connect PP=10 Psychic Type (Restores HP according to the number of non-fainted Pokemon in team. 0=1/4 ----- 5=3/4
  • Thunder Wave

Role - Better suited for double battles due to its pool of abilities, this guy is a bulky mixed wall with Connect and Calm Mind/Nasty Plot for building up shenanigans. EVs are often spread in HP/DEF + Calm Mind for max resistance.

Jemfli (Pronounced "Gem-Fly")

The Golden Eagle Pokémon

Flying-Type

Ability: Undermine (All Rock-Type moves are treated as Flying as well.)

This rare Pokémon is comprised of living jewels, and has a hollow structure that allows it to soar above the clouds. It is thought that befriending one will bring a person great wealth.

This Pokémon is not known to evolve from or into any other Pokémon.

This Pokémon has several Forms, based on where it is found, each comprised primarily of a single Jewel, with a secondary Jewel as the eyes.

  • Emerald Form  - Ruby Eyes, found in forests/grasslands
  • Ruby Form - Obsidian Eyes, found in desert areas
  • Sapphire Form - Emerald Eyes, found flying over seas/rivers
  • Obsidian Form - Sapphire Eyes, found in volcanic locations

Noteable Moves:

  • Rock Polish
  • Fly
  • Aerial Ace
  • Brave Bird
  • Sky Drop
  • Razor Wind
  • Stone Edge
  • Power Gem
  • Deadlock (20 PP, for the next 5 turns, your opponent's Pokémon is forced to use a move of the same type as Jemfli uses, or use Struggle.)

Next: give us something new - a Pokémon that can only be obtained by breeding two specific other Pokémon together.

(Future) physical wall, sweeper or wallbreaker. This Pokemon is what happens when you take Rhyperior's extensive movepool and Rock type, and Druggidon's Dragon type and gargoyle theme, and combine them into a Pokemon and throw in bigger wings for good measure. This breed is also paradoxically fast compared to its progenitors, to enhance its sweeping capabilities.

Next:
A Dark Type Pokemon that focuses on special attacks. It can be a sweeper, or a wallbreaker, up to you. Also it can have a secondary type, but you are encouraged to not overlap with existing Dark special sweepers such as Hydreigon, Houndoom, Greninja ad Hoopa.

Foilscuria

Ambush Pokemon

Evolutionary line - Shumbra -> Foilscuria

Dark / Steel

Stats - HP 70     ATK 59     DEF 100     SATK 128     SDEF 70     SPD 118     BST 545

Ability - Sturdy /  Compound Eyes         Hidden Ability - Metal Path (Removes Entry hazards just by switching in and moves the counter of Terrains by -1

Appearance: An extremely dangerous Pokemon, dweller of dark, deep cavers and volcanoes. It has a sleek, long body, with wheel-like structures under their body for speedy movements. It also has long whiskers used for both hearing and smelling, and the whiskers are so strong they can perforate even steel walls in order to climb. Thick grey sheets of a material similar to foil can be found on the sides and top of this Pokemon, light and sturdy. It can separate these sheets from the body for multiple purposes, including battle and nest building, and they grow again quickly after some time. This Pokemon is an expert of camouflaging in the dark and attack their prey with terrible and deadly speed.

Notable Moves

  • Dark Pulse
  • Flash Cannon
  • Earth Power
  • Confuse Ray
  • Air Slash
  • Memento
  • Encore
  • Focus Blast
  • Zap Cannon

Flavor Moves

  • Chaos Barrage (Variable / 100 / 15 PP / Dark / Spec) 60 Base Pwr, increases Pwr the taller the opponent is (+20 per threshold, 120 max Pwr total)
  • Silver Flicker (Same as Volt Switch, but Steel Type)
  • Grease Gear (Similar to Shift Gear, but Increases SATK and Sharply increases Spd)
  • Metal Burst
  • Nasty Plot
  • Iron Defense

Role - Pretty straightforward Pokemon. Grease Gear to set up and start the sweeping. It's hidden ability prevents you from getting screwed by Sticky Web. Silver Flicker is an excellent pivot option if you prefer it over setting up. Fast Encore is just nasty.

Next - Make a Karakasa Obake based Pokemon, Ghost/Water, yep, like Kogasa Tatara.

Foilscuria brings a new Ability and a whooping amount of 3 new moves. If they are exclusives, then that's 2 new things more than my liking, personally. To me, when a Fakemon has too many unique stuff it comes off as trying to hard to be special ^^"

Anyway:

Brellarasa
Water | Ghost
Umbrella spirit Pokemon
Base stats: 510
Average stat spread: High Def and Sp.Def (~120), average HP, Spe, Atk and Sp.Atk (~80)

Appearance & description:
Pokemon based on a paper umbrella, and an opposite to Karasarka. While Karasarka appears sharp around the edges and suited for offense, Brellarasa has a softer body and demeanor, fit for protection and nurture. It keeps its umbrella open as if was a shield.
It can breed with Karasarka to inherit unique egg moves that normally would be off-theme, and vice-versa.

Abilities:
Bulletproof | Disguise
Hidden: Overcoat

Notable & flavor Moves:
Lick
Astonish
Shadow Sneak
Shadow Claw
Shadow Ball
Ominous Wind
Spirit Shackle
Hex
Night Shade
Hydro Pump

Liquidation
Aqua Jet
Waterfall

Parting Shot
Mean Look
Scary Face
Swagger
Encore
Torment

Role:
Support and wall. Depending on the EV spread it can perform as a physical, special or mixed wall. Has plenty of support moves, and its high above average speed should let it outspeed most of the opposing walls and wallbreakers, giving it an edge when it comes to setting up support or debuffs.

Next:
A non-Flying Bug Pokemon that can fly, with access to moves and abilities such as Fly and Levitate. It can have a secondary Type, except Flying, of course.

Foliscuria brings a new Ability and whooping amount of 3 new moves. They aren't exclusives, but even if they were, I like new things ^_^. It's not trying to be special, it is, Hehe, just joking. By the way, I never read all the pages in the game, I didn't know you actually did almost what I asked before! Anyway:

Loftingar

Bug Dragon

Regal Coleoptera Pokemon

Evolutionary line - Risibon -> Proppognash -> Loftingar

Stats - HP 90     ATK 120     DEF 80     SATK 60     SDEF 130     SPD 40     BST 520

Ability - White Smoke /  Levitate         Hidden Ability - Devour (When this Pokemon switches in, it eats the opponent's berry)

Appearance: An immensely fat scarab-like Pokemon with wings so small it defies reason how they can let it stay afloat. And the truth is, they don't. The Wings are merely decorative, actually, there are small spherical holes in the brown belly of this Pokemon that expel a high pressured air that let it soar slackly through the sky. This air is created as part of this Pokemon digestion. And if anybody is wondering, the air smells of mint. This Pokemon has gentle yellow eyes, usually half closed, a scaly long neck and two whirly horns. Despite its pacific nature, it hides a sovereign presence, and can easily order around Risibons and other Bug Pokemon by exerting particularly strong air pressure. Usually found on coniferous forests.

Notable Moves

  • Curse
  • Sticky Web
  • Endure
  • Follow Me
  • U-Turn
  • Vital Throw
  • Moonlight
  • Lunge
  • Block

Flavor Moves

  • King's Command (Variable / 5 PP / Variable / Variable) Loftingar commands a Dragon or Bug Pokemon in your team to perform a random damaging move, (using that Pokemon's stats)
  • Haze
  • Mist
  • Fly
  • Belch
  • Heavy Slam
  • Stockpile
  • Megahorn
  • Dragon Hammer

Role - A special tank with access to a recovery move and entry hazards. Also packs a punch, and can pivot with U-turn. Different abilities for different purposes, but it's particularly useful in Singles, even though Follow Me can prove amazing in Doubles if used correctly. It can go the full defensive route with Lunge. Depending on the team, King's Command will be either monstrous or useless, but its existence will keep the opponent on their toes. In deference to Darj's opinion, I only gave it one new move ^_-
