I would be down to go more in-depth, maybe as its own group or something. Seeing some of these ideas fleshed out would be really neat.

[spoiler=Fierroleo]
Fierroleo
Magnetic fluid Pokemon

It floats through magnetism. It also has a long chain anchor on its back that not only keeps its grounded when necessary, also uses it for attacks.

Next:
Glass-themed Pokemon
Must include at least 1 move or ability made by another member in this thread. You cannot give it a new ability nor move.
Bonus if its role is that of a glass cannon. Don't take it literally, though; I don't want to see an actual "glass cannon Pokemon" xD

You only missed the move and/or ability made by another member in this thread. But you can look and add it anytime.

Anyway, my entry. Want to add that it was a bit complicated at first because Water Shuriken likes Skill Link, but as the only special multi-strike move... yeah, not really worth to dedicate an ability to a single move The next best thing I could think of was Technician. Hope you don't mind that I went for a dual Type Pokemon:

[spoiler=Mizunaga]

Mizunaga (Mizuchi + Naga)
Water Dragon Pokemon
Dragon | Water
3rd evolution
Total base stats: 600
General stat spread: High Sp. Atk, (~120) Spe, Def (~105), moderate HP (~90).
Description: A Dragon type that joins the group of pseudo-legendaries. A snake-like dragon, with a body shape similar to Milotic, Serperior, Dragonair, but with a more visible scaly skin; the head and expression is more on the cute, smooth side like Dragonair and Goodra, as opposed to more intimidating Pokemon like Garchomp, Salamence, Gyarados, etc. It is prone to throwing its shed scales and other objects as projectiles.

Abilities:
Technician | Shed Skin
Hidden: Dazzling

Notable & flavor moves:
Water Shuriken
Water Pulse
Scald
Hydro Pump

Aqua Jet
Whirlpool
Dragonbreath
Dragon Pulse
Draco Meteor
Dragon Tail
Twister

Hidden Power
Draining Kiss
Ancient Power
Acid Spray
Clear Smog
Mud Shot
Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Ice Beam/Blizzard

Icy Wind
Fling
Spike Cannon

Charge Beam

Wrap

Snarl

Dragon Dance
Recover
Thunder Wave
Coil

Calm Mind
Toxic
Haze

Rest

Snore

Role:
Special sweeper. Comparable to a Water, Special version of Garchomp. Technician allows it to hit hard with rather underused moves such as Dragonbreath, Water Pulse, Water Shuriken and Ancient Power, while taking advantage of their effects, also it gives extra coverage by strengthening other moves it can learn with 60 or less base power. Defensive or support sets may be somewhat viable with Calm Mind and its other 2 alternative abilities.

Next:

Poison Type, can be dual Type.

One of its most viable builds should be the effective use of the move Belch. It can have other viable builds, however.

Name: Anuracid (Anura, meaning frog + acid)

Type: Poison

Abilities: Cheek pouch / Poison touch (/Corrosion)

Stat spread:

  • Hp: 110
  • Attack: 40
  • Defense: 80
  • S. Attack: 95
  • S. Defense: 105
  • Speed: 55

Notable moves:

  • Belch
  • Recycle
  • Toxic
  • Protect
  • Acid spray
  • Stockpile
  • Surf

Anuracid is a poisonous frog-like pokémon. It converts the berries in its diet into toxins, which it uses to protect itself from threats.

Next up: Ice/Electric type

Auroras are a natural phenomenon caused by magnetic waves; often observed in cold climates.

[spoiler=Haraurora]

Haraurora
Ice | Electric

Aurora Hare Pokemon

Base stats: 530
Average stat spread: moderate Sp.Atk (~100), average bulk and Spe (~80)
Description: Pokemon based on the arctic hare. During the day the color of its fur is white, but during the night or near sources of electricity, its fur displays the different colors seen in auroras, and its tail also glows with these colors. This has a visual effect in battles, like while Electric Terrain is applied, when it shares the battlefield with an Electric Pokemon, be it an ally or a foe, and until it is switched out after an Electric move is used. Like Buneary and Bunnelby families, it can also comfortably stand on its hind legs.

Abilities:
Electric Surge | Snow Warning
Hidden: Aurora: Activates Aurora Veil under a hailstorm (either right after the Pokemon uses Hail, or the Pokemon is switched into a hailstorm), Aurora Beam and Ice-type status moves gain +1 priority.

Notable & flavor Moves:
Aurora Beam
Ice Beam
Blizzard
Frost Breath
Thunderbolt
Thunder
Charge Beam
Volt Switch
Nuzzle

Flash Cannon
Signal Beam
Dazzling Gleam

Tail Glow
Teeter Dance
Taunt
Magnet Rise
Aurora Veil
Reflect
Light Screen
Thunder Wave
Hail
Mist
Haze

North Light
Type: Ice
Damage: Status
PP: 10
Effect:
Restores the user's current HP based on the weather in the battle. Outside of a hailstorm it restores ½ total HP; during a hailstorm, it restores ⅔ total HP.

(basically an Ice variant of Shore Up)

Role:
Tail Glow Wallbreaker or support. With STAB on the infamous BoltBeam combo, the Pokemon can threat and hit hard. Snow Warning offers accurate Blizzards and access to its flavor move Aurora Veil, while Electric Surge boost its electric attacks and prevents walls from using Rest. Frost Breath enables it to break through walls with their Sp.Def boosted. The healing move it introduces keeps it healthy while it chips away the opposing wall. Its signature ability allows it play a support role by setting Aurora Veil and debuffing with priority Haze and Aurora Beam; its recovery move benefits from the priority effect as well.

Name - Spectranfer (JP name: Uhakakuai; combination of ʻuhane [roughly spirit/ghost/essence] and kākūʻai [transfiguration of the deceased into another form])

Type - Ghost

Height - 5'7 / 1.70 m

Weight - 133.4 lb / 60.5 kg

Ability - Spiritual Transfer (Any status or damage inflicted to the user is also given to the opponent.)

Stat spread - 59 / 122 / 70 / 122 / 70 / 102

Description - By using a specific elemental shard, this Pokémon can change its Type and gain the associated moves below. (Just defer to what happens with Rotom)

Form changing (bar Ghost):

  • Normal: Double Edge
  • Fire: Flare Blitz
  • Water: Hydro Pump
  • Grass: Leaf Storm
  • Rock: Power Gem
  • Ground: Earth Power
  • Ice: Blizzard
  • Psychic: Hyperspace Hole

  • Flying: Brave Bird
  • Bug: Bug Buzz
  • Fairy: Moonblast
  • Poison: Sludge Wave
  • Steel: Iron Head
  • Dragon: Dragon Pulse
  • Fighting: Aura Sphere
  • Electric: Thunder

Moveset (notable) -

  • Sucker Punch
  • Shadow Ball
  • Will-o-Wisp
  • Phantom Force
  • Essence Transfer (Ghost / Status class / 10 PP / 90% accuracy; steals a portion of the target's HP and restores the user's own.)

Appearance - Looks like a ghostly humanoid figure with markings resembling tapa around its body. The markings have a different color depending on its Type. As it changes forms, it resembles a notable Pokémon of that type.

[spoiler=If you aren't willing to read with an open mind, keep this closed]

Like I noted in the JP name about "kākūʻai", this technically means the transfiguration of a deceased loved one into another form. I'll leave this off because this requires more explanation than I am willing to give about it without having to rip off my REL 205 professor's texts and having to explain another concept that is likely foreign to Western ways of religious thought.

In a nutshell, it's believed that after death, your relatives/blood kin can have your body transfigured into another form, such as lava, a shark, etc. This ties into the idea of a family god (ʻaumākua) and kino lau (many forms that deities may assume on earth). i.e. If you have a shark as an ʻaumākua, your body can go through a ceremony in which your bones are tossed into the ocean, and it is believed you will reincarnate as a shark at a later time.

=====

I really had to explain this one, considering it is themed on Hawaiian religion. Now I should probably excuse Gamefreak for not basing Alola more on our culture and other sheet because it's still hard to explain, even though I aced the class last semester (was a basic intro). Be honest, how many of you would've figured out the logic behind this Pokémon's name/design/etc if I didn't say anything?

Then again, cue having to design 18 forms for this, and ultimately Smogon getting a field day having to determine stuff [albeit a lot of the movepool was left blank for the moment; might expand on it later].

======

Pokémon that has a Primal equivalent of Sandstorm and Hail [eternal sand/hail if the user is in battle]; so...you may have to veer into [box] legendary territory.

(I'm trying to see how bad this would screw over Smogon OU/Ubers if ever released, because these are the weather conditions that damage.)

Gravitortoise

Type: Dark/Water

Ability: Spiteful (If an opposing Pokémon takes damage, except from this one's attacking moves, this Pokémon regains HP equal to half that damage)

Height: 3'4"/ 1 m

Weight: 708.8 lbs / 321.6 kg

Stats:

480 total

HP: 110

ATK: 20

DEF: 150

Sp. ATK: 40

Sp. DEF: 140

SPD: 20

Egg Groups:

Field, Water 2

Dex Entry:

The shell on its back is so immensely heavy that, without it, the Pokémon would likely be able to run fast enough to keep up with the fastest of racecars. Perhaps because of this, they are known to hate everyone and everything.

Toxic stall just became that much more annoying. This thing just loves slow chip damage, and generally speaking it's easily one of the hardest walls to break- if your opponent switches into an entry hazard, this guy heals. They take recoil damage, this guy heals? Toxic? Oh hai Leech Seed on steroids. Burn, confusion, a partner hits the enemy with an attack in a multi-battle, your opponent hits their partner with one of their own attacks in a multi-battle . . . yeah. This guy might just shift the metagame away from Earthquake. You'll typically have one or two good shots to hit it with enough raw damage to faint it, because it will heal. And then you can give the damned thing Leftovers . . . good luck.

It's a purple tortoise with black markings around its body and head, beady orange eyes, and what looks like an actual black hole in its shell. Its shiny form, meanwhile, turns its body black and eyes purple, giving the "black hole" a bright orange color that makes it look like it's carrying around its own miniature star instead.

So, uh, in a ROMhack I created, there was a legendary trio of Amphenom (Dragon/Poison), Amphediment (Dragon/Rock), and Amphithorn (Dragon/Grass), with basically their own variants on the same Ability (Toxic Defense, Rocky Defense, and Jungle Defense): If they got hit with a physical move, they automatically used a move of their unique Type at random, even if they didn't run it (ie, an Amphithorn hit with Giga Impact could just use Synthesis out of nowhere). Design-wise, they were 10' amphitheres (basically snakes with wings) that looked like they were made of their respective secondary Type. Can you make them a trio master?

Pixie Defense (If this Pokémon is hit by an attack, it automatically uses a random Fairy-type move)

[spoiler=Latinina/Latinino]

Latinina/Latinino

Dragon/Psychic

Little Eon Pokemon

Base stats: 540

Latinina: 70/70/80/100/120/100

Latinino: 70/80/70/120/100/100

Description: Younger versions of the Latis. They are extremely rare due to the way to obtain them, which only occurs when a Latios and a Latias, both from different regions or generations, meet and love each other very much, and when left in the day care, eventually they will be holding an egg, but nobody knows from where it comes from...

Gameplay-wise, they are obtained by breeding a Latias with a Latios, both caught in different generations of Pokemon games. For instance, you can breed a Latios caught in Omega Ruby, with a Latias caught in original Sapphire or HeartGold, but not one from Omega Ruby (Eon Ticket) or Alpha Sapphire. Also, if Latias is holding an Incense item, the Pokemon will be born knowing a unique move, depending on the Incense used.

Basically they are the Latis with -60 base stats, but the same overall stat spread; they also have pretty much the same movepool, plus "baby moves" and unique incense trait they have going on. Competitive-wise, they are intended to have the same roles as the Latis, but for lower tiers. They are also able to evolve into the Lati of their respective gender, which gets to keep their abilities...

Ability:

Eon Aura: Levitate + Increases the base power of Luster Purge and Mist Ball by 50% (for a total of 105).

Hidden: Adaptability

Notable & flavor moves:

Combined learnsets of both Latis. That means Latinina, and Latias if it is evolved, can access Latios' Luster Purge (boosted by their unique ability), and, let's say, Dragon Dance.

Moves associated with Baby Pokemon like:

Encore

Sweet Kiss

Splash (hint: has a fun Z-move effect)

Incense moves:

Full: Belly Drum

Lax: Yawn

Luck: Happy Hour (also a fun Z-move)

Odd: Psycho Boost

Pure: Aromatherapy

Rock: Power Gem

Rose: Petal Dance

Sea: Scald

Wave: Hydro Pump

Role:

As mentioned above, they are mainly intended to take the roles of the Latis in lower tiers. Also they are a way to get stronger Latis due to the their ability, shared learnsets and some extra moves they can learn.

Abilities:
Sharp Edge: Increases the power of slashing and claw moves by 30%. E.g. Slash, Night Slash, Leaf Blade, Psycho Cut, Cross Poison, X-Scissor, Cut, Fury Cutter, Shadow Claw, Dragon Claw, Crush Claw, Razor Leaf, Magical Leaf, Aerial Ace, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword, Razor Shell, Water Shuriken, Fury Swipes, Scratch.

Also has a niche as a fast Spore user. Sucker Punch + Pursuit + Defiant may let it play a bit like Bisharp, but trading the Steel Type for Grass.

[spoiler=I'll leave it to you to visualize acid rain and Fallout]

Name - Biolomino (biological weapon + palomino)

Classification - Hazardous Material Pokémon

Type - Poison / Steel

Height - 6'6 [198.1 cm]

Weight - 474 lb [215 kg]

Ability -

Ammonia Deluge - Creates the Ammonia Rain weather condition.

Hazard Shield - (Effectively Wonder Guard)

Stats - 70 / 120 / 80 / 100 / 80 / 90 [bST 540]

Moveset (notable) -

Sulfuric Blast (Poison / Physical / 100 BP / 15 PP / 100% accuracy / Always inflicts Poison damage when it inflicts damage.)

Gunk Shot

Poison Jab

Iron Tail

Iron Head

Sludge Bomb

Ammonia Surge (Status / 10 PP / 100% accuracy / Sets up weather condition for 5-8 turns, based on item)

High Horsepower

Thrash

Giga Impact

Double Edge

Appearance/Description - Biolomino resembles a bipedal horse wearing a navy-blue / purple hazmat outfit (yeah, with the respirator and stuff too). Due to its toxic nature, it prefers to stay away from humans and other Pokémon and makes its home in industrial waste areas. When in the company of other Pokémon and Trainers, it wears a respirator-like covering over its mouth to prevent its internal toxins from seeping out and only removes it in battle. This Pokémon's body is coated with a protective substance with similar properties to a material suit that protects it from most attacks, but will break under certain conditions. It is imperative that its Trainer take extreme precaution when handling unless they get exposed to toxic chemicals.

Weather -

Ammonia Rain - Non-Poison-type Pokémon lose 1/16 of their max HP at the end of each turn. Poison-type moves get a boost.

=====

(IDK, if you know who Hanzou from Naruto is, then the concept is similar for this Pokémon's backstory. Thematically, I guess you can imagine it taking that off when it uses a Poison STAB move like Gunk Shot or its signature move. Poison for obvious reasons; Steel is probably because I can't find another type that would fit its body armor or something. I have a pic that's somewhat close to what you can visualize it as, but ask if you're interested.)

Dragon/Poison

Offensive counterpart to Dragalge

Couldn't you have just gone for something more typical, like a regular acid rain? xD
Forgot to add that the new weather should also affect Weather Ball and Weather Change appropriately; so in this case I guess it would turn them into Poison.

This prompt made me realize that I should mix things up more with my entries. For example, Dragalge is based on a leafy seadragon, and yet is not Grass as its species would imply, but Poison.
Also, offensive counterpart? Dragalge already hits hard with its 97 base Sp.Atk + Adaptability + STABed Draco Meteor/Sludge Wave, you know? I assume you mean a physical counterpart?

[spoiler=Dragoral]
Dragoral (dragon + coral)
Dragon / Poison
Coral dragon Pokemon
Base stats: 494
Stat spread: 65/97/123/75/90/44
Appearance: A Pokemon based on a seahorse with a coral camouflage.

Abilities:
Merciless | Poison Touch
Hidden: Adaptability

Notable & flavor moves:
Poison Jab
Gunk Shot
Dragon Claw
Outrage
Dragon Rush
Dragon Tail
Aqua Tail
Waterfall

Liquidation
Earthquake
Head Smash
Stone Edge
Rock Slide
Pin Missile
Rock Blast

Shell Smash
Rock Polish
Toxic
Toxic Spikes

Role:
Physical Dragalge, basically. Has high Def instead and also hits hard with 97 base Atk + Adaptability + STABed Gunk Shot/Outrage.

Next:
A Pokemon with at least 2 abilities: 1 that activates Reflect when switched in, and another that activates Light Screen instead.
Aim for an OU or lower tier level. With that I mean that you should mind the stats and power level so it doesn't become overwhelming when factoring in Reflect/Light Screen. You can push it a bit like how Tyrantitar effectively has extra Sp.Def due to Sand Stream in addition to being a pseudo-legendary, but still keep it relatively fair.

I thought about acid rain, but then I felt like doing biological warfare type stuff [which is why I added the nuclear fallout thing]. Trying to think of what type of stuff would go in a chemical attack and make Poison even more efficient. But yeah, Weather Ball should turn into a Poison move and Castform, yeah. (I might've forgotten about it because I don't use Castform; uh, who does?)

(That, and I was kinda going for an inverted Dragalge [higher offensive power], but physical works too)

====

Anyway...

Name - Guardriker

Type - Steel

Height - 6'4 [193 cm]

Weight - 1000 lb [454 kg]

Alpha Shield - Activates Reflect when switched into battle.

Light Shield - Activates Light Screen when switched into battle

Stats - 80 / 100 / 140 / 70 / 110 / 40

(I'll leave the moveset blank for now, but assume it gets Metal Burst, Counter, Mirror Coat along with Iron Head.)

Yet another frog Pokemon but bear with me. It fits really well with the gimmick:

[spoiler=Croackle]

Croackle (Croak + crackle)
Water/ Normal
Croaking Pokemon

3rd evolution
Base stats: 520
Average stat spread: high HP and Def (~100), moderate Sp.Atk (~95)
Appearance: A big, slimy toad with an oversized vocal sac. It and its evolution line have a sound theme; for instance, the first evolution is a tadpole shaped like a music note.

Abilities:

Liquid Voice | Reverb - Increases the power of sound-based moves by 20%, this also includes Belch. When the Pokemon uses a Sound-based status move, the move will be repeated the next turn after both Pokemon perform their selected moves, and even if the Pokemon is switched out (manually or by Roar, etc.). Repeated Parting Shot won't switch out your Pokemon.

Hidden: Protean

Notable & flavor moves:

Water Pulse

Hydro Pump

Scald

Surf

Sparkling Aria

Hyper Voice

Uproar

Echoed Voice

Boomburst

Snore

Belch

Earth Power

Sludge Bomb

Ice Beam

Parting Shot

Perish Song

Supersonic

Sing

Roar

Rest

Sleep Talk

Role:
Physical bulky water. Similarly to Dragalge who sports good special bulk while still being able to hit hard due to Adaptability + moves with relatively high base power, this Pokemon has moderate Sp.Atk to hit hard with Boomburst + STAB. Liquid Voice turns Boomburst into Water-Type for the type advantage, while the Reverb ability strengthens Boomburst and Sparkling Aria, plus gives it some support capabilities with double Parting Shot, Sing, etc. Protean is mostly for experimenting, since it would have a niche as the only defensive Pokemon with such ability.

Next:

Make a Pokemon from a Gym Leader, with its own Battle Bond form and ability. Improving the signature move of the Pokemon through the ability is encouraged, in a similar way to how Battle Bond modifies Water Shuriken. Needless to say, the battle form Pokemon must resemble its trainer in some way.

[1]: Defeating an opponent's Pokémon strengthens the Pokémon's bond with its trainer, and becomes Whitney-Miltank. Rollout becomes more powerful.

Rollout's base damage becomes higher, and gets to work similar to "Echoed voice" instead.

Next up: Poison/Fairy type

[spoiler=Tapu Waka]

Tapu Waka
Steel | Fairy

Land Spirit Pokemon

Base stats: 570
Stat spread: 70/95/130/75/115/85
Appearance: green-colored, lizard themed, female-looking Guardian Deity. The physically defensive of the Tapus. Inspired on the lizard Hawaiian goddess Waka.

Abilities:
Rusty Surge - Activates Rusty Terrain when it is switched in.

Hidden: Telepathy

Rusty Terrain
Type: Steel
Category: Status

PP: 10
Accuracy: -%
Creates a terrain that affects grounded Pokemon.
- It boosts the power of Steel-type moves used by affected Pokémon by 50% (regardless of whether the target of the move is affected by Rusty Terrain).
- It prevents affected Pokémon from being affected by any additional effects of received moves (e.g. cannot be paralyzed by Body Slam).

If Rusty Terrain is in effect, Nature Power becomes Flash Cannon, Secret Power uses the animation of Iron Head and may cause confusion, and Camouflage causes the user to become Steel-type.

Notable & Flavor moves:
Iron Tail
Iron Head
Play Rough
Metal Burst
Gyro Ball

Dragon Tail
Psychic Fangs

Rock Slide

Stone Edge

Rusty Terrain
Nature's Madness

Nature Power

Taunt

Reflect

Light Screen

Calm Mind

Bulk Up
Withdraw

Role:
Support. Comparable to Tapu Fini due to both having solid defenses and an offensive stat of 95 to deliver decent hits, and both of their Terrains protecting the team in some way. This Pokemon further improves its offensive power with Steel attacks boosted by STAB and the introduced Rusty Terrain. Dragon Tail and Psychic Fangs are flavor & coverage moves (like Bulu's Megahorn and Superpower) that further enhance its support capabilities.

Next:

A Pokemon withe the following Ability as 1 of its options:

Snatcher - If the foe uses a move that can affected by Snatch, the Pokemon with this ability immediately snatches it without spending its turn move on it (basically a Magic Bounce version of the move Snatch).

To be fair, a lot of the deities in Hawaiian religion aren't exactly referenced much, even here. Don't think Waka was mentioned in the mo'o lesson for REL 205; Kihawahine and some other ones were [unless it's just another name for them; still have course reader in room because I can't remember off the top of head]. Or stuff gets covered more in a 300-level religion class that professor teaches in spring about mo'o in general; IDK.

(But yeah, have a rep for at least doing some searching on Wikipedia, albeit they're sheet at getting information on Oceanic deities.)

Name - Catnapper

Type - Dark

Height - 3'3 (100 cm)

Weight - 44 lb (20 kg)

Ability - Snatcher

Stat Spread - 55 / 95 / 50 / 90 / 50 / 110

[spoiler=Dunsuchiko]

Dunsuchiko (Dun + Tsuchinoko)
Normal | Dragon

Land Snake Pokemon

Evolution of Dunsparce

Evolves when Dunsparce levels up while knowing Ancient Power.

Base stats: 515
Stat spread:

140/90/90/75/75/45
Appearance: A much longer and bigger Dunsparce. The drill-like tail is more developed, but the wings remain small relative to its size, and retains its iconic closed, "lazy" eyes.

Abilities:
Serene Grace | Marvel Scale

Hidden: Justified

Notable & Flavor moves:
Same movepool as Dunsparce

Dragon Breath

Draco Meteor

Outrage

Dragon Tail

Dragon Hammer

Twister

Wish

Dragon Dance

Swords Dance

Role:
Coil sweeper. The evolution improves Dunsparce's physical offense and bulk, going well with the move Coil that it already can learn. Serene Grace allows it deliver STAB Body Slams with higher paralysis chances, while Marvel Scale can be used to further increase its Defense. It also gains access to Wish to take advantage of the higher base HP. Doesn't learn many new moves, but the moves it can learn as Dunsparce, namely Roost, Glare, coverage moves, especially those benefited by Serene Grace, should suffice to make effective builds.

Next:

A weapon and/or armor themed Pokemon like Aegislash, with its own Stance Change ability and alternate form.

Durendakram (Durendal + Chakram; yeah, I ripped off the names of two Artifact monsters)

Steel / Ghost

5'0 (152 cm)

221 lb (100 kg)

Split Strike (changes between Sword Forme and Disc Forme when a particular attack is used)

Stat spread (Sword Forme) - 80 / 130 / 80 / 70 / 80 / 90

Stat spread (Disc Forme) - 80 / 70 / 80 / 130 / 80 / 90

====

Just assume that it has a semi-similar moveset to Aegislash, bar exclusion of King's Shield (I don't really want to add on specific moves right now). So yeah, you may want to run a Hasty/Naive nature on this depending on what you need to do.

====

Elephant-themed Pokémon

Should have moderately high offense and defense;  you can make the decision on what its HP and Speed values look like and stuff.

Appearance: A ghostly Donphan with a bone and tomb-themed armor instead of a wheel-themed one.

Alternate evolution of Phanpy. Phanpy evolves into it when it reaches Level 25+ in a ghost area like a graveyard, haunted forest, etc. (e.g. R/S/E/OR/AS Mt. Pyre)

Abilities:
Intimidate
Sturdy
Hidden: Technician

Notable & flavor moves:

Same moves that Phanpy can learn
Shadow Bone
Shadow Sneak

Bone Rush
Bonemerang

Earthquake
Ice Shard
Rapid Spin
Pursuit
Sucker Punch
Stone Edge

Knock Off

Curse
Will-o-Wisp
Confuse Ray
Stealth Rock
Rock Polish

Bulk Up

Role:
Defense or physical sweeper. Intimidate indirectly gives it higher Defense by lowering the opponent's Atk. Its hidden ability gives it a shot at sweeping with boosted Bonemerang and priority moves.

Next:

Pokemon with the Triage ability and moves affected by it that Comfey currently cannot learn. An evolution for Comfey is acceptable, too.
