A School of Villains [IC/Not Accepting/PG-16]

Mary was practically glowing as she left for her next class. Camille's response was an invitation, wasn't it? Obviously she wanted to do all sorts of friend things with Mary...she could hardly wait. It seemed that her days were going to be packed full of fun. Patton, Alex, Vix, Camille, the list just kept growing! She was looking forward to seeing what friends she might make next period...

"Lesson Number One! Always know how to make an entrance! And I mean always!"

She certainly hadn't expected that...Looking at the pieces of the "whiteboard" she realized that the teacher had prepared for this beforehand. Should she have come up with something exciting to do? Though, she wouldn't want to make a mess of the classroom on her first day...

The teacher wanted them to come up with names. Already? That was a shock to the young girl. Isn't that something important? But, she supposed if she thought of something now she could still change it down the line. If they waited to long they'd be stuck with whatever they chose.

"Um." Mary said, hesitating. She had an idea in mind. Though it wasn't anything special, and she worried that it might be...childish. "There was a name that I thought of. I'm not so sure it's very good, though." She gave everyone a shy smile and tilted her head a bit to the side. "You could call me...Bloody Mary."

    "Damn Brat"

Art class wasn't really a... class. 95% of it was Sparky either talking to the demonic-sounding devil child at the other end of the room about some hero they both wanted to screw over or her trying to do her thing and flip off her teacher before realising he was a ghost. Eventually, he just slid under the table and took another nap. Eventually, the bell rang and Alex crawled from under his desk. He looked at the schedule and saw his 4th period class was PE. Alex figured it was going to be one of the more useful classes, as he was average in terms of close combat ability. He walked off to the gymnasium with a slightly more focused attitude.

Once he got there, he saw that everyone had beaten him to it, though the teacher had not began speaking yet. He looked around and saw a few familiar faces and some new ones. The second he finished, the teacher began to talk.
Welcome to physical education," the teacher said, sharply. "I am your teacher, Bloodstone. Because today's classes will be short, there will be no proper assignment for today. However! That doesn't mean this will be a free period to slack off! Today, I want each of you to step up, introduce yourselves to the class, and explain what your powers are capable of. Let's start with..." she made eye contact with Alex.
"You! Short kid with the red hair!"

Alex walked to the front of the crowd. "Hi, the name's Nunya, Nunya Business. Normally I would stop there but, I don't wanna risk being beheaded, so I'll just give you this." Alex snapped his fingers, giving his thumb an white glow. "By now, everyone's head's should be replaced with mine. I'll let you figure out the rest." He snapped his fingers once more, removing the glow and he sat down.

The Great Feat

The one great feat I look up to from history comes in the form of the birth of Dr. Cagey's work. Despite having any physical power or superhuman ability, he has impacted the way villains work the world over. His inventiveness and creativity when it comes to machinery and the concept of mechanical constructs know no bound, as they've improved the work of his fellow villains.

Victor finished typing the first portion of his History homework, but paused at the second portion: a great failure. At the moment, he wanted to write one thing and one thing only: his father dying because his mother never went to save him. But, rather than type it, he resisted...after all, he didn't want anyone else to know about his mother being a hero.

I'll think of something else for that later. Victor sighed some, before glancing at the bottom right-hand corner of his screen. It was almost time for his 4th Period: P.E. He quickly stood up, closing his laptop and put it in his bag. Looking at Dr. Cagey and his robots, he gave a quick wave. "I'm sorry to rush off, Dr. Cagey. But I have to get to my P.E. class. I look forward to the Software class." Victor said, before turning on his heel and leaving Dr. Cagey's classroom.

-Bloodstone's P.E.-

P.E. ...and Bloodstone as the teacher. Victor remembered reading a few articles that had her in the headlines and whoooooo...they were pretty bad...even for a villain such as her.

Nevertheless, he stood there with a few other students and he listened as Bloodstone spoke.

"I am your teacher, Bloodstone. Because today's classes will be short, there will be no proper assignment for today. However! That doesn't mean this will be a free period to slack off! Today, I want each of you to step up, introduce yourselves to the class, and explain what your powers are capable of. Let's start with...YOU! Short kid with the red hair!"

"Hi, the name's Nunya, Nunya Business. Normally I would stop there but, I don't wanna risk being beheaded, so I'll just give you this. By now, everyone's head's should be replaced with mine. I'll let you figure out the rest."

Victor glanced at the kid in question and quietly muttered to himself. "Yeah...he's dead." He looked at Bloodstone and cleared his throat, before raising his hand. "Ma'am?" With his presence now known, Victor stepped forward and looked at the group. "My name is Victor McCoy. If you wish, you can refer to me as Vic for short. As for my powers, they aren't on the physical aspect of the power spectrum. I'm a technopath, which means I'm able to communicate physically with machines or mentally via psychic with computer data. I can also control machinery to assemble or disengage by simply looking at it or touching it."

As the bell rang, Devin gave a quick wave and smile to Inu, then slipped into the hallway. Her next class, gym, seemed like one she would need a change of clothes for... And she knew just the outfit.

A short while later,  Devin had changed her outfit. She now wore a loose white t-shirt, a nice pair of tennis shoes, and some fairly tight shorts, typical of what one would see in an animated show from Japan. Oblivious to how out of place that would actually make her look, Devin settled in before anyone else arrived and watched as the others entered, taking note. They seemed to be largely the same students, though there was a new bespectaled kid in the mix. She also took special pleasure in beating the hussie that stole her spot in the last class. The loud mouth, that marble jabroni, Rain... however, the people watching was soon cut short.

"Welcome to physical education," The teacher cut through the air with her words. "I am your teacher, Bloodstone. Because today's classes will be short, there will be no proper assignment for today. However! That doesn't mean this will be a free period to slack off! Today, I want each of you to step up, introduce yourselves to the class, and explain what your powers are capable of. Let's start with... You! Short kid with the red hair!"

Devin followed the teacher's gaze, only to recoil ever so slightly at the sight of Alex, whose entrance she had somehow missed. She listened to his cocky reply, paying close attention to his... what she could guess were illusions?

He was soon followed by that boy with the glasses... Victor. His introduction seemed polite enough, even if his power was completely foreign to Devin. The shapeshifter smiled and bounded up behind her classmate, patting him on the back.

"Nice to meet you, Victor! I'm Devin Kismet! And I believe everyone else here knew that already... So the real question is my power, right?"

Putting her hand out to the side with her index pointing up, she rocked her wrist a bit, her middle finger following suit to the count of two. She repeated for her ring finger, and after that rolled her hand and snapped it, a kitchen knife 'appearing' in the palm of her hand, clutched tightly as she grinned.

"It's maaaaagic! Neat, huh?" She snapped her fingers again, flicking her wrist, and the knife 'disappeared', returned to holding in her stomach. "So, who's up next?"

As she finished her acting, she was hit with a strange sense of missing out on something. Like a lesson on giving an entrance and being entertaining...

Arleigh

Arleigh had promptly left linguistics as quickly as she could, and took her sweet time getting to her P.E. class. Three students had gone ahead of her; a short kid who didn't really say much, not that Arleigh didn't care, the guy from Arleigh's history class, and finally some girl whose power captured Arleigh's attention the most, which was either the creation or making of knives. It wasn't really an explanation, but Arleigh wasn't one to care what any of these people did. Some might call it foolishness in terms of "strategy" or "tactics", but Arleigh did one thing and she did it very well.

"Oh, you're like me," Arleigh said with a bored tone, stepping forward. "Hello my name is Arleigh and I am guns," she repeated from her first introduction, saying it quickly and monotonously as if trying to get through the introduction as fast as possible. She held up her hand and it vanished in a cloud of dark smoke. The cloud then came back together and took the shape of a Glock 9mm, the details coming into view as the darkness from the smoke disappeared. She pointed the gun, which took the place of hand, and pointed it at the far wall without looking. The gun fired rapidly and repeatedly, small, glowing-red bolts of energy firing out and impacting against the wall lightly. If there was any tactic Arleigh wanted to take, it was to give the impression that all of her guns were weak, that to take a bullet would do little damage. When she was done firing, the gun vanished into another cloud of black smoke and retook the shape of her hand. Arleigh smiled with a slight tilt of her head, something people could only tell from the way she closed her eyes thanks to her mask, and returned to her spot with the same bored expression.

  • 2 weeks later...

Kess's stalking through the hallways was different this time, not the power-ladden zerg rush through she had employed earlier. She now walked slower, her expression distant, her thoughts storming behind her eyes.

Lowhaven had not been what she had expected. She had heard rumors of it when she lived back on the surface, whispers of a villain city hidden from the views of the heroes. She had always scoffed at the notion. Not for how likely it was, but for what a bunch of cowards she had assumed anyone who would hide underneath the earth would be. She had come here expecting weakness, expecting herself to be the paragon of power and conviction. As far as she was concerned, that last bit was still true. A burning desire to prove herself still festered deep inside her. But the great tidal wave of the teachers she had met was threatening to douse even that under their sheer scope. funking Hitler was here, for God's sake.

She took her seat in Theatrics quietly, a far cry from her earlier entries, ghosting through the back of the room, ignoring everybody else in the classroom as she sat at the very back, arms crossed, head down, frowning. These teachers aren't the wimps I thought they would be, she thought contemplatively. These other idiots, though... She looked around the room, eyes narrowed as she took in the people around her. She recognized a few, and her scowl returned, intense as usual. I can top them. There was one who was a potential threat. That kid... Peashooter. She narrowed her gaze. She would be having a talk with him, just as she had already planned.

It wasn't until their teacher showed herself that Kess took interest for the first time that day. She leaned forward, cocking an eyebrow as the teacher appeared with a flourish, rattling on about making an entrance. kess felt a wolfish grin grace her face. Finally, one of these teachers was talking about something she understood.

"You could call me... Bloody Mary."

"What kind of tryhard name is that?" she asked, piping up from the back of the class. Even as she felt heads swivel to gaze at her, her eyes didn't leave Mary's head. It was the gutless one, the one who had tried to break up the fight earlier. The one who wanted everybody to be friends. Kess kicked her feet up on her desk, sneering across the room at Mary derisively. "I'd expect someone with the name like Bloody Mary to be a real hardass, someone I'd finally be afraid of in this stupid bunch of idiots. Not a weak nobody like you." Her words accelerated, scorn layering every syllable as Kess took all the anger and frustration she had built up over the day on the weakest target she had yet found. "All I've seen you do since we got here is play peacemaker, wanting us all to get along. You're full of sheet, you know that?" She swung her legs back to the floor, standing up and leaning over her desk, palms slamming onto the surface as she thrust her head towards Mary, no longer sneering. Her face was the very familiar shroud of anger now.

"Get along... Be your friends." Her words crackled with venom. "We're here to be villains, you dreg. Your happy-dappy horseshit reminds me more of some hero than someone that deserves to fight against them. You're not worthy of a hardass name like Bloody Mary. You funking joke."

She stood straight, cupping a palm as she raised a hand, leering at the target of her abuse as she flexed her hand, a small spark generating inside her grip. "Have that name mean something to you more than it sounding cool, you nobody." Her gaze now moved to Carnivile, eyes glinting yellow as her face split into the wolfish smile once again. "Like me. I'll be known as Thunderclap." She thrust her hand towards her open palm, closing her fist around the mass of sparks she was holding to punch her open hand. A loud thudding rumble sounded from her hand, echoing across the room as Kess pulled her hand back, smoke issuing between her fingers. "Because that's all those heroes are gonna have time to hear before I show them exactly what I came here for."

Inu cocked an eyebrow at Randall. It seemed he had an idea, and it didn't seem to be a bad one. "If you really want people to follow you, ya have to convince them what you want is what they want. Feed them your ideas and make them think it's their own. Once you do that it'll be near impossible for someone to fight against it."

"You mean like Hitler does, right?" Inu asked.

"My, my, that's quite impre-" Devin began, only for Randall to drop the facade he was carrying.

"OF COURSE THAT SHIT'S FOR THE FUCKING BIRDS!"

"And there it is," Inu muttered. He let Randall finish, before Devin decided to take over.

"Even if we do subscribe to the idea that force is the best method... That has nothing to do with our current assignment. Sooo, why don't we just stick with that first part, hm?" Tapping her pen to her lips, the shapeshifter looked between the two boys. "Inu's points work well for someone who you think is going to bend easily, or, as Randall said, isn't exactly passionate... But Randall's ideas also fall short on similar people. You're never going to convince someone who truly believes in their cause. It would also fail in regards to someone you only have to deal with for a short amount of time... But, I suppose it suffices for this assignment. Afterthought didn't specify how long the follower had to stick around, only that they had to follow you... and you two probably covered the majority of it."

Well, that was good enough for the hellhound. They got the assignment done and the room wasn't filled with the smell of human flesh. It was a good class overall.

"Ms. Afterthought?" The shapeshifter asked softly, cocking her head slightly, "Would you mind if I handed in my answers a few minutes early? I think I've gotten the best I can out of those two boys." Inu blinked before shaking his head.

"I think I was just insulted," Inu muttered, flames swirling around his teeth. He took a deep breath though. He had to remember... keep calm... deep breaths... he'd make it though today.

"What a bitch." Randall scoffed, before standing up. "Well, I guess it doesn't matter. Assignment was fucking dumb anyways." Randall let out a yawn, before stretching his limbs off.

"You mean that isn't just a typical woman?" Inu inquired, folding his arms. Seems he did learn something today.

Inu wasn't sure to make of this theatrics class. At the very least, it seemed they had the right teacher for the job, confirmed when she broke through a whiteboard, announcing they had to pick villain names. Inu had the absolute perfect name for himself, but he was sure it wouldn't fly here. He'd have to pick a different one. The name Bloody Mary and Thunderclap was thrown out there... although Thunderclap was... passionate Kess.

Vichear sat in the back of the class, thinking to himself. He had to have a name... wait, that was too easy, when he thought about it. "I'll use the name Foresight," He said from his chair, acting like Kess's outburst didn't happen. Inu sat quietly, thinking to himself before dryly saying,

"Lawyer Man," The hellhound knew that was the best name he could think of.

"Welcome to physical education," she started, a sharp tone in her voice. "I am your teacher, Bloodstone. Because today's classes will be short, there will be no proper assignment for today. However! That doesn't mean this will be a free period to slack off! Today, I want each of you to step up, introduce yourselves to the class, and explain what your powers are capable of.

Akira was ready! Sure, he was in class with Bloodstone, the genocidal maniac, aka every other gym teacher, but he would be fine! He was sure of it! ... Maybe.

And then Akira saw him. His ETERNAL RIVAL.

"Nice to meet you, Victor! I'm Devin Kismet! And I believe everyone else here knew that already... So the real question is my power, right?" Putting her hand out to the side with her index pointing up, she rocked her wrist a bit, her middle finger following suit to the count of two.

Akira slid over to Vic and whispered loudly. "So we're in yet another class together, my ETERNAL RIVAL. Don't think just because your magical girlfriend is here means Imma take it easy on you," Akira finished before sliding away.

"Oh, you're like me," Arleigh said with a bored tone, stepping forward. "Hello my name is Arleigh and I am guns,"

"Hmm... so this is a pretty interesting time," A white haired and purple skinned teen resembling an elf stated before stepping forward. "Hello all! I am Miri, and my power is time travel! Of course, it'll be hard to prove it to you all, but that is indeed my power," The teen stated before placing a hand on his chin. "I look forward to observing you all,"

Finally, it was Akira's turn. He stepped forwards, before taking a deep breath. "Hello everyone! My name is Akira, and I have the amazing power of not having a superpower!" He grinned widely, "But don't think I can't keep up!"

Nailed it.

Students came up, one by one, and introduced themselves by name and power. So far, class was mostly going by fairly well. Other than illusionist Alex Nathanielson who probably thought he was being clever, everyone seemed to follow instructions pretty well. The one outlier, however, would have to be addressed. Not the unevolved Akira who had no powers - she'd have to think of a non-murder way to deal with him if she wanted to keep her job; sending him over to the nurse's office for some upgrades sounded pretty appealing - nor the purple Miri who would have a tough time proving what his powers were. The smartass, however, needed some behavioral corrections if he was going to be staying in this class.

Now that there was a brief pause between students introducing themselves, Bloodstone reached inside her suit jacket, pulling out from a pocket inside, a small handgun. The teacher took aim, and fired one shot off, landing in the floor squarely between Alex's feet. "Nathanielson!" she barked. "Front and center! Do it again. Correctly." The teacher stood, waiting for Alex to come up and try his introduction again. If he refused to come up, Bloodstone would instead roll up her sleeves, generating from her forearms several red crystals, which would go around and push the boy to the front of the class from behind.

Whatever the case may have been, after whatever it would be that Alex had to say, Bloodstone looked her students over as she put the gun back in her suit. "I'm not asking you to introduce yourselves for my benefit," she started, her tone slightly sharper than when she'd started the class. "I'm sure all of you know that this school has extensive files on your identities and powers, and like a proper teacher, I've made sure to read up on each and every one of you. You're doing this for each other. If you end up at odds with the heroes living above us, you should expect them to make sudden alliances as is convenient to them. In the same vein, villains need to often work together to achieve their goals. Consider this a starting exercise in building teamwork skills with that in mind. Are we clear?"

She then paused for a bit to let everything she'd said sink in. Then, as if she'd not even considered it worth acknowledging until now, she added "However, that isn't to say you should expect your allies to do everything you ask of them. We were supposed to have an assistant for this class today - for some reason - but he seems to be missing. Now, back to introductions. Mirren, care to pick up where we left off?"

DeDVsZR.jpg

"There was a name that I thought of. I'm not so sure it's very good, though. You could call me...Bloody Mary."

"Hmmmm..." To be honest, Carnivile was mostly surprised that name wasn't already taken. Other than that though, she wasn't quite sure what to think. That didn't seem to be the case with one of her students, who ultimately ended her little rant with the declaration that she'd take up the name Thunderclap.

"What a bold name choice! However, I'd like to come back to your aggressive stance on the choice of Bloody Mary! The thing about a name is--"

"I'll use the name Foresight."

Oh. "It's a thing we'll come back around to in just a moment! For now, Foreesight. Depending on what you're capable of, I like it," Carnivile grinned, with a snap of the fingers in the boy who would be Foresight's direction.

"Lawyer Man."

"That's..." Carnivile's enthusiasm seemed to droop further the more she thought about the dry suggestion for such a boring name. The teacher made her way over to Inu's desk, and said "...we'll figure something out later."

However, there was still the elephant in the room. Thunderclap and Bloody Mary. "As I was saying earlier. The thing about a name is that a person might not always be the type of person that you'd understand why they chose that name at a glance. For example, our school's very own Robbie Rotten! Despite his name, he's not rotten at all; he's actually a total sweetheart! So, Bloody Mary, would you kindly give us a demonstration of just what you're capable of that made you choose that name?"

Mary felt the breath catch in her throat. She was being yelled at but it was so...exciting. The girl with electric powers, she saw how violent she was, about as violent as Patton. Such anger, and power, it was incredible. Her heartbeat sped up at an almost unhealthy rate.

When the teacher told her to show off what she could do Mary's smile grew wider. She hadn't planned on letting anyone see this but...if she got to play with Kess....With a shudder she walked up until she was standing a mere foot from the girl. She put her hands behind her back, demurely, and looked into Kess's eyes.

The other girl would be able to see the hint of madness, and the more than hint of desire, in Mary's eyes as she licked her lips. "Of course, teacher, I would be happy to."

With a small blade she had tucked away Mary, away from Kess's view, cut a gash across her palm. She shuddered in pleasure again as the steel opened a wound on her hand. "Well, Miss Thunderclap." She began, trying to keep Kess's eyes onto hers as she worked her, literal, magic.

"My name is Mary, that part is obvious." She began. The blood trickled down but, instead of falling to the floor, she held it with magic. "The Bloody part seems obvious too, I know. Blood speaks for itself after all. Anyone with something sharp could refer to it in their name."

The blood stretched out into a thin line and she moved it around her body, keeping it low to the ground and out of sight as she leaned her face towards Kess's.

Her voice grew a bit husky as she continued speaking. And, as she spoke, the blood crept upwards behind Kess. "But I have a special connection with blood. Once you see it you'll understand perfectly why the name fits me like no other."

The blood made its way to the back of Kess's neck, where it gently wrapped around. At this moment the other girl would feel a soft touch against her neck. As though someone were brushing the tip of a finger lightly, almost sensually, across her skin.

And then the blood moved swiftly to stretch out in front of Kess's eyes. Where it pointed at her right left eye. It was only several inches away and Kess would be able to see the tip of it seem to harden, sharpen, into a needle-like appendage. "I wonder if you could shock me before I took your eye...it might be fun to find out, wouldn't it?" Her tone was sweet, like her normal voice, but there was also an underlying desire to it.

Mary wasn't sure anymore if she'd rather hurt, or be hurt by, Kess in this moment.

[spoiler=OOC]To be clear since I'm not sure it is. The blood is basically connected to Mary's palm right now and is stretched out in a thin line in this fashion.

-from her hand, behind her back

-close to the floor

-around Mary's right side and to Kess's back

-Up to Kess's neck

-Wound around Kess's neck (not hard)

-In front of Kess's face with the sharp tip pointing at her right eye

If Faytl thinks that Kess wouldn't not notice the trail (I tried to have it that she'd be focused on Mary's face) then I can edit it. I figured this would be quicker than to play the whole thing out but if it's wrong that's okay.

Rain Mirren

mMh3ba1.png

Rain watched as some redheaded suicidal brat talked back to the physical educations teacher. Thankfully, years of practice in the dealer’s trade helped him mask the humor from his face. Laughing would’ve been a death sentence probably, given what the kid had said. It seemed Bloodstone hadn’t appreciated it either, judging from the gunshot between Alex’s legs and the very clearly implied threat. Sooner or later though, the spectacle came to an end, and after running through why the introductions were happening in the first place, it returned to the usual. With the class aide missing for some reason, it was now Rain’s turn to introduce himself and his power to the class. Stepping up slowly, he debated on how much to reveal of his power. Pivoting on his ankle lazily, he faced the rest of the class body, grinning.

“Hi hi~♪ I’m Mirren. First name’s… anyways~! I’ve been called The Merchant by those in business. As for why…~♪”

Rain walked to the nearby basketball hoop stand to his left. The rim alone stood ten feet off the ground, the backboard reaching another good bit higher. Long story short, towered over the petite boychild. Not to mention the immensely heavy support holding it all together and upright properly. Walking around it a few times, he giggled to himself.

Kneeling down gently, he placed his palm against the ground. In the space of less than a second, those super close would experience a very, very mind disorienting feeling, as if their vision had rippled for the slightest, smallest possible moment of time, over almost before it was even noticeable. In that same instant, a large, inky-black disk spread out across the floor, reaching slightly larger than the width of the basketball hoop stand. Starting out from the size of a dinner plate, it reached the full size in just a few seconds. Silently, the edges of the disk folded up, almost like cloth, into an impossibly thin vertical line. With it, the basketball hoop disappeared from sight, side by side, until all the edges had folded up, before the portal itself vanished into thin air. The entire process had taken around ten to fifteen seconds maximum.

Turning around to face the other students, he dusted his hands off.

“Let’s say someone wanted to buy that basketball hoop, but unfortunately, they were too far to gain ownership of it. That’s where iiiii step in~♪” Doing a light jog around the circumference of where the basketball stand once stood, he faced the group again, holding his hands out theatrically. “Now let’s say I’m in a different town. And ta daaaaaa~

Holding his hands out, the same, pitch-dark disc once more formed, radiating out from his hands, expanding in size until it reached the height of the basketball hoop stand. Silently, it slid out from the disc, clunking on the floor somewhat loudly as each of the stand’s legs came into contact with the ground with some force. Within seconds, the entire stand had once more been ejected.

Facing the group, Rain curtsied slightly, giggling.

“I’m not much of a fighter I’d say. But I’d like to think I still have my uses~♪

Tilting his head, he glanced at the teacher, wondering whether his display was sufficient.

"Oh, you're like me,"

Devin stepped away as Arleigh approached, raising a brow. What did she mean Devin was like her? Did she not buy the magic excuse? There was no way she was like this chick that stole her seat...

"Hello my name is Arleigh and I am guns."

As Arleigh transformed, Devin took a half-step back in shock. Was she found out? Right before panic truly set it, she realized; guns. She thought that Devin's power was producing weapons. Taking a moment to breathe, Devin collected herself and watched. Arleigh liked to sit at the center, had a bored demeanor, and transformed... Maybe she could actually get along with her?

Considering her options, Devin missed the first boy go up behind Arleigh, barely managing to catch the tail end of Akira's segment. What was someone like that doing here? He said he could take care of himself, but the shapeshifter had her doubts. However, she didn't have to dwell on those thoughts for too long. She chuckled, a little more huskily than her current voice should, as the teacher took a shot at Alex' feet, enjoying the show, and pleased that lying was okay... Especially considering the lesson of "getting along".

But the real fun followed next, as Rain went up. She still had his business card tucked inside of her body, but what was he actually capable of? What qualified him for that? She hadn't paid attention in class, so she kept her eyes on him the whole time.

“I’m not much of a fighter I’d say. But I’d like to think I still have my uses~♪

As Rain finished presenting, Devin rolled her eyes at his innuendo, clearing her voice before responding. She was wondering if he really did have some uses...

"So... You showed us you can move objects, but can you move people? Or animals?"

Eventually class ended, much to Randall's pleasure. Inu seemed to be just as angry as Randall was about the annoying girl, although he was much better at not showing it. Randall simply scoffed as he made his way to his next class - P.E. This was a class that he was excited for; if this really was a villain school, they'd probably let each other wail on one another, something Randall has been waiting to do ever since he met many of his classmates.

When he got to the class, their teacher Bloodstone wanted them to present their powers to the other classmates. Randall grinned, and was about to get up and start off when Bloodstone called out a red headed kid that looked familiar, although he couldn't quite put his finger on it. Randall chuckled at the brat's response. Had he not seen what the other teachers done to smart asses? Randall decided that, instead of showing up first, he'd rather wait a bit and see what else the other had to show.

Next up was another sort of familiar face, who introduced themselves with what Randall assumed was his actual name, unlike Mr. Business from before. He seemed polite... too polite, for a school like this. He couldn't tell if it was genuine or fake, but either it rubbed him the wrong way; it reminded him of how businessmen talked.

After him was... her. He gave Devin a glare as she presented her power, making a knife appear out of thin air. "Of course she's a magician." Randall thought to himself, shaking his head. He never liked magic users, always cowering behind the real stars.

The next girl was... guns. Randall chuckled again at her response, although it stopped when she turned her arm into a gun, before firing it wildly at a wall. Well, she wasn't wrong - she is guns. Randall turned to where she shot... which was only lightly damaged. A bit weak, Randall thought, considering she turned into guns.

The next student was a new one. The one that called himself Miri claimed to have the ability to time travel. Randall scoffed in disbelief, shaking his head. The next student was also hilarious to him; Akira walked towards the front and boldly announced that he did not have any powers. "This one will be fun to pick on." He thought to himself, prepared to go up and show off, when...

BANG

Randall couldn't help but let out what was a mix of a shout and laughter, seeing what was unfolding. Bloodstone had pulled an actual gun, firing it between the red head's feet. She was very clearly not going to have any of the brat's shit. After the whole fiasco unfolded, and the red head reacted to the teacher, the introductions continued.

Bloodstone had called up Mirren. Randall kept his eye close to the girl that claimed to be a business partner of his father. Her power seemed to be one of transportation, as she managed to make the basketball hoop disperse, before making it reappear in the same spot, although she claimed that she could use it to relocated it if she wanted to. Randall didn't quite pick up on how she did it exactly, other than strange disks were involved. Her power didn't seem that great for fighting, but for business... suddenly her claim had a bit more weight to it.

"It's showtime!" Randall shouted, walking to the front of the group. He saw that Devin was asking Mirren a question - he couldn't give a rat's ass if she'd answer it or not. It was his time. "The name's Randall Dukes. Don't worry about forgetting it - I'll make sure you don't!" He barked confidently, grinning before raising his fist. "My power is being a force of fucking nature!" He shouted, before slamming his fist onto the ground. His hand immediately bounced off the ground as a crater the size of a basketball formed on the ground, pieces of the ground flying from the impact of his strike. He proudly grinned at the mess he made, clenching his fist before turning to the crowd. "I can't wait to beat you clowns into the ground!" He laughed and, as he did, the class would see another crater form seemingly from nothing right next to the original crater. This crater wasn't as big or deep as the other, although pieces of the ground still flew into the air. Proud of himself, he started walking back towards the crowd, a wide grin stretched across his face.

"Nice to meet you, Victor! I'm Devin Kismet! And I believe everyone else here knew that already... So the real question is my power, right? It's maaaaagic! Neat, huh? So, who's up next?"

Victor watched Devin demonstrate what she could do and she basically said it was magic. Unfortunately, that wasn't something that he was really a fan of. Of course, there was scientific proof at this day and age that magic was a normal occurrence in the world, but with the world always falling towards the advent of newer and more applicable science and technology...what was the point of magic anymore?

"Hello my name is Arleigh and I am guns,"

Yet again, I find myself with Arleigh in the same class. Victor thought, watching her introduce herself as such. He didn't mind it, just sort of funny that she was in all his classes. Then again...HE was also in this class too.

"So we're in yet another class together, my ETERNAL RIVAL. Don't think just because your magical girlfriend is here means Imma take it easy on you."

As if fate wanted it to be the case, Victor was in another class with Akira. The young man only chuckled a bit to himself, hearing the words "eternal rival" being dropped. No lie...that has quite the ring to it. he thought, before making a small glance at Akira. "Fortunately for you, I prefer those without powers that are of the arcane arts. After all...those of the minds of science barely have time for something so trivial." Victor muttered to Akira, before watching him go introduce himself.

"Hello everyone! My name is Akira, and I have the amazing power of not having a superpower! But don't think I can't keep up!"

Least he's honest...

After Akira spoke, he watched Bloodstone get quite agitated due to the one kid's attempt of introducing himself. It made him snicker slightly, before regaining his composure and listening intently as she spoke further.

Teamwork skills? Victor thought, bringing up a hand to his chin. At this point, he made a note of everyone's powers...or in Akira's case, lack thereof. Nevertheless, it appeared they had quite the motley crew here. Even one had transportation or some sort of teleporting powers and another claimed they had time travel abilities. It seemed interesting to him, nonetheless.

Then he was graced with...

"It's showtime! The name's Randall Dukes. Don't worry about forgetting it - I'll make sure you don't! My power is being a force of fucking nature! I can't wait to beat you clowns into the ground!"

"A force of nature?" Victor muttered, still rubbing his chin. "A bit of kinetic energy manipulation perhaps? Hmmm...interesting."

 "Damn Brat"

Once Alex stepped down from the stage, he payed almost zero attention to the others. Granted, he picked up bits of information from each intro and could just barely identify most of the class. The kid with glasses that for some raised his hand to go up had something to do with robots. After him, something to do with MAGIC. Then guns, time travel, nothing...

"Nathanielson!" "Front and center! Do it again. Correctly."

Him having dozed off, the bullet that landed between his legs had nearly startled him so much that he had nearly fallen backwards. He scanned the room for anyone who could've shot it and soon found Bloodstone with a smoking handgun. He deeply scowled at her, while still feeling startled at the same time. If it was one of the more threatening teachers, he would done it (reluctantly). However, after taking a closer look, it seemed like this one was more bark than bite. It appeared that all she had one her was a simple blade and a handgun. He had been confronted with these on many occasions while doing his daily scam, so he had a fair chance against them. So, taking a deep breath, he calmly told her...

"No."

Nathanielsen was proving to be a tough one to deal with. While Bloodstone waited for a response - he seemed to be taking his time thinking about it - a couple other students had taken brief moments to introduce themselves. However, it still wasn't very long before she had her answer from the would-be troublemaker.

"No."

It's going to be that way then. She'd seen the way he was eyeing her up. Probably trying to assess if she was even capable of doing anything major. But a good player didn't show their hand until it was time to cash in their bets. He really had no idea who he was looking at, then. He could figure that out on his own time. What mattered right now was who Alex was. She didn't have any of the student files on her person, but that didn't mean she hadn't read up on each and every one of them extensively, and even spoken with a few parents about any potential concerns she had for them on a case-by-case basis.

"If you don't want to come up here, Alex Nathanielsen, I don't have telekinesis or some other sort of power to move you to me. However, Alex Nathanielsen, who is the son of known villain King of Spades and Brooke Clover, you aren't in your family's lavish home anymore. In this gymnasium, I am the law, and no amount of the illusions you can cast will change that. Don't let your hubris or history of mischief trick you into thinking the most esteemed school in Lowhaven would take any run-of-the-mill villain as the physical education teacher. We have shorter classes today, but expect a special assignment for you in particular the next time we're here."

  • 3 weeks later...

N. Ox sighed to himself as he moved down the hallway, his feet levitating a few inches off the ground as he lead the three new students down to their shared class, his arms folded in front of him as he floated along. He seemed very annoyed, although if it was directed at them or not was anybody's guess. He looked over his shoulder once, to make sure they were keeping up. In his mind, N. Ox was replaying what had happened only minutes ago in the Headmaster's office.

"You did what?" N. Ox asked flatly as he stared at Headmaster, who was sitting behind his large mahogany desk, three people suspended in what looked to be forcefields.

"You see, Oxie, I kidnapped these kids off of the street so they would come to our school instead of someone else's," the hooded man said. Even though his face was hidden, everyone in the room knew he was smiling. N. Ox rubbed his head, mumbling as his dark purple aura was flickering around him. "Now, I need to put some bastards in their place and let them know these students are ours now... please take them to their class, if you would," Headmaster shooed N. Ox with his hand, like he wasn't speaking to the most powerful evil dictator in the world.

N. Ox's aura flared, the room shaking as the room was bathed in a dark purple color. The dictator lifted a hand, the aura bleeding out of it as he reared it back to punch the Headmaster.

"Ah, ah, you know since enchantment magic is my barred school, I put all my skill points into wards, seals, and barriers. You'd destroy the school before you got to me, and then where would your successor learn from?" The Headmaster stated before handing N. Ox a paper. The light died down as N. Ox started to levitate off of the ground.

"Very well, but I
WILL remember this," He said before he floated off. The Headmaster released the three from their containment.

"Follow him, if you please," Headmaster said, shooing the three away.

With an irritated growl, N. Ox stopped in front of a door, looking down at his paper before looking back up at the door. His eyes glowed, and the door was sent flying off of its hinges, bouncing across the floor and crashing out a window. Floating in, he looked over to Carnivile, nodding.

"I'll fix that later," He said, his tone managing to be both apologetic and extremely pissed at the same time. "The Headmaster gave me the pleasure of transporting three kidnapped children to your classroom," He turned to gesture to them, his cape flapping dramatically as he did. "Take care of them, as I take care of some business," With that, his aura flared and he shot up into the ceiling, leaving a giant hole, and a cry of "My cabbages!" as he did.

"... Can't he teleport?" Inu muttered

Miri looked back and forth between Alex and Bloodstone, before leaning over and whispering to the person nearest to him, "Oh, things are getting pretty tense, huh? Well, don't worry about it... we have someone coming in 3... 2... 1...,"

The door was suddenly kicked opened, as a man wearing a black and red armor with a dark blue undershirt stumbled in, a crimson sword strapped to his back. His bluish green hair was done up in a ponytail, which kept his hair out from over his scarred red eyes. In his hand was a bottle of alcohol, which he took a deep swig of.

"Awright, teachin' aide Daichi Haken is here to whip y'all into shape," he slurred before taking another swig. "Ribbons is a shape, right? Right, 'course it is, and you'll be cuttin' your enemies to pieces by the time we're done with ya," He said as he lowered the bottle from his mouth. he walked over to stand by Bloodstone, taking another swig of his drink. "So whatcha teachin' these kiddies fiwst?" He asked Bloodstone.

"This will surely turn out interesting...," Miri muttered as he began to tap away at a PDA.

"You see, Oxie, I kidnapped these kids off of the street so they would come to our school instead of someone else's,"

This is okay. Mari's divine will has never failed me before.

Such a simple thought to run through the girl's head as she watched the two bicker below her. No matter just how odd this underground world seemed to get, there was always something even stranger waiting around the corner. Kidnapped? No, she was happy to be here! Any place so thoroughly occupied by the villainous kind she was looking for would work...

"Follow him, if you please."

The girl gave the strange man a brief bow of her head as she was released confinement finally, her arms stretching into the air slowly as she hummed and turned to follow after N. Ox, her bag tossed over her shoulder. The anger from him was so powerful, so overwhelming even...  It was delicious, his passion would make a wonderful asset! But she was getting ahead of herself, no she needed to wait and establish herself in the school...

"Take care of them, as I take care of some business." "My cabbages!"

Elita tilted her head a little bit as she watched the strange scene unfold, and the vice principal's departure was only the beginning. No, indeed, things were only beginning to get little weird, thanks to the little girl about to stab out someone's eye. The blood trail that creeped around the redhead's body seemed to catch Elita's attention as she clapped her hands together, a little gasp escaping her, such a talent! Shame it was no doubt connected to a lost soul... Perhaps there was a glimpse of potential there, in any case. She would just have to keep this in mind.

"... Can't he teleport?"

Teleportation? Along with his pure passion! If only she could convince him to work with her... But that was a pipe dream, and for now she was content to work herself into the good graces of her new... Classmates. After all, that's what this place was... A school.

"Well... That is quite the... Ah what is the word..."

The girl tapped at her cheek a tiny bit as she looked into the room, her accent stood out, certainly before her appearance. She hummed softly as she tilted her head at the little spectacle that the two in the room had gotten themselves into. Her hand brushed off the front of her dress as she held her purse over her shoulder, a grin appearing on her face as she looked towards Mary, "That pique, miss, is very sharp. Very impressive! You could certainly harm someone with that... But perhaps it should not be so close to her eyes?"

The tone of Elita's voice was very excited, her words trailed off into a little hum as she clasped her hands together, giving a warm grin even as she looked at the potentially disastrous display. The emotions coursing through the room, so thoroughly emanating... It almost brought a renewed sense of vigor to her as she laughed a tiny bit, "It is wonderful to finally be here. There was a scheduling error that I had to attend to, I hope that you do not mind, professeur!"

She bowed her head as she turned to look towards Carnivile, giving her a little smile. She hummed softly as she took a little glance around, "Might I just take a seat?"

"No."

Welp...nice knowing you, kid. Victor thought, shaking his head slightly at this kid's obvious disrespect towards Bloodstone. That was one dead kid right there...oh well.

"If you don't want to come up here, Alex Nathanielsen, I don't have telekinesis or some other sort of power to move you to me. However, Alex Nathanielsen, who is the son of known villain King of Spades and Brooke Clover, you aren't in your family's lavish home anymore. We have shorter classes today, but expect a special assignment for you in particular the next time we're here."

Well this is something interesting he didn't expect. This kid was the son of the King of Spades, who was quite a known villain, but then again, it wasn't one villain that Victor particularly cared to follow. So this one seemed to be the type of person who had quite the attitude problem and didn't give any respect to his superiors...a terrible type of person...just make themselves end up being like...spoiled brats.

Victor let out a small sigh at his thought, before jumping slightly as the door was kicked open and a new figure entered the room...and well...

"Awright, teachin' aide Daichi Haken is here to whip y'all into shape! Ribbons is a shape, right? Right, 'course it is, and you'll be cuttin' your enemies to pieces by the time we're done with ya! So whatcha teachin' these kiddies fiwst?"

With a few blinks, Victor was introduced to Daichi Haken as he almost sounded drunk. Not surprising given the school, but seriously? Either way, he remained silent and just saw what would occur right now. After all, all Bloodstone said was the introductions were to help in the area of teambuilding skills.

Finally, Vix'us had gotten changed for his next class.  It was a class called 'Gym'.  Apparently, it would be where students would put there abilities to the test.  Vix'us' eyes sharpened, and his eyebrows raised.  If he had a mouth, it would surely be smiling.  His hands clasped, as he raised one triumphantly in front of his beak.  A blue blaze started to swirl around his fist, radiating heat and elegance.

"Now!  The Hoomins will learn all that is of the Vol'thoo'maranian's ancient power!  They will come to know me as one of the strongest!  One of the boldest!  One of the most advanced creatures they have ever seen!  They will be forced to witness my people's beauty and pride!  And with it, I shall become the leader of this stronghold, and conquer this planet!"  With himself now pumped up for his new class, he took a step out of the locker room and into the gymnasium.  "I!  Vix'us!  Have come to show you what I'm made of!"

His gym uniform was something to behold.  The pants were riding up a bit on his buttocks, and the shirt was a tad tight.  Hoomin customs were so strange, why did they wear these to this class specifically?  He saw a strange assortment of students and faculty.  The tension in the room was thick enough, that even a species not known to conflict was feeling the pressure.  He attentively made his way to line up with the other student's and await instruction.  His soul began to sink, as he saw one of the teacher's was obviously inebriated.  It seemed, at least, that alcohol was universal.

"Awright, teachin' aide Daichi Haken is here to whip y'all into shape."

Bloodstone's attention snapped to the man who had so rudely intruded on her class. This was supposed to be her aide for these classes, and in a stark contrast to the cold composed posture of Bloodstone herself, this man had loudly and drunkenly stumbled in like it was some kind of fraternity party instead of an actual class. Even worse, she recognized this man. This wasn't just some average drunkard. Rather, he was one of the most powerful active villains in the world. Off the top of her head, Bloodstone only knew only one villain stronger than him, that being N. Ox himself.

"Ribbons is a shape, right? Right, 'course it is, and you'll be cuttin' your enemies to pieces by the time we're done with ya. So whatcha teachin' these kiddies fiwst?"

"Today's classes are shorter than normal, so we're focusing on getting the students familiar with each other." Turning her attention back to the class, Bloodstone gestured toward the man who had rather loudly made his presence known, and said "As my teaching aide for this class has already taken the liberty of introducing himself, I'd skip him under most circumstances. However, it was a half-assed and sloppy introduction that didn't tell you anything. For those of you who don't know, Haken here - otherwise known as Muramasa, the second-most-powerful villain of today - has the ability to take a hit and then return it with double the force he was put through. Make an active effort to not follow his drunken example, and make it to this class on time. Not that all of you made it on time today anyway."

As if from a script, Bloodstone's glare fixated on the alien in the room. "Py'hrt! Front and center! You're the only student who has yet to introduce themselves, and being tardy won't give you a free pass. I also need to speak with you in particular after today's classes are over."

"I'll fix that later. The Headmaster gave me the pleasure of transporting three kidnapped children to your classroom. Take care of them, as I take care of some business."

"My cabbages!"

...

Camille stared in bewilderment at what had just transpired. Transfer students? In the middle of the school day? Center Lowhaven High was already proving to be a much odder school than Camille had initially suspected. The silence following N. Ox's appearance and prompt departure - otherwise broken only by one of the very students N. Ox had brought in - was soon broken by the teacher, applauding at something.

"See, that's how you make an entrance! And an exit at that! Welcome to theatrics, new students! Please, take a seat; classes are short today so we aren't doing anything major here just yet." Then her attention turned to Bloody Mary and Thunderclap. "As for you two, please don't do anything in this class that would make me have to bring someone to the nurse's office. That woman gives me the creeps."

"I'd rather like to see how much bloodshed her spear thing can make or if her new 'friend' over there can do anything about it," Camille interjected, raising a hand and finally making her presence known in the class. "It would be a solid display of what they're both capable of, and cleanup shouldn't be that difficult unless they start spilling organs." She'd almost fallen asleep earlier, but what with N. Ox's sudden entrance rousing her from her drowsy state, Camille suddenly seemed awfully interested in the situation between Kess and Mary.

"Please. Proceed."

"Don't proceed."

Kess kept her eyes locked on Mary throughout the entire discussion on her name, not allowing her gaze to waver for a second. The sneer crept back as the teacher suggested she demonstrate what she could do. She wasn't convinced Mary was anything special. Nobody that big of a wuss was going to be a challenge for her.

She appraised Mary scornfully as the girl spoke, frowning in distaste at what a weirdo she was being. "You getting off on being such a wuss?" she asked bluntly, not looking impressed. It was then that she felt the touch on her neck. She darted her head back to look behind her, saw nothing. "Eh?" she asked, turning back, before stopping cold. The blade of red liquid, not just any liquid but BLOOD, actual blood, floated before her, ready to stab into her eye.

"I wonder if you could shock me before I took your eye...it might be fun to find out, wouldn't it?"

Kess opened her mouth, silent for a moment. In that bried moment of silence, the door flew off. Kess resisted the urge to jump as hard as she could, keeping the blood blade in her periphery as she turned to look at the open doorway, seeing some figures coming through it.

"The hell is this freak show-" she began, before she realized the one responsible for kicking to door down was N. Ox. Her throat constricted. This was one teacher she had known from the start she wouldn't be antagonizing. He wasn't some goof like The Globe, he was clearly the real deal. She promptly shut her mouth, watching the proceedings. Apparently he was bringing in some new students? What had stopped them from coming in early? Despite the happy-dappy attitude of the brunette that had spoken up first (and Kess was SO happy to have ANOTHER cheerful face around the place, she thought irritably), she wasn't convinced.

After the rubble from N. Ox's departure settled, she allowed herself to return her attention back to Mary, Camille's little interjection spurring her towards it, though she didn't pause to think why Camille cared so much.

"So this is what you're capable of... Bloody Mary indeed, eh?" A small smile cracked her face, but her eyes weren't different, not even a shade. They still looked Mary over with nothing but contempt. "You think you're real scary right now, don't you? You think I'm scared of you when I have every hero out there to contend with, all the ones who want to beat me senseless, throw me in jail... all the ones who already have?" She held a hand out to her side calmly, cupping her palm, a spark forming inside it. "I already have a goddamn arch-nemesis, you extra."

"Threatening me with losing my eye... What kind of villain falls back on cheap thrats like that?" She sneered. "You think that's some sort of deterrent? Like I thought... bloody hero mindset. I'm not gonna waste time THREATENING those scumbags. I go hard. If I tell somebody I'm capable of wiping them out in a single shot... I take that shot."

She flexed her hand, a blast of power arcing out directly towards Mary. It was close-range, too, her poor aiming not a factor. Even as pain arced through her tired body she followed through, forcing the power out towards Mary. It wasn't a bolt that could kill her, even at this range, Kess was too tired for that, but there was one thing it was guaranteed to do, and that was HURT, a LOT, maybe knock the girl flying, knock her out completely if Kess was lucky.

There were people talking to her. And loud noises. A newcomer was worried about Mary harming Kess. That was odd. She would have responded to the girl if not for the fact that Kess's loud speech took up most of her attention. She almost felt guilty that she was ignoring a potential new friend but...this was important.

Mary was so excited. Kess wasn't backing down at all. She was inviting Mary to do it. Practically asking her to. She wanted it as much as Mary did! Her body trembled and her breathing got heavier as the girl in front of her continued her speech. Nothing else mattered but this moment. Her heart thudded loudly and rapidly and her blood itself trembled in excitement.

This was it. This was what Mary had wanted from this place.

Mary's breathing was too hard for her to respond. She was struggling to keep a composed face but she couldn't hide the joy she felt slip out as she noticed Kess about to...do something. Likely something incredible.

And so...Mary struck. She thrust the blood into Kess's eye. Piercing just enough to cause intense pain. And in that moment Kess's own power met Mary.

White.

That's all Mary could see for several glorious moments.

It hurt.

It hurt so much.

All Mary could hear as her body spasmed and was sent into the desk behind her was a ringing in her ears.

All she could see was a whiteness enshrouding the room.

And all she felt...was pleasure.

When the whiteness faded and she could once more act, Mary looked towards Kess. She was curious what effect she had had on the other girl. If perhaps she had experienced this ecstasy as well. The bliss of causing, and receiving, pain. There was one thought at the forefront of Mary's mind. A feeling that welled up in her and threatened to explode out.

"Do you want to have some real fun?" Mary asked with genuine, if twisted, sweetness.

She wanted more.

A couple of weirdos entered the classrooms soon after his introduction. First was some drunk bastard, who had literally brought alcohol into the classroom. Randall shook his head in disgust - he wondered how someone who dared considered themselves a pro could drink such poison; he'd never make it far with a weak body like that. Bloodstone went on to explain who this asshat was, and what his power was. "Second most powerful? This is the best this clown fiesta of a school has to offer?" He thought to himself as she rambled on.

The other weirdo was bird brain from before. Randall almost exploded into laughter when he saw what he was wearing. As expected, the weirdo was called out by the teacher to stand up, being late to the class. "What a fucken clown..." He remarked, shaking his head. He was a bit disappointed when he realized the day would be spent introducing each other - he was hoping to dunk on some kids.

Things hadn't been going Natalia's way that day. Her attempts to sneak into the Villain School was... successful? She got caught, but the person that caught her seemed to want to add her to the school. "I'm gonna count that as a win." She thought to herself as she followed the one they called N. Ox. She decided to keep quite, simply observing those the other students as she was taken to her destination. She was slightly regretting her choice of coming here, but she knew this is what must be done; for the cause. As she observed the students around her, she started to linger behind the group.

By the time she entered through the hole that used to be a door that lead to her classroom, N. Ox was nowhere to be seen, although the hole in the ceiling gave a good indication as to where he had gone. "See, that's how you make an entrance! And an exit at that! Welcome to theatrics, new students!" A voice rang, coming from what she assumed was the teacher. The teacher then turned to the main attraction of the room - two students seemed to be fighting.

The teacher seemed to be trying to stop them, although "help" was kind of an overstatement as she barely did anything. Natalia sighed. "Even in the underground authority is useless..." She muttered under her breath as she watched the fireworks. One of them had launched the other with an impressive lighting strike, while the other stabbed the first with a crimson... needle? Either way, no one around her seemed to be willing to do anything about it. She considered doing the same - after all, two dead potential villains would make things easier for her. Still, the whole reason she came here was to get over her weakness... standing as a bystander sat poorly with her. "I guess it can't be helped..." She thought to herself, before stepping forward.

"I think the two of you have had enough fun for now." Natalia spoke as he walked forwards, eventually standing between the two. "I know you brutes are just here to cause mayhem and all, but please remember that this is, in fact, a school and not your personal playground."

Rain Mirren

After his presentation, a familiar figure asked a question. Shrugging, he grinned back at Devin. The next figure - Randall Dukes - came up, rudely interrupting, but he shrugged. Walking over towards Devin to speak to her specifically, he spoke quietly.

“I’m sure I could answer that if I were to have a reason to~♪

It’s not smart to show all the cards immediately now, is it? Perhaps you have a deal you wish to make~?”

Rain frowned, shaking his head.

“Apologies, but it seems as if my schedule for tonight will be quite occupied with other clients. Perhaps later~♪”

He calmly strolled back to where he stood before. Better he not dilly dally too much with talking during class. Bloodstone might not handle it well. Rain reflected on the conversation. Although he managed to pass it off impeccably, he wondered what he should do. If the girl really did have some sort of offer regarding transportation of living material, he’d be unable to do it anyways. Living matter could not enter the portals. For what reasons, Rain was still unsure of, but it was what it was. Therefore, it would be better if she didn’t have an actual request. He would rather he didn’t have to reveal that rather important part about his abilities, for now at least.

Thankfully, while the rest of the class was rather eventful, none of it was particularly relevant or of interest to him, with it only being brats and kids with temper control problems as well as some girl with a screw or two loose. A drunk teaching assistant that radiated a dominating aura strolled in later as well, which was fairly interesting. At the teacher’s introduction of the assistant as the second most powerful villain though, Rain straightened up, focusing more.

What an impressive figure...

4th Period - PE

x393wz.jpg

Already 4th Period and this wasn't good. Late to all her prior classes and even orientation. This day wasn't going overly well at the moment...

First, the alarm didn't work properly. Then it was just cold water...which was just a bad time in general. THEN it was just an overly bad hair day...which required plenty of attention to. After all, first day of school...needed to make a hell of an impression for everyone. Mix that up with the terrible commute and lack of any real direction from anyone and it would make for quite the cocktail that would spell disaster for anyone...

But that wasn't going to get her down. Not now...she'd make an entrance into her PE class and try her best to make up for it. After all, she just got the syllabus and assignments from the other teachers to get ahead. Now...now she just needed to pop in.

Ahead of her was the doors to the gymnasium...it was time. She made her way towards the door, put her hands on it and exhaled slowly. Alright...here we go.

-BGM-

The doors were swung open as now Mandy walked in, tipping her black cat hat and making her way towards the group. "Apologies for being late. I'd give you the specific details, but I'm fairly certain you wouldn't want every boring detail." she said, before standing with the group of students, most likely having Bloodstone's gaze on her.

"Punctuality is dead," Bloodstone sighed, upon seeing the sight of yet another person who couldn't make it to class on time. "Well, step forward, introduce yourself to the class, and if you have a note for your tardiness, let me see it."

Mandy gave a quick smile before walking towards Bloodstone, handing her the note and immediately turning on her heel. "Nice to meet y'all, I'm Mandy Leona." she said quickly. "As for what I can do...well...let's just say...this cat has claws~" She slowly lifted her hands up and everyone now could see as her nails started to grow longer and at the tips of them, quite sharp. "As you can see, I can pretty much control my nails to quite the extent. But its far the extent of it..."

She paused and pointed her right hand towards the group, making a finger gun before putting her left hand on her hip. "Don't blink~" Mandy smirked, before quickly pointing up towards the ceiling and shooting off the index finger's nail straight into the air. "I can also fire off my nails...so y'all best be careful if you're around me." she said, finally making her way towards the group of students.
