Poofin
All my deck ideas are complete crap, I know...Doesn't have to a pre-built deck, could be just a list of cards.

Poofin
So how DOES this deck work? How do you successfully win games with it1. Get Block Dragon to the graveyard or to the hand (by luck or different dimension capsule) with Catapult Zone. (I can get cards to the graveyard by using the effect of Power Giant, Lightning Vortex and Catapult zone. The opponent will also probably send cards on my field to the graveyard by attacking them. Then I would be able to special summon Block Dragon from my graveyard or hand by banishing the 3 monsters. If I draw Gaia Plate the Earth Giant or search for him with Different dimension capsule I will be able to summon him. I could keep him on the field with Burial from a Different Dimension, which should grant at least 3 extra turns with him. I would win by attacking my opponents monsters and by using the effects of my rock monsters which are not in the graveyard or banished. I would also be able to summon Number F0 as all I need is 4 level 3 monsters. I could draw Gorgonic Cerberus or search for it or search for other level 3 monsters. If I can't summon Number F0, I could still destroy my opponents monsters and attack with Gorgonic Guardian and do damage with Grenosaurus. I can use the MSTs to clear out the back row. ~ P O L A R I S ~
Dinosmasher's Fury x3 is your best bet. Souleating Oviraptor, Miscellaneousaurus and Ultimate Conductor Tyranno are budget players' holy trinity. Paleozoics and Cubics also have very inexpensive skeletons with lots of potential, most of their cards can be obtained under a dollar. The advent of the Mega-Tins has made Zoodiacs considerably cheaper too, but you'd have to compromise some quality to get under $40, which goes for any deck.
