If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can target cards on the field up to the total combination of LIGHT and DARK monsters you control and/or in your GY; banish them. You can only use this effect of "Shining Darkness Dragon" once per turn. While face-up on the field or in the GY, this card is also LIGHT-Attribute. Once per turn (Quick effect): You can send 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster to the GY (1 from your hand and 1 from your Deck), then target 1 card on the field; it has its effect negated until the end of this turn.

I was reading the tuning requirements, and does it have to be 1 Light or Dark tuner monsters, or do one of the monsters have to be Dark and one of them has to be light. Also, I'd make the non-tuner monster a dragon type, just so it would be a little harder to summon.

The non-Tuner requirements are presumably any LIGHT or DARK monsters that, when used with any generic Tuner you like, have their Levels total up to 10. Should probably say "or" instead of "and". Or if the intention is to use at least 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK, then just split it up. 

 

But why do you think the non-Tuner requirement should be Dragon (remember, you have to explain why)? As you can probably tell by now, this is for Chaos decks and while Chaos Dragons do exist, it mostly will rely on you using Raiden + Darkflare Dragon to do that with your suggestion; looking at current lists.

 

That being said (for Dragulas), even if you do modify the conditions to require a Dragon non-Tuner, card still generates a lot of banish fuel once summoned considering their nature so in the end, it does roughly the same amount of work (in how much you can banish on summoning). I am still skeptical about this being a reusable BTS (with wider range) even with it requiring hand cards too, as you are still using it to set up for BLS / Sorcerer, etc.

The requirements were intentional, its for a dual Atributte archetype im working on, although i wasnt sure how to word it correctly without making it require archtype non tuner materials (but that might be the better choice to balance it for now). Its suppose to be summoned using light and dark monster(s), regardless if its only 1 as long as that 1 monsters contains the 2 atributtes, again didn know how it has to be worded for that. So for now it requires 1 light and 1 dark.
