Rules:

All Leaderboard rules apply

First to 3 votes or most votes by deadline wins.

All voters must elaborate on their votes or else the vote will be rejected.

All contestants have the right to refuse votes, but must explain why they don't accept it.

Card D votes are allowed in case the voter thinks both cards don't deserve a vote but must elaborate on why he/she thinks so.

Cards must be PM'd to me.

Written cards are allowed.

Remove any evidence of the card being made by you to ensure anonymity

In case a downtime or an emergency happens, the deadlines may be extended.


Deadlines:

The deadline for cards is 48 hours after challenge has been accepted.

The deadline for votes is 96 hours (4 days) after cards have been posted.

In case of a challenger failing to meet the above deadline without explanation, the challenger slot will open up again, at which point it becomes first-come-first-serve between the previous challenger's and new submissions.

Linkoala

Level 2/ EARTH
Cannot be Tributed or be used as a Link Material, except for the Link Summon of a monster with the same Type and/or Attribute as this card. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by returning 1 Link monster from your GY to the Extra Deck. When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Linkangaroo Token" (Beast/EARTH/Level 2/ATK 1000/DEF 800). It cannot be used as a Synchro or Link Material, except for the Link Summon of a monster with the same Type and/or Attribute with it. You can only use this effect of "Linkoala" once per turn.

(Quick Effect): you can target 1 Beast monster you control; Special Summon 1 Beast monster from your GY, then destroy that target. You can only use this effect of "Tiny Tamer" once per turn. If this card is in the Graveyard because it was sent there this turn to Summon or activate the effect of a Beast monster: You can take 1 Level 3 or lower Beast monster from your Deck, and either add it to your hand or Special Summon it.

If a face-up Level 4 or lower Beast-type monster you control is targeted for your opponent's card effect or attack: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand), then choose another target for that effect or attack. You can only Special Summon 1 "Painted Bamboozler" per turn this way.

Since I instituted 3-ways in Leaderboard, it's only fair that I at least vote in the first one ever (well, that's officially in the season; not counting the Postseason final)

 

Card A

 

While there are a good amount of EARTH Link Monsters, only ones of note that would be worth summoning are Missus Radiant (which most EARTH decks can already do), Gaia Saber, Link Spider (with the Token) and I suppose Binal Sorceress/Trigate Wizard if you can do it; rest of them either have other conditions and/or don't do anything for Beasts. If anything, mostly the first three. At the same time though, it is nice to recycle certain Links as they technically become useless after leaving the EMZ (though none of them really get anything from being re-summoned).

 

(At best, it's just Link setup fodder for a limited pool and don't think Beasts run Normals to make Link Spider anyway, so you're stuck with Missus most of the time. Would be nice if there were more Beast Links, but they don't exist right now.)

 

Then again, I don't get how this is a koala summoning kangaroos, but that's a flavor note (even though they're both Australian).  

 

Card B

 

Well, I suppose this works well for retrieving bigger bosses from the GY while also triggering the Baboons of the Forest (Green/Yellow); being Quick helps too to force replays and stuff. Searching is nice too, but I have to ask when does this trigger (will assume it's during the EP, but yeah, you need to mention this). Only Decks that can really make use of this are Ojamas / Raccoons, especially with the new ED rules on the field and recycling their bosses. And yes, being Tuner for Synchro plays.

 

Card C

 

Still faces the same problem as card B with being limited to certain Decks (though it does have a larger range of what it can protect), but at the same time, it is still a free summon that redirects stuff. The effect itself is great, but limited targets to work with that are actually decent for modern standards / want to use this. It's too bad that it doesn't help Xyz, because there are some good Beast monsters that are Level/Rank 4 and under.

Have to go with B for overall usability; least it isn't constrained by Level/Rank, etc (bar for the searching effect, but even ones that run high Level Main Deck should have some targets to grab) and triggers stuff. Restricted to Beasts, yes, but it is something they would appreciate. 

 

C has limited [decent] targets to protect (which hurts), but the effect on its own is fine. There are a lot of monsters that would fall under this card's redirection effect, but many of them either don't have space in their Decks for it or pack filler in general.

 

A is just set up for Missus Radiant (mostly) at the moment; something most EARTH decks are already capable of doing to a degree. (Yeah, it does recycle Link Monsters but with the conditions and other factors, it doesn't help Beasts too much in summoning stuff they want. As a generic thing, it's fine.)
