BLASTERZ Posted August 5, 2017 Report Share Posted August 5, 2017 MADE IN ABYSS DWELLER is about a girl and astro boy and they go down the burning abyss, a BIG HOLE that extends thousands of miles downwards. The big hole has giant creatures and together they gonna collect treasures and fight monsters and meet newfriends and all that s***. However the one issue i have is theres too many boring buildup and exposition i wanna see some dead people like BRUH. If u can sit thru the buildup its awesome cuz theres tons of tension and plot unlike ur generic weeaboo fanservice trash like kakekgurui yeah i wanna see people DIE WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO The artstyle is very cutesy and that i think is good because people dont want to read MANLY ART like BERSERK or KAIJI or they dont like jojo because they think theyre too straight f***ing homophobes. Theyd only want big breast tsundere loli weeaboo manchild virgin trash and thus when they watch made in abyss theyre gonna s*** their pants and caught offguard when theres dead people ayyy. oof i gotta spoil this one becuz its plot points the art is very nice drawn too oof berserk and vagabond clearly the best in the world but this dude tries the bad guys in the stories are more like CRAWLERS but they became more like BURNING ABYSS OSHIT oof the tension f*** u Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maeriberii Haan Posted August 5, 2017 Report Share Posted August 5, 2017 it's not in hot since it's only avalable via Amazon instead of Crunchyroll and thus didn't get that extra exposure outside of relying on its own strengths. I mean a lot of people ends up just torrenting it or streaming it, but there's a lot of anime watchers right now that strictly watch things legally and Amazon is a pain in the ass. mitchermitcher Posted August 5, 2017 Report Share Posted August 5, 2017 i dont dislike that there's competition against crunchyroll though. ideally it'd push both crunchy and amazon(and netflix) to improve their services even further so that in the future they'd all be equally accessible. doesn't seem to be the case right now though. abyss deserves so much more recognition than it's getting now and it's being held back by amazon which sucks. Anime strike makes it 13.25 a month and if anything most amazon prime users dont even use it to watch anime theyd rather just watch it illegally. Amazon could get rid of anime strike, and maybe perhaps people will begin to sign up for prime, and they should also start funding their own original anime, like BLAME/DEVILMAN/A.I.C.O with netflix and The Relative with hulu Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My main problem isn't the Exposition (I personally think its World Building) but the fact that the Abyss has been made up to kill everyone makes it feel a bit iffy that they could just walk down there like they have been. Fusion X. Denver Posted October 9, 2017 Report Share Posted October 9, 2017 This show was the highlight of last season. Took me by surprise many times and it didn't flinch in its execution. I would've rather it toned down the lolibait but didn't mar my overall enjoyment of the show.Might pick up the manga?
