​​When your opponent activates a card or effect, you can tribute 1 monster you control with 0 ATK and/or DEF; Negate that card or effect and banish it, if you do, banish the top 10 cards of your opponent's Deck face-down. This card and effect cannot be negated. You can only activate 1 "Millennium Thousand-Eyes Virus" per duel.

Remember hearing about this some time ago, thought it'd be funny to mess around with the unknown effect. It's probably more broken than this but I'm just basing it off the name and the reason people don't like desires. Banishing key cards fd is nice. CnC is appreciated.

Negating Pot of Desires banishes half there deck. That would be a game quitting moment.

 

I would suggest making it 0 ATK and/or DEF because otherwise you can't use cards like Relinquished or Thousand Eyes Restrict (which by card text sounds like would be a problem).

 

I bet you could make it so it could be negated and half the banishes. Then you could probably make it a once per turn rather than a once per duel, but that isn't really much of an improvement.

Thanks for catching that, it was intended to be able to work with Thousand Eyes Restrict / Thousand Eyes Idol so the change has been made. (It also cleaned up the spacing)

 

Also they deserve the Phantom -20 for dick riding Desires.
