banning the "good" cards only make that your brains must evolve to think the way to replace those cards...

 

unless you are a dumb player that wants to eliminate the ban list, the god cards with effects and that card of sanctity has the anime effect...

If you are wondering why, its because moderators are to be indifferent open-minded and rule abiding/enforcing individuals whom members can trust for an unbiased opinion and receive positive critisim from. You, are none of these, Crab. How you ever became moderator is beyond me.

 

Guess its just another fine example of the leadership around these boards...:?

 

As for the post, yes I mistakenly placed cards that are on the banned list for advanced format. However, there are plenty of other level 3 and lower monster cards that fit the bill that I did not name. So instead of bashing all whose opinions do not match that of the popular consensus, perhaps you should open that tiny egotistical mind of yours just a hair and think about ALL cards. Not just the ones you deam "good".

You seem confused as to the meaning of "open-minded" and "unbiased". they do not mean "holding no views whatsoever"; they mean "holding no unsupported views". Someone working under your definition would need to believe that Larvae Moth was as good a card as Dark Armed Dragon, a view which seems more akin to stupidity than unbiasedness. The key concept is "fairness"; I will hold views where it is appropriate to hold views.

Your entire argument was that:

 

1) It's a Level 1 monster.

2) It has low ATK.

 

These properties, as everyone knows, are completely removed from whether or not it deserves to be banned; in fact, the low ATK makes it compatible with Limit Rebirth, making it even more powerful. Your post contributed nothing to the topic (lulz notwithstanding). Whether or not you hold an opinion is irrelevant; if you are unable to support it, you are failing to contribute. The whole "MY OPINION EXISTS THEREFORE YOU MUST ALL ACCEPT IT BECAUSE BEING WRONG IS IMPOSSIBLE AND ALL OPINIONS ARE EQUAL GUYZ" thing is getting extremely old, and it hasn't gotten any less wrong since you started using it.

If you look at 90% of all level 3 and lower monsters, they have effects that would bring the duel back into balance for someone who is, shall we say, losing. Just because I used cards that were on the ban list does not mean that there are not others out there that are not on the ban list. I'm sure being such a knowledgeable individual like yourself, you should already know those cards.

 

Secondly, do not talk to me about leadership. You lead usernames on a message board. Lead some real people on something important and get back to me. Not something as trivial as a trading card game.

 

I did not say you could not hold your own views, but you, especially as a moderator, need to learn to express them in a professional manner. Not some cock-eyed half@$$ed, adolescent style dispute. Just because I choose to post my opinions in a broader scale does not make them incorrect, nor does it make the impressions that you are so adoringly picking up as to meaning something as small as a Larvae Moth would equal something like the Dark Armed Dragon in atk, def, or effect.

 

All you have proven Crab Helmet is that you are a teenager on a power trip (or at least you have the maturity level of one). And your tiny group of supporters to this irrelivent and utterly pointless debate right now, only prove that fact ten-fold.

So? There are Level 8 monsters with effects that aren't banworthy; does that mean that the Chaos monsters should be made legal?

As you said, this is an internet forum based around a children's card game. We're not in an office building deciding whether to exercise stock options and at what percent we should charge insurance premiums. So, I'll type in whatever style I like. You don't seem to take offense to other moderators' writing styles, though most of them aren't professional either - Dj Osiris, for example - so I can only assume that you're merely using "professionalism" as an excuse to complain.
