Mr. Hyde
OOC Today was the the day. The day marked on his perfectly organized calendar that had marked his departure to go off on a new chapter in his life. He was now a Digimon World Online beta tester. The instruction he received with his "D-factor" were pretty straight forward. It told one who accepted the role as a beta tester to travel to the nearest Digimon World Online Login Center. Flight and all accommodations would be paid for. Lance had left his hometown in Washington to travel all the way to Texas. When he stepped into the Airport, there was someone there in a casual outfit with the Digimon World Online logo sprawled across his shirt. He smiled and ushered Lance to follow him and onto a bus. It was mostly empty, and the people who had caught the same bus as him didn't really interest him, or warrant his attention. All Lance could do was stare out the bus window, his stomach in knots. They arrived to a relatively plain looking building, all blocky and square in it's architecture, like one of those random building you would see on the side of a highway. It didn't look high tech or anything in the sense, but they must've paid for the technology and not the rental spaces for the project. As they traveled farther into the building, they would reach a pair of sliding metal doors. Next to the metal doors seemed to be a panel of sorts that had a flat, blank screen staring at them. "Please step up and use your D-Factors on our login panel! It's just security measures, of course." Lance nodded, and brought up his strange device to the blank screen on the panel. The screen on his D-Factor blinked on, and projected a white light onto the panel. The screen on the panel blinked green, and the doors slid open. As he entered, the door closed behind him automatically. Now he stood inside a bright hallway that turned into a flight of stairs leading downwards. There was no where else for Lance to go, so he proceeded onward and down the stairs. When he reached the end was where everything started to turn into what he expected. Layers of wires padded the hallway, all twisted and coiling around each other. He reached the bottom of the stairs, where a lady stood at a raised computer, her attire all white and formal. He stepped forward, as his foot clanked against sheet metal. The floor had turned into a railway of sorts, wires covering the floor below the railway. He pressed on towards the employee. Behind her was a row of circular objects, much like something you would spin around in at a carnival. "Ah you must be Lance!" The lady greeted him. "Y-y-yes." He stuttered. "Ah, well congratulations on making it this far. Now if you would, step into this pod." Lance gulped. "Um...I thought this was going to be a VR experience." He said, raising a finger. "Oh heavens no! Didn't you read the Terms of Acceptance?" In the back of Lance's mind, he smacked himself for not reading those so in depth. He was usually very keen on doing that, so he wasn't caught up in something that would negatively affect him. His excitement must have gotten the better of him in that moment. He shook his head. "Oh I see! You're physical body is going to be turned into digital code, and sent into the digital world!" She giggled. "Don't worry, you can log out at any time. But in the meantime, we will keep your specific pod here, which holds your organic code, so that you can return to the real world." It all sounded like a dream. Technology had come so far. With a nod, he stepped inside the capsule like device. The assistant smiled at him, as she pressed a button that closed the open door. It was nothing but darkness for but a mere moment. However, Lance could feel the sweat drip on his forehead. After a couple more seconds passed, A bright light engulfed the inside of the pod. It was blinding, but when Lance opened his eyes, the blinding light was somehow being translated into 1's and 0's in front of his very eyes. Looking at his skin, he could see the same numbers repeating themselves over and over across his arms. There was no need to panic....there was no need to panic... PANIC! It was then that the light had faded. He wasn't in a pod anymore, rather he was standing on some kind of raised platform. He definitely wasn't in the same one from before, but on the other end, another assistant clad in the same uniform was there to greet him. He didn't remember standing up, but he definitely was now, his knees all sorts of shaky from the ride. He would've lost his lunch, if the assistant didn't greet him before hand. "Welcome to Digimon World Online, Lance!" Welcome to the Digital World "T-thank you for having me." Lance said, his stomach still upset from the trip. As he felt himself, he noticed that he could still feel, that his nervous system was still intact. "Incredible." He let slip out of his mouth. He definitely couldn't believe his eyes. Best. Graduation. Git. Ever. He turned his attention towards the assistant, who couldn't help but giggle. "That's a reaction I haven't seen in a bit. Please proceed to the next room, the administration lobby. There you will receive your very own digimon, in accordance with what you requested of course." Lance nodded, and made his way past the assistant, and towards another pair of sliding doors. When he reached the other side, he saw a very beautiful scene, Marble pillars and columns were staggered across the room. Flora he had never seen before danced in the open air. The lobby was open air, and there was even a small river that flowed throughout the room, created by a small waterfall that poured out of a hole to his left. To his right was a large desk, where assistants sat behind. They brought him closer and asked for him to present his D-Factor. Upon doing so, they nodded, and told him to stand in the center of the lobby. Lance did so, and waited patiently. It wasn't long before a blue pillar appeared from thin air, transporting what seemed to be a giant chicken egg in front of him. Lance went to go check on it, but it cracked before he could take much of an advance. From the egg, which seemed to break unnaturally, emerged a yellow ball of slime. "Blub" It blubbed. Lance looked at the creature with a strange eye. The assistants at the desk urged Lance to pick it up. "B-b-but it looks like a booger." He said, poking the thing. The strange creature giggled, as the simple poke made it's body jiggle like a plate of jello. Lance sighed, as he picked up the creature with both arms. The snot ball couldn't help but nuzzle it's face into Lance's chest. It was, admittedly, pretty adorable. He was instructed to wait in the lobby, until the entire group of new beta testers was brought into the game. There were plenty of benches for Lance to sit, next to the strange flora and water, and he chose to do so. He placed the jello with eyes next to him, and looked at the gate he had emerged from, waiting to see who else would walk through those doors. "So what's your name?" "My name is Lance." Lance perked up, and jumped when he saw the thing that was next to him. He didn't know the thing could talk but now it was something entirely different! Instead of the yellow ball of slime, it was no a furry ball with a steel helmet, and tail. "W-w-where's my-" He stammered, but the Digimon looked confused. "It's me Lance! I Digivolved! You can call me Kapurimon now! Or do you have another name for me?" Digivolved? Was this how Digimon grew up? It was pretty rapid compared to animals from his world. Lance nodded in response to his new partner's question. "Well, I told the company that I would like a Digimon proficient in swords. So I think I'll call you Zorro." "ZORRO!? That names awesome! You're awesome Lance!" Lance couldn't help but blush and pat Zorro on the head. "Shush...we just met."
~Faytl~
Reika pulled her hood a little closer around her head as she walked down the crowded streets of Tokyo, weaving between the crush of people in the morning rush on the sidewalks. The weight of her D-Factor in her pocket was very heavy as she trudged into a portion of town she had never entered before in her seventeen years living in the city. Reika was, as always, nervous. Especially so. She had been antsy all morning, since she ducked out of the house, yelling something about the library to her mother as she hurriedly scooted out to the hallway of their apartment building. She had found her way downtown with a knot in her stomach, hands in her sweatshirt pockets fidgeting anxiously. She knew she wasn't supposed to be here. Poor Kentaro next door should have been the one finding his way down here instead of her. Yet every time she thought of that, a little surge of excitement mounted in her, her heartbeat acelerating. Yes... She WASN'T supposed to be here. What would happen if they found out? She hadn't been able to stop herself from taking part in the Alpha Test, no matter how loudly her brain kept telling her it was a bad idea. She pushed open the door of a squat building sandwitched between an office building and a law practice, pulling her hood down from her head as she looked around with wide eyes. A receptionist looked up from her desk, noticing Reika looking rather lost. "Are you one of the Alpha Testers?" she asked brightly. Reika nodded. "Yeah, I... I'm here for the Test. I hope I'm not late?" she asked nervously, checking her watch out of habit. "No, no, you're actually a little bit early, but we can go ahead and get you started." The receptionist led her to a door where Reika was instructed to apply her D-Factor to the panel. She felt a pang of guilt as she did this. The doors parted to reveal a hallway leading to the most high-tech room Reika had ever seen. "Geez..." she breathed, looking around in awe. "This is amazing." "Sure is," said the man waiting beside Reika's pod, smiling as he adjusted his tie. "But it's about to get a lot better. Are you ready, miss?" Reika took a deep breath, holding her D-Factor in a tight hand as she stepped forward. "I sure am," she said, hands trembing as she stepped forward, an exhilerated smile on her face. - - - - - - - Reika tripped in sheer surprise the second she took a step into Digimon World Online. It was so much more than she could have ever anticipated! Was she actually code right now? "How did you guys even MANAGE this?" she asked excitedly, having to be ushered towards the lobby by the assistant. "We're code right now? How did you convert solid mass to pure information? Is this safe? Can our code be reconverted okay?" Her voice was rising now, a touch of panic in it. "Are we gonna be okay or is this gonna be like that time in Star Trek where Worf used the teleporter and it made duplicates, cause that means, you know, it's not the original YOU that gets there, so are we technically dead-" "That was RIKER in the episode, miss," the assistant corrected calmly, by this point gently pushing her towards the lobby. "I assure you the process is completely safe. Now, go on ahead and you'll recieve your Digimon. Don't you want to do that?" "I... Yeah, I guess I do," Reika replied, having forgotten completely about that in her flight of concern. She stumbled through the door, the assistant sighing as she left Reika to walk through the huge lobby. She looked around it in awe. "It's all so... REAL," she breathed, approaching the desk and presenting her D-Factor, again experiencing guilt stemming from it not being hers in reality. She too moved to the center of the lobby, receiving a scarlet egg after Lance had received his own. She held the egg curiously, looking over it with interest. She gave a small shriek of surprise when it cracked suddenly, a shard of the egg flying off with great force, landing several feet behind her after whizzing over her shoulder. The fragment momentarily dissolved into a flash of green code before vanishing. From the collapsed egg peered a bad-tempered pair of large red eyes looked up at Reika. The eyes screwed up as the Digimon sneezed, a shower of small sparks spiraling from its nose. "Aaaaw," Reika cooed, pulling the creature to her in a hug, the feathered tail that poked out of her reach squirming as she turned, heading towards the edge of the lobby. "You're so CUTE!" She held up the Digimon as she took a seat further down the bench from Lance, looking it in the eyes with a welcoming smile. "I'm Reika. Can you say- Oh, I guess you don't have a mouth, do you?" She set the Digimon on the bench beside her, pulling out the D-Factor. "I wonder what we'll do when the other testers- Oh!" she cried, looking at the screen, which had a revolving image of her Digimon, as well as a word beneath. "Puwamon?" she asked slowly, looking over it carefully. "So that's your name, right?" she asked, looking back to the Digimon. Puwamon was nowhere to be seen. Reika instantly panicked. "Puwamon?!" she yelled, hopping over thebench, back ver it, and peering under it in quick succession as her head whipped around for the Digimon who's fragility she was suddenly very aware of. "Where did you go?" As she looked around worriedly, her eyes caught sight of her D-Factor screen. Puwamon was not there anymore, and a slightly similar, though different form had taken its place. It had two tails and looked a bit like a bird, and was labeled- "Pinamon?" asked Reika, head starting to hurt a bit. She finally looked down the length of the bench, and saw the very Pinamon that had seconds before been Puwamon, perched on top of Zorro's steel helmet and pecking away at it, punctuating each peck with a derisive question. "Whattaya got this tin can on your head for, eh?" Clang. "You already worried about running into trouble?" Clang. "Think you look cool or something?" CLANG. "Puwa- Pinamon!" Reika gabbled out hurriedly, rushing over and scooping her up quickly. "Don't run off like that, okay? I'm REALLY sorry," she said hurriedly to Lance, giving him a nervous smile as she took a hesitant step backwards. "She's uh, she's spirited, isn't she? Ehehehe-" "What's got into you?" asked Pinamon, sounding completely confused at Reika's reaction. "I'm just trash-talkin' him a little bit-" "Canwetalkaboutthislater?" Reika half asked, half pleaded, whispering it through teeth gritted in a painfully awkward smile she aimed Lance's way. Pinamon raised an eyebrow, which was quite impressive-looking due to just how massive her eyes were. But she didn't question Reika.
Super Chaos Sonic
"Please step up and use your D-Factors on our login panel! It's just security measures, of course." Mark wasn't one for saying no to this request, after all...he was one of the first players to get their hands on the Alpha Code to this game. The young man pulled out his D-Factor and held it up to the screen, as it projected a white light onto the panel before him. The screen on the panel blinked green, and the doors slid open. As he entered, the door closed behind him. Now he stood inside a bright hallway that turned into a flight of stairs leading downwards. "Whoa...nice digs." he chuckled as he put his D-Factor back in his pocket and continued walking. Upon arriving in this room, Mark noticed an employee apparently waiting. He made his way onto the platform and gave off a small smile whilst waving. "Morning!" he chuckled, as the woman waved back. "Morning to you as well. You must be...Mark Scott, correct?" "Yes ma'am." he nodded, before seeing the woman stand up and direct him towards a strange pod. "This...for the VR experience?" "Not quite." she said before opening the pod. "Basically, you'll be going into the game itself and be sent into the digital world via us converting you into data." This had Mark intrigued as he smirked and rubbed his chin slightly. "An immersive gaming experience? I like it!" he chuckled before nodding. "Alright, let's do this!" Without much of a second word, he immediately climbed into the pod and got himself comfy. Within minutes, he was shut in this dark pod until the light immediately over took him and he just watched in amazement as he was being converted into data... This...was gonna be fun!! -BGM- This was even better than the other games that Mark had played before...this was already 10 times...no...a 100 times better. Mark started moving his arms and legs a bit, trying to get a feel for his digital body before smirking and glancing over at the attendant that was waiting. "I'm sure you all get tired of hearing this by now..." he said, before giving the attendant a thumbs up. "But this is amazing!!!" "We actually don't. We pride ourselves in the development of this, so hearing this much positive feedback is always good." the attendant smiled, before leading Mark off the platform. "Now, your D-Factor should be able to show your Digimon that you requested to our staff. However, odd request. Drills of all things." Mark could only chuckle a bit before rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah well, I played a lot of Drill Dozer when I was younger, and it's my favorite game." To which, he could see the attendant nod in understandingly. He moved up to the desk at the administration lobby that the attendant lead him to and presented his D-Factor, before receiving an orange and white egg. Rather than stand in the middle of the lobby or right at the desk, Mark moved as he sat down holding his egg. He waited for a few minutes before watching the egg begin to crack and start hatching. Needless to say, he was getting very excited at this point. Finally the egg hatched and shattered, revealing a pink slime like creature with three prong type horns or something on top of it. "Puni..." "Well...aren't you adorable...Punimon?" Mark asked, looking at his D-Factor as it showed the image and the name of his Digimon. However, when he stood up holding his newly hatched Punimon, Mark watched the Punimon literally jump out of his arms and landed on the ground in a completely new form...this one being a small orange furred creature with a huge blade horn sticking out of its head. "...okay THAT'S pretty awesome!" he chuckled, looking down at his D-Factor. "Tsunomon, huh?" "Howdy!" the Tsunomon smiled, hopping up and down in front of Mark. "What's your name?" "Heh, I'm Mark." Mark answered, kneeling down towards the orange furred Digimon. "Hmmm...maybe we should give you a name. Would be a little weird if I just call you 'Tsunomon' the whole time." he said, before picking up the Digimon. "How bout Simon?" "Simon? I like it! I like it!" the newly named Simon smiled and giggled at the gaining of his new name. With his very own Digimon in tow, Mark was getting even more excited about this game now. Especially after seeing two other Alpha Testers and their own Digimon conversing. Of course it would be rude of him not to say hello... "Hey!" Mark smiled as he carried Simon in his arms and approached both Lance and Reika and their Digimon. "Guess you two got here early enough to get a head start in the game too?" Kōsuke Ueki
It was honestly hard to believe. The day had finally come for Terrance Makoto to finally be apart of something bigger, to find the objective in something that doesn't even have one. It was a challenge he was willing to take on, even if it lead to any sort of results. All he knew, was this is gonna be a day unlike any other. He was now a beta tester for Digimon World Online. It was definitely something to behold. His D-Factor gave some pretty understandable instructions. After you go through the process of becoming a beta tester, one must travel to the nearest Login Center. Which happened to be in Texas. In the United States. Right. Well, at least the different accommodations are taken care of. That's nice. His mom had told her about living in Texas all her life. It was definitely far different from anything he's come to know about. Guess being half-Japanese has its perks, especially if that other half comes from a straight-up cowgirl, no accent included. Safe to say, Terrance's mom made sure to explain everything he would need to know while there beforehand so he has less to worry about. Thankfully, his mom taught him how to speak English, so language barriers getting in the way of proper communication won't be a problem....hopefully. After getting off his flight, he noticed a man with a casual shirt with the DWO logo all over it. He gestured Terrance towards a bus that would take him to the login center. Even as the red flags were flashing all over his consciousness with how creepy this guy's smile was, he reluctantly followed suit until he got on the bus. It was fairly empty, only having a few other people on it. He then noticed two girls in particular as he took his own seat, only just giving them a split second look beforehand. They were kinda cute. Definitely shows that anyone can get into gaming, even people who don't appear so on the surface. He eventually made it to the building in question. Since he's never been in the United States before, this was definitely an experience, even if it wasn't that interesting. "You're....Terrance, correct?" asked a female receptionist. "The very same." he replied with confidence. The receptionist giggled. "Well, you seem ready to go. You're a little early, but if you're willing to get started, I'll just have you take a step onto this pod. You understand what will happen, right?" "I read the Terms of Acceptance, don't worry. It's just....hard to believe what's written in it." "I'm not surprised you feel that way. It's something we've kept under lock and key for a while now. How privileged you must feel to be apart of something beyond your expectations." "Well, no challenge is too great, even for me." "Good to hear. Now. if you would, please step into the pod." Without even thinking, Terrance complied, the receptionist pressing a button to shut the capsule closed. It was roughly 20 seconds before anything happened. A blinding light came out of nowhere, which started to look like 1s and 0s. He then noticed how the same code was starting to show up all over his body. He couldn't describe how he was feeling at this moment. Only that it somewhat resembled him having an anxiety attack. All he had to do was breathe, right? Well, the light faded before he could go through with that. Within seconds, he was no longer in the pod, but a raised platform. It could be assumed he was now on the other side. Another assistant was there to greet him. "Welcome to Digimon World Online, Terrance!" he said with exuberance. Not sure if he could still speak, let alone feel. So, he attempted to clear his throat. Okay, so far so good. Now to see if he can speak. "Glad to be here." Okay, that checks out. He then attempted to feel his skin. Okay, nervous system still working.................this was just insane. "You seem oddly calm for someone who experienced this for the first time. Anyway, please proceed to the administration lobby, where you shall receive a Digimon at your request." Terrance complied as he entered the next room, using his D-Factor on the login panel to make sure he got in. He was eventually redirected to a large desk where a few assistants asked him to show his D-Factor. He did so, and was asked to stand in the center of the lobby, which he did. Enough time passed and large blue light pillar appeared in front of him, making a giant chicken-like egg materialize. Within seconds, it has started to hatch, showing a big black puff ball with yellow eyes, no mouth and cat-like ears. Terrance couldn't help but smile at the little thing. He even poked it lightly, the little guy giggling in response. "Aww, how adorable." He then was urged by the assistants to pick him up, which he did. He was surprisingly light. He eventually took a seat as he looked at his D-Factor. It showed an image of the creature as well as the name. "Botamon, hu--OWWWW!" Terrance wasn't even looking at Botamon when he checked what his name was. And then, all of a sudden, he felt something bite his arm. Hard. As he looked at what bit him, it wasn't Botamon. It was a slightly bigger creature that was the slightest shade of pink in color, even darker shaded cheeks, small fangs and what could be assumed are eyebrows. "Can be you be careful how you carry someone!? I thought I was gonna suffocate!" said the little creature. Terrance was a little shocked at what he was seeing, but still wondered what happened to Botamon. Wait, he was holding Botamon just as he got bitten. Could it be...? "Botamon?" "That's Tokomon to you, now!" Terrance was still in disbelief at what just happened. "Um....how did you become....that?" "Don't TELL me you don't know what Digivolution is!" Digivo--what? Terrance was officially confused. "What are you talking about!? This is my first time doing something like this!" The Tokomon gave a slight squint towards Terrance, realizing that he's clueless, even though that's not a bad thing. "Alright, then. Just don't go trying to crush me again, got it?" "Oh, I'm sorry, I don't know my own strength!" he said sarcastically. "Then don't even think about holding me anymore. I don't need your death grip." It was without warning that Tokomon jumped on his head, immediately yawning as she tried to relax. "Ah...much better....." It was then Terrance started hearing snoring on his head. It seems Tokomon fell asleep. Terrance sighed at this. "I'm not gonna get anywhere if this little guy's gonna act like this." he said to himself. "This is gonna be a LONG day." He then noticed the whole commotion with Reika and Lance nearby. It seems Reika was a little too on the edge in those kinds of situations. Safe to say, he found it slightly adorable. Maybe this won't be so bad after all.........is what I would say if I didn't have a little devil SLEEPING ON MY HEAD!
👀 REP 👀
"Finally!" Carmen nearly jumped out of her seat as soon as the plane landed. She had been waiting for this day for weeks now, ever since she signed up for the Digimon World Online Alpha. She was still in shock that she actually managed to get into the alpha testing, let alone getting a paid trip to Texas of all places. She had always had intentions of visiting, but never really took the initiative to do so. As much as she wanted to go sight-seeing, there wasn't really time for all that; she had a date with destiny, after all. She saw a man with a Digimon World Online shirt, who seemed to be ushering in people into a bus. "That must be my ride." She walked towards the man, waving at him before following the flock of people. The bus itself was rather empty, only hosting a few other people besides her. She took a quick glance at the people around her, guessing that they were other alpha testers. She could swear that she saw one of the guys looking at her direction but if he was, he turned away too quickly for Carmen to really care. She took one of the window seats near the front as she waited for the bus to get moving. Eventually, the bus made its stop in front of a rather unimpressive looking building. It looked more like on of the many office buildings that covered the LA skyline rather than the building for some life-changing alpha. As the group made their way into the building, they reached a pair of sliding metal doors. A panel with a black screen was right next to the door. "Please step up and use your D-Factors on our login panel! It's just security measures, of course." The girl was confused, not remembering what a D-Factor was for a second. However, she quickly remember what she needed, pulling out the strange device that was mailed to her. The panel lit up as she placed her D-Factor in front of it, opening the doors. The metal doors closed behind her as she walked towards the stairs that were behind the door. As she made her way into the room, she was greeted by an attendant. "You must be Carmen. We've been waiting for you." Carmen nodded. "That's me!" She waved at the worker, before peering at what was behind the women. The women giggled slightly. "You seem eager to start. Very well! Please step into the pod." The women moved out of the way, giving room for Carmen to walk into the large, metal pod. "Huh... Not quite what I was expecting." Carmen thought out loud as she walked into the contraption, looking around the insides of it. "Say, how does this work exactly anyways?" "Oh it's simple! We're going to send you into the digital world itself as data." She gestured at the area around her, . "This pod will hold your organic data for whenever you want to log out." Carmen took another look around her, astonished by what the lady was saying. "Wow... technology really is amazing..." She let out a small squee of excitement. "Well, what are we waiting for!? Let's get this party started!" The women giggled. "Then let's begin!" The process began as Carmen looked down on herself in amazement as she was being converted to data. Carmen found herself on a platform now, no longer in the confinements of her pod. Another assistant greeted her as Carmen extended her arm out. Her eyes seemed to be actively trying to escape her skull as she looked around her in pure amazement. "This is WAY better than VR! SO COOL!" She could hear the giggling from the assistant. "I'm glad to see you enjoying yourself." The women helped Carmen off of the platform. "Please enter the lobby. Your partner waits for you!" Carmen nodded before making her way into the administrative lobby, presenting her D-Factor at the desk. To her surprise, a pillar appeared out of nowhere, delivering a metallic egg-shaped sphere to her. She touched the side of the egg, finding it oddly warm despite its cold, metallic appearance. The egg seemed to shake as soon as she touched it and, not long after, it seemed to crack. Carmen withdrew her hands quickly as a silver, metallic blob emerged from the egg. It almost looked like a mouse one would use for a computer, although the cable that would connect it to a computer seemed to be replaced with what looked like a fuse that never went down. "What in the world..." She reached over to pick up the strange creature. The creature was warm, and had a metallic feel to it. "Ya know? It's kind of cute! In a weird, robot kind of way..." The creature's eyes seemed to light up as it let out a noise that sounded like a house remix of a mouse's squeak. Carmen chuckled as she carried her new friend with her to one of the seats, checking her D-Factor as she saw down. "MetalKoromon? That's way too long of a name... I've gotta think of a name for-Woah!" As she was talking, MetalKoromon started to glow, changing its form. Checking her D-Factor again, she noted that the name on it had changed. Now, instead of MetalKoromon it said Missimon. "MIssi... mon?" She spoke, taking a good look at her companion's new form. The name was very fitting, as it now resembled a missile more than a mouse like it did before. The robotic digimon nodded. "Greetings! As you have just checked, I am the mighty Missimon! It would be my pleasure to work with you!" The floating missile did the closest thing it could do to a bow. Carmen couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "Well, if you're going to be changing forms on me like that, you definitely need a name!" She took a moment to think of a good name for the little robot before remembering one of her childhood friends. "I know! From now one I'll call you Hiro! How's that?" "Hiro, huh? I like it!" Carmen gave the little robot a smile, glad to see it liking its new name. "Perfect!" She gave Hiro a hug, catching the digimon by surprise. "Hey! I know you're excited, but please give me a warning next time!" The girl let out a chuckle, blushing a bit in embarrassment as she loosened the grip she had on Hiro. "Sorry!" As she let go of Hiro, she took a look around her to see who else had gotten into the alpha. They also seemed to have rather strange creatures with them, although theirs seemed to be more fleshy than hers. Some of them were even talking to each other already, their creatures also interacting with each other. "Man... this is gonna be fun!" She yelled excitedly, extending her arms out. Hiro let out a laugh at the girl's exclamation. "Indeed!"
Yui
The day had finally come. The air was filled with the sound of a car engine, moving along down the highway. That, and a girl's snoring. Sora Yakumo was placed in the back seat of a car, still dressed in yesterday's clothes, as it moved onward toward her destination. Eventually, her eyes fluttered open, as she took in her surroundings. This wasn't her bedroom, where she fell asleep last night. It wasn't even her house. It was a car. She glanced around inside the car. It was her uncle's car, and the only person besides her in it was the man himself, driving. "What day is it!?" she suddenly exclaimed, shooting awake with the realization that she was supposed to show up for the Digimon World Online beta test. She had an important duty to fulfill as a beta tester after all... what did a beta tester even do anyway? "Finally awake I see. The dead probably envy how well you can sleep." "Aw, shucks." "That wasn't a compliment." "...oh." The rest of the car ride went rather uneventfully, mostly filled with Sora oohing and aahing at the scenery she saw as the car ride continued. Eventually, however, she finally reached her destination, apparently. It didn't exactly look like a beta test building. Sora had always imagined this place as being rounder. With lasers. And perhaps a frog head somewhere, because scientists liked those right? Sora's uncle handed her the D-Factor she had received that led up to this all in the first place, and sent her on her merry way. Sora stepped inside, and the place was a bit cozier-looking than it had been on the outside. It still didn't look like a place where she'd take her boots off and sit next to the fire though. Did people still do that? Sora cast the thought aside, heading up to a desk where a young woman seemed to be waiting for her. "Sora Yakumo?" "Yes." "Excellent. This way, please use your D-Factor on our login panel!" Sora followed the same process any other beta tester would be undergoing - albeit with some confusion on her part - but eventually was finally whisked away into a digital world. And through the doors in that world, was such a lovely room. People were there, talking with creatures Sora had never seen before. Those must have been digimon! And in the center of the room sat a green egg. Was that for her? Sora eagerly went up to it, just as the egg began to crack open and reveal... a pile of goop. It sure didn't look like the other digimon assembled here. However, it was Sora's goop monster, and she'd love it accordingly. Sora turned to the other people gathered here. They must have also been beta testers, right? Sora had to introduce herself! Gesturing for her goop monster to follow her, Sora hurried over to where the other beta testers were, before offering up a cheerful introduction. "Hello other beta testers! I'm Sora Yakumo." Turning and gesturing behind her, she continued "And this is... where'd it go?" Instead of a little pile of goop, all Sora saw behind her was a floating little thing that looked kind of like a cartoony ghost. "There was a pile of goop here and it was my digimon. Let me know if you see it." Where could it have run off to so soon?
King K. Azo
Today was the day. Excitement filled Robyn's very being as his parents drove him to his destination. He was a beta tester for Digimon World Online. Even now, he couldn't believe it. He wasn't anything too special, and yet he was chosen. His mind was filled with so many thoughts, he couldn't even focus on talking. He just sat in the back in quiet excitement for the entire trip. It felt like a century to get there, but they soon got to the building where no doubt the others had gathered. He walked into the building, in complete awe of the place. So this is where the biggest game of all time was being developed. His inner nerd just couldn't be contained as he looked around. He wasn't paying attention, however, and he ran into someone. "Ah, I'm sorry!" He said, quickly bowing, causing his hood to flip up onto his head. "Robyn Blac, correct?" The person asked, not acknowledging what just happened. Robyn just nodded in response. His helper lead him to a pod. Robyn was geeking out so hard. It was like a scifi movie come to life! He couldn't wait! It didn't take long for him to be strapped in, and he was off! There was yet another assistant one the other side, which lead him to a room. It seemed Robyn was the last one here, and there was only one egg left. Robyn wasn't going to complain, however. He walked over to the egg, picking it up and looking at it. It felt so real, despite everything just being digital code. How crazy was this? The egg began to shaking in his hands, something Robyn wasn't ready for. He managed to keep his hands on it, however, and it hatched into a small pink blob wearing goggles. "Whoa... this is insane...," He stated as he looked over his digimon. He placed it on the ground, looking at his D-factor on his arm. "Koromon, huh?" He asked as he looked down. He then blinked. In that one second of looking away, the small blob was replaced by a silver dragon with a hooded cape. Robyn's grin widened. Holy crap, he looked so cool! "So, who are you?" The dragon asked, tilting his head cutely. "Oh, I'm Robyn," The boy introduced himself. "What's your name?" The dragon sat on the ground, thinking to himself."Well, I'm a Hackmon, but I don't actually have a name," It admitted before looking back up at Robyn."That's no good...," Robyn muttered as he stroked his chin. "Alright. I think I got a name for you. How about Ronkuu?" The dragon nodded happily."I like it! It's nice to meet you, Robyn! Let's be friends forever!" "You got it, Ronkuu!" Robyn stated with a smile. Man, this was so amazing!
Mr. Hyde
Lance was surprised to see other player's so soon. He couldn't tell if any of them had rode his bus here, but some of them were distinctly eastern. He was surprised that one of the contestant's digimon, a red bird like creature, came up to them straight away, pecking away at Zorro's helmet. "Whattaya got this tin can on your head for, eh?" Clang. "You already worried about running into trouble?" Clang. "Think you look cool or something?" CLANG."Puwa- Pinamon! Don't run off like that, okay? I'm REALLY sorry, She's uh, she's spirited, isn't she? Ehehehe-""What's got into you? I'm just trash-talkin' him a little bit-" "EHHHH!?" Zorro exclaimed. He had been passive during the whole pecking ordeal, but purposeful trash talking? "Oh it is on bird-brain!" Zorro bonked his helmet against the Pinamon's head. Lance chopped the helmeted digimon on the head for being rude. "That's no way to behave in front of other's, Zorro." He said, crossing his arms. Before he could introduce himself to the girl, more and more testers flooded into the room. And with that, more and more decided to head his way. Flustered a bit at the overwhelming thought of continuously meeting new people, Lance looked to the side, avoiding the new boy's eyes. "Hey!" The boy held a Digimon with a singular horn. "Guess you two got here early enough to get a head start in the game too?" "H-h-head start? It's not a competition you know?" He said scratching his cheek. "Attention Players" A voice rang out through the lobby, near a door that they had passed on the way in. Beside the door was a large, brown colored robot, with a very round and chunky shape. It motioned all of the new players towards him with a smile on his face. "If you wouldn't mind, we have a mandatory tutorial for you to take part in! Past these doors, you will face a rookie-level Digimon to get used to the ebb and flow of combat with your partner!" Lance nodded, as he picked up Zorro and headed towards the door. Zorro was shaking in his arms, and he looked down to his helmeted partner. "Nervous?" Lance questioned. "I-I-I just want to h-h-hone my skills for you is all! And this will be my first fight...so please be gentle." Lance shivered a bit at what his Digimon had just said. It was just a child, so the implications must have been sincere. Where was his mind even wandering. He stepped in front of the door, right next to what his D-factor declared as a Guardromon, but was stopped by said Digimon. "Wait for the others. You will all go in at the same time. I suggest introducing yourselves to them. Teamwork plays a very essential role in the digital world." Lance bit his lip, and turned around to the others who were all heading this way by now. He waved, apathetically, with a half smile on his face. "Hello everyone. Nice to meet you. I am Lance Folly, and my partner Digimon is Zorro. Let's beat this tutorial." He didn't want to show it, but he was definitely antsy and ready to dive deeper into this world. Kōsuke Ueki
"Shhhh!" said Terrance suddenly towards Lance, pointing directly to the sleeping Tokomon on his head. He began to whisper for the sake of keeping things as quiet as possible. "I'd use your indoor voice if I were you. Last thing you need is for this cranky little devil to bite your arm off for interrupting his nap time." While he didn't really care about waking up Tokomon, he knew it would be bad if he woke up from something as rude as someone introducing themselves and not using their INDOOR voice. "The name's Terrance Makoto, by the way." he whispered. "I also go by BlueFlash on YouTube and in the speedrunning community, if any of you have heard of me. I was told this game has no objective yet. That doesn't mean there isn't a way to clear it. One way or another, I'll beat this game, even if I'm told it's impossible." He had a pretty big smile on his face, as if what he does is something to be proud of. Well, it depends on how you look at it. His smile then began to dissipate as he heard Tokomon yawning, indicating that he's pretty much awake. "Ugh....even when you're trying to be quiet, you're loud..." Terrance groaned at this, only getting more and more annoyed by this brat. Tokomon then jumped off Terrance's head, attempting to shake off the sleep, at least for now. He'll get another nap later. Now that Terrance could speak at a fair volume, he could explain things a bit better. "Anyway...as I said before, I'm here to prove that even a game with no objective can be beaten. I hope we can get along as we explore this world given to us. And remember: hard work and dedication are the keys to achieving your goals. Never stop pushing forward, alright?" Safe to say, Terrance was getting carried away with being inspirational and what not. It wouldn't be surprising if someone found it annoying, if not sickening. And lo and behold, somebody did. Take a wild guess as to who. "Alright, alright, we get it! You don't need to shove that inspirational crap down our throats, you know." Terrance wasn't phased, at least he didn't show it, considering there's a whole entire game worth of crap to be dealing with. He can't let Tokomon get to him. He's gotta be the better man. 👀 REP 👀
"Attention Players" A voice rang through the lobby, coming from a strange looking robot. "If you wouldn't mind, we have a mandatory tutorial for you to take part in! Past these doors, you will face a rookie-level Digimon to get used to the ebb and flow of combat with your partner!" It seemed to be gesturing the players to come towards it, probably to where the so-called Tutorial was. One of the players went forward towards the door, but was stopped by the robot. "Wait for the others. You will all go in at the same time. I suggest introducing yourselves to them. Teamwork plays a very essential role in the digital world." The boy turned to face the group, looking particularly nervous. "Hello everyone. Nice to meet you. I am Lance Folly, and my partner Digimon is Zorro. Let's beat this tutorial." Before anyone else had a change to respond to Lance, another one of the players rushed forward. "Shhhh!" He spoke, pointing to the sleeping digimon on his head. He seemed to be trying to talk as quietly as possible as to not wake it up. "I'd use your indoor voice if I were you. Last thing you need is for this cranky little devil to bite your arm off for interrupting his nap time. The name's Terrance Makoto, by the way. I also go by BlueFlash on YouTube and in the speedrunning community, if any of you have heard of me. I was told this game has no objective yet. That doesn't mean there isn't a way to clear it. One way or another, I'll beat this game, even if I'm told it's impossible." Carmen tilted her head slightly, giving the boy a confused look. The digimon on his head woke up, and the two had a small exchange before Terrance finished his small speech. Carmen stepped forward, standing next to Lance and Terrance with Hiro in her arms. "You guys need to relax a little! It's just a game, after all." She said, giggling slightly. "Anyways," She turned to the rest of the group. "Hello! My name is Carmen, and this little guy is Hiro. I hope we can all get along and have fun!" "Salutations! May we fight for greater justice!" He exclaimed excitingly, causing Carmen to giggle a bit. The digimon shifted, turning to face Terrance. "I might not completely understand what you were going on about, but you're spirit is admirable! I look forward to working alongside you!" Carmen simply rolled her eyes. "I think you might need a chill pill too, Hiro." She jokingly remarked.
Super Chaos Sonic
"H-h-head start? It's not a competition you know?" Mark only chuckled with a shrug. "Competition or not, looks like we're the first ones here to play the game." he said, with a small smile. "Attention Players""If you wouldn't mind, we have a mandatory tutorial for you to take part in! Past these doors, you will face a rookie-level Digimon to get used to the ebb and flow of combat with your partner!" With this information in mind, Mark carried Simon and followed the others into the room, where some introductions started taking place. "Hello everyone. Nice to meet you. I am Lance Folly, and my partner Digimon is Zorro. Let's beat this tutorial." Lance? And Zorro? So those were the names of these two. Mark finally had a set of names to go with these two, so that was a good thing. However, someone then decided to "grace" them with their introduction. "The name's Terrance Makoto, by the way. I also go by BlueFlash on YouTube and in the speedrunning community, if any of you have heard of me. I was told this game has no objective yet. That doesn't mean there isn't a way to clear it. One way or another, I'll beat this game, even if I'm told it's impossible." Oh good...this Terrance guy was one of THOSE types of gamers: Speedrunners. The type of gamers that made Mark uneasy. Casual gaming and hardcore tournament level gaming were one thing for him...but speedruns? That was something that Mark didn't particularly enjoy. What was the point in just blowing past through the game without a second thought to enjoy the environment and the layouts of the game? "Man...he's annoying." Mark quickly looked down and stared at Simon who spoke up a bit. Apparently he likes to just speak his mind... Mark thought with a small smirk. "Well he is...interesting to say the least." "So that's a seconded nomination in the 'annoying' category?" Simon asked with a chuckle. This little guy was pretty quick with the sarcasm...perfect. "Hello! My name is Carmen, and this little guy is Hiro. I hope we can all get along and have fun!" With a small nod, Mark looked at the group and their Digimon and figured it was his turn to introduce himself. Clearing his throat, he started. "What's up? I'm Mark Scott and this orange fuzzball with a blade stuck in his head is Simon." "Hi there!" "I'm hoping to pick up this game without any problems." Mark continued. "Honestly its about ten times better than any VR or AR game that I've played or seen first hand. Really psyched for this new development in gaming!" ~Faytl~
Reika took a deep breath to try and settle herself as Pinamon hopped away from Zorro onto her shoulder, glaring down at the other Digimon, not with malice, but more out of annoyance. "Pinamon seems to be the... spirited type," she admitted, the Digimon nodding proudly. As others joined them, Reika meekly waved to each of them, Pinamon choosing to give her salutation by way of tweets with gradual degrees of dismissiveness. As Reika quickly explained to Sora "Looks like they change pretty quickly, mine did the same, I think our D-Factors keep track..." Terrance in particular got a loud one. "The heck is Youtube?" she asked, not sounding really interested. Reika gave the guy an apologetic look before explaining, "It's a video streaming website, Pinamon. A lot of people are famous through it." "Famous?" asked Pinamon, raising an eyebrow. "You know this guy, then?" "Well... No," Reika admitted, her hands starting to flutter slightly. "But-" "OY. Think you can beat this 'game?'" asked Pinamon in challenge. "I consider this a bit more than a game, my dude. This is where I LIVE. What do you think of this chap thinking our home is a game, Pinky?" she asked the Tokomon atop his head. Reika was scarlet with embarrassment as she followed the troop to the Guardromon. "Pinamon, why are you doing this?" she asked. Pinamon sniffed indignantly. "That guy... comin' in here and thinkin' he's all high and mighty... Hey." Reika blinked as Pinamon's tone of voice grew softer. "He just gets on MY nerves. I'm not doing it to embarass you. Just don't like the guy." "Oh..." Reika replied, not knowing what to say. "What do they call you, anyway? And don't bother giving me some cutesy nickname... I'm just fine with what I am." Reika smiled a bit at that. "My name is Reika," she said, loudly enough for the group to hear. "Pleasure to meet'cha, Reika. Now then!" Pinamopn hopped down to the ground, jumping to and fro and making Reika giggle at the sight. "Come on, Guardromon, bring out the big guns. I'll take it down all by my- Ooooh, look at YOU." Reika looked down to see Pinamon looking with equal parts admiration and jealousy at Ronkuu. "You reached Rookie already? You lucky sod." "I don't understand," Reika whispered, looking to the person closest to her, which happened to be Mark. "What do they mean by 'Rookie'?"
Yui
"Attention Players! If you wouldn't mind, we have a mandatory tutorial for you to take part in! Past these doors, you will face a rookie-level Digimon to get used to the ebb and flow of combat with your partner!" "Come on, let's go!" Sora turned her attention to the small floating creature that was getting itself comfortable near her. "I need to find my digimon first," she replied. "I AM your digimon!" "Are you?" "...yes," the digimon sighed. "You've got a lot to learn." "If you say so." Sora took the digimon into her hands, and started toward the door where the others were gathering. It seemed they were doing introductions. Had they ignored her earlier? Or maybe they just didn't hear her? She'd have to introduce herself again in that case! But first, she let the people that were already speaking say their piece. "Hello everyone. Nice to meet you. I am Lance Folly, and my partner Digimon is Zorro. Let's beat this tutorial." "The name's Terrance Makoto, by the way. I also go by BlueFlash on YouTube and in the speedrunning community, if any of you have heard of me. I was told this game has no objective yet. Sora enthusiastically greeted when it was finally her turn. "I'm Sora Yakumo, and this digimon is... I'll figure out a name for her later. Let's get this done, whatever this is; good luck everyone." King K. Azo
Robyn blinked as Ronkuu climbed up his leg, shimming past his arm and flopping into place on his head. The digital dragon barely fit on his noggin, but it seemed comfortable enough on there. He looked over at the others, sighing to himself. He really felt uncomfortable in this room. He really just wanted to get moving and explore the game. The others could form their little cliches. He'd go his own way. He had Ronkuu, after all. "Attention Players"A voice rang out through the lobby, near a door that they had passed on the way in. Beside the door was a large robot that reminded Robyn of a steam engine he saw in a book once. It was pretty cool, he had to admit. "If you wouldn't mind, we have a mandatory tutorial for you to take part in! Past these doors, you will face a rookie-level Digimon to get used to the ebb and flow of combat with your partner!" Robyn smiled, trying to look at Ronkuu."So, are you ready to go?" He asked the dragon. Ronkuu nodded excitedly. "Yeah! Let's get some training in!" He stated. Robyn nodded, headed to the door and standing there quietly, waiting for the others. The last thing he wanted was to draw attention to himself.

Let's get this done, whatever this is; good luck everyone." With everyone introduced now, besides one pair of players, Lance and Zorro smiled at the group. They seemed rather lively, and ready to start the game. Although he was enthused, Lance couldn't imagine getting on a level of hype that most of them seemed to show. Guardromon's eyes gave off the indication that he was pleased with this new batch of testers. He ushered them all towards the door. "My my! Fleshy Youngsters never seem to disappoint me these days." The door opened, leading to a rather large enclosure, plain as day. What it lacked for in display, it made up for entirely with expansiveness. There seemed to be no end from one point of the room to the other. Guardromon lead the testers into the room, with their digimon in tow. He put himself in the front of the players and raised a finger. "Okay, players, I will now go over the rules of the Tutorial, and in turn, Digimon Online." He cleared his robotic throat. "Firstly, I will not be here when the tutorial commences, I will be watching from another room along with some human programmers. Second, this tutorial will test your combat capabilities with your partner. Do not be afraid to usher orders to your partners. They will do the best that they can. Remember, if you're in a pinch, your digimon should be able to digivolve to help you. Strong emotions tend to give your digimon that slight boost." Guardromon took a look at the one rookie in the room, looking rather surprised. "I guess you two are quite the pair. Good for you." He turned back his attention to the group as a whole. "Thirdly, this combat exercise will be the real deal. If you are on the verge of losing, we will end the simulation on the spot, as to not harm any of you. However, be aware that this is not how events will play out in the actual Digimon World. Wild Digimon will attack you, and if you and your partner's digital bodies are destroyed, you will be ejected from the game, and back into the real world." Andromon casually strolled out of the room, talking while making his way. "And last but not least, do your best!" The door slammed behind him. A beam of light, accompanied by some sort of strange sound, shot down into the middle of the room. A large silhouette filled into the room, and started to walk out of the strange light. It was big, and had large horns protruding from it's back. It was nothing like Lance had ever seen, and was very intimidating. Lance took his D-Factor, and raised it up to scan the digimon in question. TUSKMONCHAMPIONA large Dinosaur Type Digimon. Likes to attack with the large tusks, it's namesake, on the back of it's lower body. It has a reputation as one of the rivals of Triceramon, an equally powerful Jurassic Themed Digimon. This Tutorial Tuskmon has a collar that will lower it's power level in the beginning of the fight, which gradually gets higher the longer the fight lasts. The collar is also capable of disabling the Tutorial Digimon's movement's, for the safety of players unable to defeat it. Lance started to shake. They were up against a champion level digimon right out of the gate?! How high was that on the level chain?! Zorro was only In-Training according to the D-Factor. The magnitude of difference in between those two words was a bit overwhelming. "Uhm...isn't this a little much?" Lance's voice shook a bit. The sound of an intercom turning on followed his question, along with Andromon's voice. "Technically...yes. All of our Kuwagamon are going through recovery at the moment, so please continue. It may be a little harder than the normal tutorial, but I'm sure you can all hand it!" The intercom's loud static noise signaled that Guardromon had stopped talking, now observing the battle to come. Zorro instinctively jumped out of Lance's arms and got in a fighting stance. It's tail shook with anticipation. It looked like the difference in his and Zorro's personality was the same way too. "Don't worry Lance! I've got this! That ugly mug Dino has nothing on us!" Hearing the insult, a vein popped on the Tuskmon's head. It let out a mighty roar that sent a large shockwave at the players, causing them to almost lose their footing. Still shaking, Lance brought a hand to his forehead. What had he gotten himself into. "Well? What are you waiting for?!" Lance looked back to his partner, who looked back at him with a fire in his eyes. "Give me an order you dingus!" Lance gulped. shakily pointing his hand towards the Tuskmon, he let out a pathetic command. "Uhm....attack?" "ROGER! Howling Blow!" The digimon's horns started to rattle, as a high frequency buzz was shot out from the middle of them. It rang as it travelled through the air, colliding with the Tuskmon's chin. The Tuskmon was stunned, for only a moment. "Let's get him guys!" Zorro said, looking back at the others.
Super Chaos Sonic
"Okay, players, I will now go over the rules of the Tutorial, and in turn, Digimon Online." Mark listened intently to the Guardomon as he began to explain the rules of the Tutorial for combat in Digimon Online. It wasn't out of the ordinary for there to be in game combat in something like this. After all, there were plenty of MMOs out there that dealt with combat systems and what not. However, it was obvious that the combat system in Digimon Online was quite different than others. A bit of diversity in combat...this is sounding pretty good! Mark thought with a nod, before a light show down into the middle of the room and generated their first combat test. Looking down at his D-Factor, he noticed that Simon was only In-Training while this was shown as Champion. Didn't seem like everything was gonna be easy. "Give me an order you dingus!""Uhm....attack?" "ROGER! Howling Blow! Let's get him guys!" Mark looked at Lance and Zorro making the first moves, as he chuckled and put Simon down. "Looks like its that easy." he said, looking down at the Tsunomon who simply smiled. "You ready, Simon?" "Sure am!" "Alright then, Simon!" Mark said, spinning his D-Factor in his right hand some. "Go get that Tuskmon!" "Done and done!" Simon said with a nod, before jumping up into the fray. Leaping into the air, he smirked before shooting a few bubbles from its mouth. "BUBBLE BLOW!!!" The bubbles moves and immediately made contact with the left side of Tuskmon's face.
👀 REP 👀
Carmen let out a gasp of amazement as she looked around the expansive but empty room. The clunky robot went on to explain how the tutorial, and the rest of the game, would go. The rules seemed simple enough, and there seemed to be some safety procedures in case things went wrong. She could barely hold her excitement as the one who had lead them into the room left. As soon as the door slammed shut, a large silhouette emerged from a beam of light. The tutorial enemy was a giant, almost dinosaur-like monster, which stared down at them. "W-Woah! That's a bit rough for our first fight." Her eyes widened as she saw the colossal monster, although it was not fear she felt. "Whatever, it'll just be more exciting this way! Isn't that right Hiro?" She looked down at the metallic monster. The robot nodded. "Why of course! This might be a powerful foe, but there is no doubt in my mind that we can't take it on with we work together!" He turned to speak to everyone, although it was hard to tell since he was still in the girl's arms. Carmen nodded, releasing the digimon from her arms. She saw that some of the others had already attacked the beast, launching bubbles and sound at it. "Alright! Uh.. I don't know what attacks you have, but hit it with all you got, Hiro!" Hiro nodded, before dashing forward and towards the Tuskmon. "With haste! Missile Crash!" He shouted, slamming straight onto the snout of the Tuskmon.
