Shradow
So they've already got Dragon Ball FighterZ, but it seems Arc System Works has some more action in store for us. Announced at Evo 2017, it looks pretty cool. Crossover fighting games are always fun. Also, that's a hell of a logo.

Shradow
We'll have to see. BB: Central Fiction didn't have a dub (so as not to delay the game's launch) and is I believe the first in the series not to, so it depends if they want to go back to dubbing for this game. I assume Ruby at the very least will have her English VA, going by the trailer.
vla1ne
my only sadness is that this doesn't have guilty gear in it, beyond that, i'm hyped through the roof.
mitchermitcher
there's no way they're going to dub uniel characters and that's fine by me i still cannot believe this is real and its been almost a day since. its only a shame that yeah, it doesnt include guilty gear since the new games dont use sprites and the old games' sprites arent really good promo material for new characters. ~British Soul~
Someone wondered if the game will have a dual-language option for those characters with English and Japanese VAs (including Ruby), though I suppose we'll have to wait and see.I know I have not played a Blazblue game, but I may pick this one up 'cuz of Ruby. And I wonder if this is the untitled Blazblue game that'll come on the Switch. mitchermitcher
i heard a rumor that arcsys was always interested in making an RWBY game and may have one(not this) already in development. in which case, their inclusion into this crossover may just be a way to promote the (hypothetical) upcoming arcsys-made pure RWBY game. i mean it'd make a lot of sense this way, since it'd mean they're literally reusing sprites from all four games, they wouldnt be making anything specifically for this game. Otherwise it's just really weird that RWBY's a thing here. Since they're reusing assets like mad they can probably afford to have a lot of characters once they get past balancing them. I'm really excited to see how they'd fit many UNIEL characters into this since like, half of the cast have like, midscreen if not fullscreen combo ranges just because all their normal hitboxes are huge af. they can't nerf it too much since you'd lose a lot of appeal but they have to do some. cant wait to see how they'd do gordeau, and i sure hope they include at least all of the original cast from UNIEL(and BB and P4A as well). that alone + ruby(since the other RWBYs arent confirmed apparently) would make for a damn good character roster.
