He is rumored to be the kingpin behind this operation. False accusations against CowCow include insider trading, money laundering, blackmail, jaywalking, not stopping at the stop sign, and several unsolved fried chicken thefts that Carl is desperate to hide from CowCow's friend; Hi I'm Dad. Hi I'm Dad is known to go after those who take fried chicken from his community and whip them with a belt while they have to eat something they dislike that Dad chooses. Anyway, CowCow called the accusations so fake that it makes Keeping Up with the Kardashians look 100% legit. He also chimed in with this: "Ur mom is shady activity." Nevertheless, CowCow is currently being represented by the law office of GREATEST MORIKAWA & MACHISMO. Or did he just call up a younger Clint Eastwood to make the problem go away. I don't know.
