It's an additional Backup Secretary which is all well and good, but its second effect is just kinda mediocre. The problem there though is its first effect basically screams to be used in a Cyberse-only deck, making that second effect really niche at best. But, I suppose once we get higher Links that are Cyberse-exclusive, you can link ladder from a more generic non-Cyberse link into the Cyberse-exclusive one. Even so, that REALLY doesn't feel worth a NS.

I have a feeling that Yusaku's probably going to be using this either tomorrow or in a near future episode; well, he's the only guy running Cyberse, so it's more of "when is he using this?"

 

Yeah, card only works in a Cyberse deck for a most part. I guess for right now, you can make something like Honeybot/Link Bumper (maybe Encode Talker after prior laddering) in some Decks that can afford to use it, but... SS is fine, albeit restricted to Cyberse-only boards.

Oh, oh. This works perfectly for me, I like to throw in some Tuners like T.G. Striker, having the ability to make them into Cyberese for the various Link Monsters can become a very useful tool, and having another Backup Secretary is never bad either.
