Lore (Simplified):

4+ Effect Monsters

Must be Link Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If this card is Link Summoned using a Fusion, Ritual, Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum, or Link Monster as a Link Material: You can banish all face-up monsters your opponent controls with the same monster card as the Link Materials used for its Link Summon face-down. This card gains the following effects depending on the number of Link Materials used for its Link Summon that were previously on your Main Monster Zones. (When using a Link Monster as a material, the number of Link Arrows of that monster counts as the number of materials needed.)

-3 or more: Cannot be destroyed by battle except with a Link 7 or 8 monster or a non-Link Monster whose Level/Rank is 9 or higher.

-4 or more: Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated, while you have less than 5000 life points: You can discard either 1 "Vengevoid" monster or 2 cards; negate the activation, and if you do, banish it.

-5 or more: If you have 4000 life points or less, it can deal piercing battle damage when attacking a Defense Position monster.

-6 or more: Once per turn, if you have 3000 life points for less: You can banish either 5 "Vengevoid" or 8 monsters from your graveyard; for the rest of this turn, if there are any number of monsters this card points to by the end of this Main Phase, this card can attack up to that many times during this Battle Phase, but other monsters cannot attack this turn. You can only activate this effect of this card name once per turn.

Rulings:

-When this card is summoned, the only monsters it doesn't affect are Normal Monster and Regular Effect Monsters. But Normal Pendulum Monsters will be affected but you must use a Normal Pendulum Monster as a Link Material.

-For cost effects: for non-Vengevoid decks, you are required to get rid of more cards to activate certain effects.

-For the last effect, it will ask for the number of monsters this card points to at the end of Main Phase 1 and that number will be carried over for this turn only.

Tips on summoning this:

-Run a Soul Charge or other cards that Special Summon multiple monsters (tokens do not count since they are considered as a normal monster).

-You'll be required at least 1 Link Monster for it.

Tips on countering it:

-Require a Level/Rank of 9 or higher or a Link 7 or 8 monster to kill this. There are at least 200 TCG/OCG monsters that fulfill this. Link Monster-wise, we don't know unless it's custom-made. But this card effects can still kill it if this card's effects are locked.

-To decrease the number of attacks this card can make, you can either not summon monsters on a zone this card points to or get rid of some monsters on any zones this card points to before the start of the upcoming Battle Phase.

Is it broken?

-Not really...kind of slow and does require your life points to drop dramatically however for the majority of effects.

-For other decks that don't involve the same archetype as this, the effect costs are higher. Good only for late game.

-Will have problems when facing a card such as Dark Law, Macro Cosmos, Necrovalley or anything that block you from sending cards to the graveyard or banishing from there.

However in a Speed Duel environment, it will be much difficult to summon this.
