The word Ugomeku, which is translated as "Crawling on" here, more than likely is meant to be "Fluttering".

 

The card depicst Stargrail Fairy Ries springing a trap (hence her darkening), so fluttering of her wings makes more sense than Crawling On... especially given the dead crawlers and lack of anything they'd be on, rather the Starrelic is in the distance.

 

The name of the card transliterates to "A trap that engages in a star relic".

Daaamn, it's like a Path of Yang Zings/Pot of Avarice in crack for Starrelics, looks really good, IMO; it's only missing the speed of a Normal Spell, but still.
