Atypical-Abbie
CIBR-JP032 兵隊竜 Soldier DragonLevel 2 EARTH Dragon-Type Effect MonsterATK 700DEF 800(1) Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or an effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your Deck. True Draco style effect to Special Summon a monster? And odd choice, but maybe a few Dragon Decks will have use for it. The Highlander
Cute and somewhat solid (revolver would have an use for it). Too bad it has an once per turn restriction, unlike naturia antjaw.
The Warden
Wow, honestly I never expected them to make a Troop Dragon retrain.
Tinkerer
Wow, honestly I never expected them to make a Troop Dragon retrain.I'm really glad I'm not the only one to notice that. So this thing only has a soft OPT, huh? I guess you can summon up to 4 dragons by the time the turn ends. As bad as this idea is, if they keep releasing level 2 dragons with different attributes that help summon more, I suppose that R2 Cat monster could actually come up useful. The Highlander
This card basicly shouts "Sniffing Dragon and Gateway Dragon !!!!".
~British Soul~
I'm really glad I'm not the only one to notice that.I second this as I also noticed that.
The Highlander
It is kind of obvious that this card is a retrain of troop dragon.
~ P O L A R I S ~
There's not a whole lot that its targets can do on the opponent's turn so they'll probably just run this over along with whatever it Summons (and the idea of leaving this out in Attack Position is not so appetizing), but being a soft OPT I believe you could use this to bring out another Soldier Dragon, then do the same thing again and use your final Soldier Dragon to tutor Sniffing Dragon so that's potentially something. About a decade ago Troop Dragons from Masked Dragons were a fun little engine to eat up to six attacks and then Dragon's Mirror for FHD. This was back when "Ratbox" was a viable deck and destruction effects weren't quite so rampant.
The Highlander
[...] just run this over along with whatever it Summons [...]Not like it is remarkebly good or anything, though decoy dragon is a target and would at least suck up another source of removal than attacks.{black metal dragon searches for red-eyes decks and the white and red stones exist}

Started from like Giant Rat and ended at Troop Dragon?
~ P O L A R I S ~
Yeah, Bistro Butcher Exodia. x) I believe Nova Summoner -> Shining Angel -> UFOroid -> UFO Turtle -> Masked Dragon -> Troop Dragon was the line come to think of it (involving up to 18 searchers), though there might've been a longer one.
