Can someone think of a card that restricts tribute summons the turn you activate it/its effect, but you can still normal summon without tributing?

[I Hate Snatch Steal]

EG:

 

"You cannot tribute summon the turn you activate this effect." or "You cannot tribute summon any monsters you activate this effect, except ____ monsters"

 

Note that normal summons that are not tribute summons shouldn't be affected.

 

I need this for a YGO script, once I find such a card I can do the coding myself though.

Arcana Force VI - The Lovers

When this card is Summoned, toss a coin.

● Heads: This card can be treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of an "Arcana Force" monster. 

● Tails: You cannot Tribute Summon "Arcana Force" monsters.

 

Albeit, only with its Tails effect and it only restricts "Arcana Force" Tribute Summons but hopefully it does the trick!

Also Zombie World restricts Tribute Summons and not Normal Summons with the exception of Zombie-Types. 

 

Zombie World

All monsters on the field and in every Graveyard become Zombie-Type monsters. Neither player can Tribute Summon monsters, except Zombie-Type monsters.
