Special Summon 1 "Trickstar" monster from your hand, but its ATK becomes halved, also it has its effects negated (if any), then each player draws 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Trickstar Vision" per turn.

 

 

If a "Trickstar" monster battled this turn, while you controlled it: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy it.

Yeah, go watch the episode for how these got used.

 

Vision is kinda iffy right now; most you can do is just summon a bait Trickstar to bounce for Lyco and then the draw triggers. (Or another monster to make the Links). That's about it, since no effects and halved stats kill them.

 

Scatter is somewhat alright, I guess.

The spell is an in-theme way to help trigger the Reincarnation/Droll Bird combo. On top of generating field presence, I'd say the card is pretty decent.
