ÆƵ–
Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). To Tribute Summon this card face-up, you can Tribute Continuous Spell/Trap Card(s) you control, as well as monsters. Unaffected by the effects of cards with the same card type (Monster, Spell, and/or Trap) as the original card type of the cards Tributed for its Tribute Summon. If this Tribute Summoned monster in its owner's control is destroyed by an opponent's card (by battle or card effect): You can Special Summon 1 Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Monster that is EARTH, WATER, FIRE, or WIND from your Extra Deck. So this card is kinda neat. Doesn't have the popping that master peace has, but it can be immune to all card effects. Also, unless I'm missing something, it can summon Naturia Exterio and Crystal Wing. Discuss?
dustdevil9
It's dies to Kaiju like everything else. It doesn't really advance your game state the way Master does. He's kind an overglorified floater that a player can only beatstick over eventually. That's the major problem of it all.
BlackBeartic
Do dracos even run ED monsters anymore? I mean this is cute for summoning Crystal like you said but that's about it. If it got its float off of just leaving the field period then it'd be different.Peace has quick popping and the same immunity at the cost of a measly 50 atk points so Metaltron is really outclassed. I know that I have a varient that has monarch domain in it, so to a degree no The real difference between this and peace is that this can have immunity to all 3 cards, meaning that the only way around it would be beater, which nets you a float, or kaiju. But yeah, having a reactive effect is kind of a down side.
Kaiji
oh man i remember when peeps were scared of this card awhile back even after master peace was revealed true dracos still use zoodiac cards in their extra tho :x
~ P O L A R I S ~
It's fairly reminiscent of Apoqliphort Towers. It should make for an alright replacement for Master Peace on a budget, but because True Dracos are as meta as they are there isn't much margin for suboptimal among its many players, and Metaltron actually has 0 presence in decks that have topped unfortunately (at least in the TCG). Ironically, a Trap+Monster Master Peace can run over a Spell+Trap+Monster Metaltron under Diagram and then pop the ensuing Extra Deck monster. ÆƵ–
a Trap+Monster Master Peace can run over a Spell+Trap+Monster Metaltron under Diagram and then pop the ensuing Extra Deck monster. That would work out if diagram didn't boost all true draco's stats
Kaiji
metaltron would be unaffected by spells tho so no field boost and its able to be destroyed by battle
ÆƵ–
metaltron would be unaffected by spells tho so no field boost and its able to be destroyed by battleo dam Well now I think less of this card. If it were only the opp's cards that'd be great, but because it's your own too... sheesh.
Darj
Not to mention Metaltron falls against the almost-staple, boss-buster Utopia Lightning. Pretty sure Metaltron's protection doesn't apply in the grave so it won't be able to activate its floating effect even if it was immune to monster effects. Master Peace at the very least can scare it with its removal effect.
notcleverusername
Card falls vs both my main mantra-Protection is overrated-Summoning/activation conditions > effectsIs bad.
