The attack knocked the Koopa King straight into the Twilight Hero's Great Spin attack. After hitting the ground, Bowser rose, using the Whirling Fortress to knock both heroes into the air. Though the Great King's Wizard's Foot missed, Bowser rolled into Jysgarren's down-thrust. The green knight was hit, however, with the Bowser Bomber the furious half-dragon used in retaliation. OoC: I'm trying to make the fight even; hope I'm not seeming overpowered. Oh, and FF7R, the idea is, your powers won't return until you leave Earth. Auron ran up to Blaze and sliced the power in half also damaging him mildly. Sephiroth, Cloud, and Darth started to charged at Gannondwarf and Link. Guest Supreme Gamesmaster Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 Master Hand simply flicked the attackers away, while Blaze dodged Auron's swing and blasted him with a Smash attack and knocking him off the White House. However, the sword went flying out of Auron's hand, cutting Blaze's arm badly. "I'll end it," the god-hand said hurriedly. He slapped Sephiroth, Cloud, and Darth Vader, grabbing them. He then crushed them and threw them away. "C'mon!" He snatched up Blaze (much more gently this time) and created a portal leading back to the abandoned cathedral. Final Fantasy Revolution Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 Cloud, Sephiroth, and Darth were down. Auron got up as his injury wasn't that bad as the other 3. Auron grabbed his sword from the ceiling then jumped down and rushed over to Cloud, Sephiroth, and Darth. "Damn, I only have a couple of these and I didn't want to have to use um. Davok Posted April 22, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 Lord Davok looked over at Auron, Sephiroth, Cloud, Darth Vader, and Master Chief from behind the president's desk as if he was on his throne in Castle Davok. Their were many protests across the United States, but they were easily crushed by Davok's forces. The military was under his control. But then there was Armageddon. He was on a rampage in Europe. Soon he will come to North America. Armageddon was causing an Eclipse of the Earth. Gamer, Midna, Talim and Link said down. Talim was still a little weak but OK. Gamer explained to them what seems to have happened and where or how they are here. Suddenly a knock on the door alerted him. Recoiling back, Gamer saw that the person was none other than Shadow the Hedgehog, who had tried to kill him only days before. ``I would like to help you to stop Lord Davok.'' Shadow said. Unfortunately, the hero was knocked away by the beast's writhing. A Chaos Spear from Shadow managed to get the fiend to stop writhing, but he nearly crushed Gamer. Flying upward, Gamer punched the creature right in the chest with a Psy-Punch. Fin Fang Foom got up almost immediately and starting firing balls of fire at the heroes. When he blocked one with the Mirror Shield, though, he noticed that it had begun to blink and quiver in his hands. The hero jumped to catch another bolt, narrowly deflecting it. At this point, his shield was practically jumping out of his hands. However, he was ill-prepared to deflect the last fireball, which headed straight at Talim... Davok Posted April 25, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 25, 2008 OoC: I made a new RP and a fan fic. The name of the RP is Saqrundican Chronicles. The fan fic is called Yu-Gi-Oh! Saving the World and 1200 Things to do on a Rainy Day. The reason I'm telling this here is that no one seems to know about or is even looking at it. IC: Gamer dived, tackling Talim out of the way of the blast. Shadow hit the main chest of Fin Fang Foom with a Chaos Spear, but the dragon roared back and whacked Shadow with his tail, making him sit the wall of the motel. Gamer fired five blue fireballs Fin Fang Foom, temporarily distracting him from Shadow. ``He's way stronger now.'' Gamer said. Fin Fang Foom breathed fire and lit the motel on fire, also hitting Midna. ``YOU CAN NEVER DEFEAT ME!'' the dragon roared. Suddenly a shadow appeared behind the outraged dragon. SLICE! SLICE! SLICE! as a cloaked speedily hit strategic points on the ancient alien dragon, damaging the monster immensely. Metaknight appeared in front of the heroes, protecting them. ``Hello.'' IT'S WHAT I'VE ALWAYS WANTED! *cries* Now all I need is a time machine set for December 21, 2005, and a flamethrower and this will be the perfect day. I reviewed Saving the World. BTW, can you see what I'm trying to build up with Link, Gamer, and Talim? IC: "MK? Ownage, the cavalry has come!" Link was thrilled, despite the fact that he could barely hold his shield. He threw the Mirror Shield into the flames as Midna began to fire orb after orb at points MetaKnight had already weakened. The beast -- I almost said dragon -- was then obliterated by the immense burst of his own energy thrown out of the Mirror Shield. And Talim's not getting any better.'' Soon Link, Midna, Shadow, Metaknight and Gamer carrying Talim hopped onto the Dragoon and started to blast away from the scene. Shadow looked down and saw Dark Bugs writhing around the motels, Primids spawning from them. ``Primids?'' Shadow explained. ``I thought the Subspace Emissary was destroyed in Brawl.'' Metaknight looked down grimly. ``Yes, the Emissary was destroyed along with Tabuu, but not Subspace. Somethings awakened it... and I think we all know who that is.'' Armageddon stood in Subspace. A cloaked figure was in front of him. ``Zasalamel.'' Armageddon said. ``What are we supposed to do now? Neither Hand nor any of the heroes know that your the one pulling the strings. Shouldn't we attack now?'' the Titan said, outraged. Zasalamel smiled. Picking up a shard, he completed the puzzle. Soul Edge came in place. ``Soon, Armageddon, soon.'' he said. ``But first we need another soldier.'' Using the power from the completed Soul Edge, Zasalamel crafted an azure soulless body. Wrenching Inferno's soul from Siegfried, Zasalamel put Inferno's soul into the new azure body. Smiling down at the Azure Knight, Zasalamel nodded. The new Inferno Nightmare and Armageddon bowed and exited Subspace. OoC: Plot twist! Zasalamel is the one pulling the strings around here! "They reproduce too quickly," MetaKnight realized as the Shadow Bugs replaced the fallen soldiers. "We'll just have to take a building," Link decided, seriously concerned. MetaKnight soared through the Primid attackers, scything off them as he went. Suddenly the Shadow Bugs started to form together. A giant Primid emerged from the Shadow Bugs, towering over the heroes. The direction of all the fighters, however, was averted by a simple movement. Talim was beginning to stir. "Hurry. We'll finish it now," Midna cautioned, firing magic orbs at the giant Primid as Link released his arrow. OoC: Muahaha, Zasalamel is being waaaay too cocky. But, just as he crouched down, Inferno appeared and grabbed them both, vanishing in a puff of purple smoke, reappearing in front of Gamer and Talim in an abandoned warehouse. ``Now that those fools are distracted.'' Inferno said. ``I can now kill each of you!'' Gamer fire a blue fireball at Inferno, and at the same time focused on channeling his healing energy into Talim. Talim got up and saw Gamer facing Inferno. Picking up her blades, Talim joined Gamer and prepared for the battle of their lives against the incarnation of Soul Edge. "Handle the giant, will you?" he ordered the others. "Inferno's not gonna kill her again..." Focusing his Triforce shard, he traced the magic of the portal to the demon's location. •• Inferno began with a flaming whip attack Talim recognized distinctly: it was using Ivy's Kaleidoscope, the weapon that had killed her during her last duel with the soul sword's incarnation. This time, though, she was prepared for the lethal attack and rolled to the side, cutting the Kaleidoscope in half. A flash of light appeared as this happened, which seemed to trace all the way back to Inferno, striking the beast. "So," Link challenged, sealing the portal behind him, "up for a rematch?" The fiery fiend drew a massive scythe from nowhere in reply: Soul Edge's replica of Thanatos, the scythe used by the false Grim Reaper after Talim's demise. "You can't break us that easily," Talim warned, charging at the dark being. She would have been decapitated by the brutal swing if she hadn't used one of her classic tricks: dropping at the last second to trip her enemy. Though her legs and clothes were lightly singed, not nearly as much damage had been done to her as to Inferno, who was hit by the shaman's blades, Gamer's energy blasts, and Link's Light Arrow all at once. Link then charged the fiend in a double-mêlée attack with his old friend, but was blocked by another blade: Soul Edge's version of Cassandra's Valkyrie. Davok Posted April 25, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 25, 2008 Inferno roared in triumph and raised the Soul Edge Valkyrie above Talim but Link jumped up, attempting to slice at Inferno with his sword. Inferno shot him back with the Soul Edge version of Cervantes' Nirvana, and got his Soul Edge replica of Astaroth's battleaxe and swung it down on Talim. ``Noooo!!!'' Gamer cried and dived above Talim covering her with his shield. But the force of the blow shattered the shield and sliced through Gamer, who dissolve in a blue light. A blue orb dropped from where Gamer's heart used to be, a pale sphere with what looked like a soul inside of it. Inferno was covered in blue energy, almost as if he was being strangled. Deteriorating in blood red smoke, Inferno disappeared. Lord Davok felt a wrench in his gut, as if a part of the world had been lost. ``No...'' Davok said. ``No, this CAN'T happen!'' he roared. ``Without the keys, this world is doomed. And I cannot allow that. This is much more important than taking over...'' the tyrant thought grimly. ``Even if it costs me my life.'' And he disappeared in a tendril of black smoke. Talim was weak-kneed, staring in shock at the sphere. "...No... this..." Link was too badly wounded to even see the orb: he'd been shot in the heart. "...Just... *gasp* ...Don't worry about Davok..." The shaman was barely able to comprehend the hero's words, but the phrase 'Don't worry about Davok' drew her attention to the critically wounded warrior. "...He wants the... Keys... as much as we... want Gamer..." The ground was now drenched with black blood. "...Stay alive, and... face Armageddon... I'll be there... for the real... Apocalypse... And, Talim, I..." His eyes were locked with his old friend's when the life faded from them. Talim was just starting to pick up the Hero of Time's corpse when a spurt of black smoke appeared behind her... Talim was furiously attacking Cloud. Lord Davok picked up the orb while Talim was distracted. Looking down at Link, he nodded. ``Despite our differences, I had nothing but respect for you. But I must have the orb.'' disappearing in a curtain of black smoke, Davok appeared in front of the fighting Bowser, Jysgarren and Ganondorf. ``Link's dead.'' Davok said with finality. ``And I'm afraid that I am your last hope.'' Davok held up the orb and a huge image shot out from it. MetaKnight and Midna had finished off the giant Primid. Seeing The Exodar, MetaKnight and Midna dashed to it, seeing Talim attacking Cloud. ``Stop it, NOW!'' MetaKnight cried out. ``Where's Link and Gamer?'' "I'm going after Davok... he has the orb Gamer left behind, and he wants to save the world too..." •• "You've got to be lying," Ganondorf responded reflexively as the image was projected, but he knew Davok had to be right.
