Cyberse Annihilation

Equip only to a Cyberse monster. If the equipped monster battles an opponent's monster, the equipped monster's ATK becomes equal to the ATK of the monster it is battling during damage calculation only. If the equipped monster destroys a monster by battle: Inflict damage to the controller equal to the ATK the destroyed monster had on the field.

When a card or effect is activated that would change the ATK of exactly 1 monster on the field while you control a Cyberse monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, draw 1 card. You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Link 2 or lower Cyberse monster in your GY; Special Summon it.

So the equip will make any battle into a draw with built in Ring of Destruction-like one-sided burn..... It is amusing. I can tell it is most likely gonna be combo'd with cards that make up what would essentially make a multi-attacking Rocket Warrior for mass burn and destruction. Pretty sure that new Link 2 at the very least.

 

The Trap's effect seems awkwardly specific, but sometime somebody is gonna make a Cyberse Black Garden build work somehow.

The GY effect is surprisingly narrow, only for Cyberse, and only for Links...... I'm sure it'll have a place somewhere at least as an experiment though.

Annihilation's a lesser type-specific Moon Mirror Shield for the most part, though it could be useful if we get a Cyberse monster that can't be destroyed by battle. 

 

Shutter is pretty nice though, a Ragnazero-ish effect on field and more importantly reviving a Link-2 with its GY effect. A good Foolish Burial Goods target that can extend a Link swarm.
