Thomas★Zero
So when considering the Link format for non Link Decks that utilize Extra Deck Monsters that have Levels and that we only have 1 Extra Monster Zone, in terms of techy cards to work around that one zone limit I came across this card which seems nice in terms of draw power and opens up that Extra Monster Zone slot for a new monster if Level 8 or higher. Delibirb
If it proves difficult to remove ED monsters that you may want to replace this may be one way to do it. Though there are probably less restrictive options.

Dad
Seems slow. Maybe if this was a Quick Play it would see more use. Though I can still see this being tech'd in a deck here and there in Link Format.
notcleverusername
If you don't benefit off keeping your level 8 or higher Extra Deck monster on the field, you probably shouldn't be summoning itOnly really worth considering if you want to trigger a particular float effect, and even then you're probably better off investing either in Extra Monsters that remove themselves from the Extra for you, or Main Deck monsters you can use to increase the value of whatever you have in the Extra Zone (eg via laddering)

VCR_CAT
Or just use the ED monster as link material rather than rely on an unsearchable +0 it baffles me more why people are just going "But how do play in Links without Links?" Like, you guys can just summon Link monsters, they're extremely generic. The only decks that can't are the ones that are blatantly xenophobic, but frick even Cardians can Link well enough to get by. You don't need any inconsistent and situational techs like this; just play Links.

~ P O L A R I S ~
Back in my day this was pretty neat for bringing out Berserk Dragon, which just so happened to have 3500 ATK and attack all your opponent's monsters once each.
