Atypical-Abbie
The cards we don't already know only, the others are the same as the real life versions anyway from what I can tell. DDoS AttackNormal Spell CardTarget 1 Machine monster you control; send any number of "DDoS Attack" from your Deck to the GY, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of "DDoS Attack" sent to the GY by this effect x the targeted monster's Level x 100. Effect CowlNormal Spell CardIf you control a Cyberse monster: You take no effect damage this turn. Cyberse BeaconNormal Trap CardIf you took damage by battle or by an opponent's card effect this turn: Add 1 Level 4 or lower Cyberse monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Cyberse Beacon" per turn.
Tinkerer
That first card looks interesting. Not practical, but playing a train deck featuring that would be amusing. Second one is generic anime effect damage blocking. Not even a quick-play or trap or anything. W/e. The third could be interesting (albeit still slow and thus pretty much useless) if it worked off any kind of effect damage (your own), or battle damage. Might bring Cyberse in a new direction a la Zombie's Grave stuff, Sea Serpent's send as cost, etc.

~Faytl~
The fact that is stops battle damage DOES have uses, I suppose, if we have stuff that works off of ramming into other things in Cyberse-type (dunno if we do, I don't know them well), but it still REALLY wishes it were a quick-play. Otherwise these cards are all slow and/or situational.

~ P O L A R I S ~
These are all pretty bad. Compare Cyberse Beacon to Waterfall of the Dragon Souls. Nobody runs Waterfall of the Dragon Souls.
