Atypical-Abbie
Encode TalkerLight Cyberse / Link / EffectLink 3 2300 / Top, Bottom, Bottom Right2+ Cyberse monsters(1) Once per turn, before damage calculation, when a monster at this card’s Link Point battles an opponent’s monster with higher ATK: You can activate this effect; that monster you control cannot be destroyed by battle, and you take no battle damage from that battle. After that damage calculation, have either this card or a monster at this card’s Link Point gain ATK equal to the ATK of that opponent’s monster, until the end of this turn. I don't know about this card, it seems like a decent enough card, but would I really want to put in 3 monsters for it? Seems like it would be hard to really use right now, but could be a decent enough card later on.KleinantLevel 3 LIGHT Cyberse-Type Effect MonsterATK 1500DEF 1500(1) If this card was Normal Summoned, all Cyberse monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF during your turn.(2) If this card would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can destroy 1 Cyberse monster you control or have in your hand instead. Well, 2000 isn't too bad, protection is nice as well, but not sure it's something that's really needed for Cyberse.
Premier Alexander Romanov
And we get the first of several V-JUMP revealed asymmetric Link Monsters. It now matters which Zone you claim first.
Darj
Encode Talker looks too defensive and passive for my tastes. I guess it can lead to big damage if you transfer the ATK boost to an already big monster, but that shouldn't be a common situation... right? I truly don't know because I have seen the plays Link decks can do that end with Firewall Dragon spam and such, and thus this card could very well lead to an OTK. As for Kleinant, I guess its ability to destroy RAM Cloudia in the hand and get its searching effect can come in handy?
Kaiji
Looks like u can transfer the atk to the thing ur attacking, so then you can use AMAZONESS SWORDSWOMAN to crash :^))) (blue eyes 6k 00ff)

(GigaDrillBreaker)
These two just feel really meh. Even at their best they aren't amazing. Pretty disappointing after fire like akashic, trigate, and firewall (which are all pmuch generic, too)

Pretty disappointing after fire like akashic, trigate, and firewall (which are all pmuch generic, too) Kleinant yes, but I'll disagree with you on that for Encode. As far as Lightning-Like monsters go, it's a pretty interesting way to go about attack-boost effects and is pretty flexible in its application. It can be used in several ways for protection or attack, and has the potential for quite a bit of damage. It's one of those cards that's pretty versatile, and if you're smart in what you protect and what you choose to boost with stats, it can be a pretty great card to have. Keep in mind, his effect will protect the monster that's battling from destruction and damage; but you can boost either Encode itself or any monster at its Link Points with the stat boost. And, as Kaiji pointed out, you can do an opponent's monster too and that can have some spicy memes attached to it.

Blake
But it needs Cyberse monstersThat isn't actually hard for his example, just requires a lot of stupid ED concessions. gofu for tokenstoken + Gofu = Proxy dragonToken 2 = Link SpiderNS skyblaster, make 3 tokensProxy + Spider = Encode token + skyblaster = Proxy Dragontoken 2 = Link spiderproxy + Spider = Encode and you have an extra token in EMZ encode's second linked zone It's not good, but entirely possible. my question is why wouldn't you just go for Firewall + Good card that mutual links (trigate prob, though it still requires some ED devotion to make) it for less ED devotion
The Highlander
[...] just requires a lot of stupid ED concessions [...] Which is why one should run tripple exodius in a pure link deck, considering links are more rewarding than other mechanics for laddering. Exodius won't do sheet. It is a do nothing play that kills consistency and isn't reliable in itself.
