You can only activate this card if there are 30 or more cards in your Graveyard. Inflict 3000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points.

 

Lawnmower Decks would love this, as would a surprisingly ridiculous OTK deck I saw recently.

1. Reasoning and hope your opponent doesn't say 5
2. Summon Junk Collector off it, milling 40 S/T in the process.
3. Activate this card
4. Junk Collector effect: banish both JC and this, reuse the effect.

The actual OTK used Magical Explosion, but this could work too with multiples.

That makes sense since that's how it was actually used in the show...

It is magical explosion copies 3-5. Not much else to say. The decks it will be used in are awful, but not as awful as the way it feels to be the 1/100 person to lose to them.
