Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted May 16, 2017 Author Report Share Posted May 16, 2017 Latios gets it for nomination, soul form (well, I can't be Latias because she's a girl and I'm male) and yeah, a bunch of other reasons.Salamence gets next one for being really good in combat.Ursaring because it's still relatively solid, despite bad speed stat.
