This was fairly easy;

Aegislash gets vote #1 as its design is rather interesting

Lapras gets vote #2 as I'm neutral on Decidueye and I had an EV trained one on my gen 4 games

Samurott gets first vote because nomination and Unova starter.

Lapras gets other one for design and stuff.

 

Aegislash is cool though, but I haven't used it too much (think I have a semi-competitive one in AS, but yeah).

Neutral on Decidueye; I never really got the hype behind why people liked its evo family so much (outside Rowlett's design, I suppose).

Samurott for thus one. The starter I liked the most from Unova, and has decent stats. I don't care for Lapras, but Aegislash is pretty cool, being a ghost sword and shield with Shadow Sneak and Swords Dance. Decidueye would've been my second choice.

Perhaps the formal appearance, or the fact that it's an owl.

Last time I checked, probably because Rowlett had a bowtie and then Dartrix looked like a gentleman when evolved. Think mostly because it's an owl and building off Rowlett's appeal, I don't remember.

Decidueye is great. I admit to having a love for owls though, mostly from the books I've read. Also I have a fondness for archers and Robin Hood.

Samurott is pretty neato. I like the whole sword thing it has.

Lapras and Samurott move on to round 3, whereas everyone else goes to the loser bracket to fight in L2.
