Once per turn, you can send 1 LIGHT monster from your hand to the Graveyard to select 1 Level 5 or higher DARK monster in your Graveyard. Special Summon that monster. It cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster.

Her Summoning conditions and effects run directly counter to each other in the early game, but she'd work very well late-game when your Grave is full of DARK Synchro monsters... if you have the resources to make her late-game.

I remember she was nice with things like an Instant Fusion'd  El Shaddoll Winda as you can make her with it, then proceed to get Winda back. But, that is the best memory I have of her being used.

I have managed to Summon it. Very few times, and the monster I Special Summoned with her effect wasn't really worth the effort (I think it was Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon). If it were 1 or more non-Tuner DARK monsters as opposed to 2, she'd be easier to Summon and may had seen more use. But as is now, it will remain a shiny oddity.

With a name like Chaos Goddess, you'd expect it to be a funking behemoth; but man, I don't think the people who designed this card's effect knew what they were doing. That shitty Summoning condition just rubs more salt in the already festering wound.

I also hate when they waste such amazing artwork on cards like this one. Oh, Garlandolf, how I wish you were actually good...
