The Frost King
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Supreme_King_Z-ARC You know what I find funny about this card? Konami releases it and then a few months later, they reveal the Link mechanic, which makes summoning this card even more impossible than it already is. ~British Soul~
What's even more funny is that it's one of the more common secrets as well.

Delibirb
This card was never impossible to summon. Zarc Magicians float like crazy and stall very effectively until they make this. Post-Links, it just takes longer. Once you get Decode Talker (Or a better Link-2 or 3 that has two down pointing arrows) online you continue to sit there and build resources. Firewall Dragon breaks Pendulumgraph of Spacetime, and as long as you keep the Magicians you plan to banish into Zarc in your hand, and ideally Violet Poison spare in the ED, the Extra Zone Summoning restriction on your Pendulums is mostly irrelevant. They're a good deal slower, but for a deck with the floating prowess, disruption, and ability to bounce back that may even rival HAT, that's fairly irrelevant. Obviously now its not relevant. Anyway, I do agree the only thing Zarc himself has going for him is that he blows up the opp field and he's surrounded by cards that might as well have advantage written on them.
