Both Sklerp and Clawitzer are version exclusives in the water to note off...

For this matchup, I'm going to vote for Minior for its interesting concept of a meteor pinata, and strange type for it, since I'm not sure if it is capable of summoning winds....

Umbreon has a rare first letter for a name, nice black color which symbolizes the night and umbral, and red eyes to match its theme...

Shaymin-S and Terrakion get first two votes by default due to nomination status; former missed it by only a single vote (and could've made it if people used their second vote [and I know one person did have it in mind to an extent]). Moving on...

 

Umbreon gets third vote because Eeveelution.

I don't care for Swoobat much, haven't used Minior (though it is unique in its own way) and neutral on the baby forms of the Kalos version exclusive Water mons.

- Swoobat I used in a wedlocke

- Skymin 'cuz its EX is sooo good (and Roaring Skies even had another print run)

- Terrakion 'cuz it's a good 'mon

Shaymin's one of my favorites, though I prefer the land version.

Swoobat I've got nostalgic BW/BW2 memories.

Porthos is influencing me with Terrakion.

Umbreon is pretty cool and the shiny version is even better.

 

I also really like Clawitzer but just not as much as those four.
