Darj
WailooooordOne of my Gen III favorites along its pre-evolution. Really deserves better defenses IMO to make use of that sweet base HP.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Let's talk about Crobat. Not counting mega evolutions, and counting deoxys as 1 pokemon, Crobat is the 6th fastest pokemon ever. It speed ties with Aerodactyl, Tapu Koko, Mewtwo, Jolteon, and Mega Gengar. Put simply, it's fast as hell. Its type combination is unique to its evolution line. Since Gengar lost levitate, the only other fully evolved Poison-type immune to Ground attacks (one of the type's only 2 weaknesses) is Weezing.Consequently, this gives it access to Brave Bird. With its incredible speed, reasonable physical atk, and access to the healing item Black Sludge, this gives Crobat amazing damage (and a helluva supersonic skystrike). Combined with the Infiltrator ability, it can break through many defensive strategies, while still performing as a pivot. Its speed allows it to make full use of U-turn, and is tied with Tapu Koko (an excellent team partner, due to Crobat's immunity to ground-type attacks) as the third-fastest pokemon to have access to the move, behind only Pheromosa and Ninjask. It is one of the pokemon that evolves through friendship, and honestly I have always thought the friendship was cool as hellGuys it's a super-sonic four-winged bat what more could you ask for. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Metagross gets primary vote because I've actually used it often, and it's still proven its worth.Second one is Crobat for design purposes; haven't gotten around to using it in actual battle (but can't deny it has a lot of neat tricks). ♪ ♪Aria ♪ ♪
Metagross is heavy, bulky, and intelligent despite its menacing look, and it has decent types too...Crobat is swift, purple, and poisonous indeed....Wailord is a tank full of HP and weight...Lastly, Dhelmise has a menacing name, abstract shape, a combination of anchor, kelp, helm, and compass, for a nautical touch, and can be powerful in terms of hitting power... The Nyx Avatar
Metagross for this one. It's got my favorite design out of the bunch. Wailord is funny, though. And I guess Crobat and Dhelmise look nice.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Crobat was the clear favorite here, but the second place finishers go on by a margin of 1 vote each over Dhelmise. So yeah, it was a close one there.
