I need Hyper Voice for Sylveon, but can't get it. (No, I am not making Sylveon use Hyper Beam to make up for it) Incineroar got other vote because design and wrestling theme, however it was a toss up between this and Luxray. Awesome appearance, favorite Electric-Type, the Ability Guts, and one of my favorite early Pokemon you find. Sylveon would have been a close second, as it is elegant, vibrant, and practical.
