Wow, this is quite good, high ATK, 0 DEF, Level 4, no OPT clause. Not much to say, it supports them quite well, and doesn't have much to slow it down other than it needing to be Normal Summoned.

Yeah, that float looks sweet, and the on-Normal Summon effect is welcomed to recover advantage.

Plus as a Level4 DARK with 0 DEF it gets some support here and there, like Recurring Nightmare, Druid Dru, Chameleon.

So kind of Warrior Returning Alive for Cyverse, but with legs? And a Recurring Nightmare target at that, too. Though, I prefer the second effect. No "once per turn" clause and bring out another Cyverse monster. So I guess you could just keep using Call of the Haunted with it if you wanted to. Or just recover and "ram" into an opponent's monster.
