Ryusei the Morning Star Posted April 18, 2017 Report Share Posted April 18, 2017 Red-Eyes Slash Dragon Dark Dragon / Fusion / EffectLV7 2800/2400 "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" + 1 Warrior-Type monster(1) When a "Red-Eyes" monster declares an attack: You can target 1 Warrior-Type monster in your Graveyard; equip it to this card as an Equip Card with this effect. -The equipped monster gains 200 ATK. (2) During either player's turn, when a card that targets a card you control is activated: You can send 1 Equip Card you control to the Graveyard; negate that activation, and if you do, destroy it. (3) If this card is destroyed by battle or card effect: Special Summon from your Graveyard as many monsters that were equipped to this card as possible. Armageddon looks suddenly decent in the deck lol. Heroes could also work given that Vyon can search Poly. Also attach Shadow Mist Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Atypical-Abbie Posted April 18, 2017 Report Share Posted April 18, 2017 What an odd card, Warriors in Red-Eyes? I mean, I could give it a go, but I don't know about this card really. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The Warden Posted April 18, 2017 Report Share Posted April 18, 2017 *Raises a brow* Is it just me, or is this thing quite possibly a fusion of Red-Eyes and Gearfried? The armour and blades like Gearfriedesque, and the effect relates to equip monsters. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

~~~~ Posted April 18, 2017 Report Share Posted April 18, 2017 You could use Paladin of Felgrand as your Warrior, if you want to go down that route. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~British Soul~ Posted April 18, 2017 Report Share Posted April 18, 2017 You could use Paladin of Felgrand as your Warrior, if you want to go down that route.You could, and since its effect works when SS'd, you can get an equip from that. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
(Although that seems unlikely considering it's compulsory, it might still come up.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
goodfusion Posted April 18, 2017 Report Share Posted April 18, 2017 Equip Ventdra, the Empowered Warrior to get back Red-Eyes when it's destroyed? :> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
The Nyx Avatar Posted April 18, 2017 Report Share Posted April 18, 2017 The negation effect is cute. And while sure, you have to equip monsters to this card to accomplish its last effect, at least it is general destruction and not having to touch the Graveyard to activate. ~~~~ Posted April 19, 2017 Report Share Posted April 19, 2017 Equip Ventdra, the Empowered Warrior to get back Red-Eyes when it's destroyed? :>A quick search on Dueling Book reveals that the only other maindeck Warrior-type monsters that have "If this card is sent from the field to the GY" effects are Dawn Knight (mills a LIGHT) and the Goukis. I then searched for "If this card is sent to the GY", and we have Edea, Shadow Mist and Super Quantum Red Layer. Red Layer wouldn't even get its effect when you mill it with Red-Eyes Fusion, and even then requires a lot of setup for a rather weak float. That leaves us with Gouki Red-Eyes, Monarch Red-Eyes and Red-HERO. I dunno about you, but the problem I have with all of these are the Red-Eyes parts of the deck. They don't do anything for the deck. But hey, if you can get it to work, more power to you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Azuh Posted April 20, 2017 Report Share Posted April 20, 2017 Buster Blader and Red-eyes hybrids maybe? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ryusei the Morning Star Posted April 21, 2017 Author Report Share Posted April 21, 2017 Prisma can pitch Red-Eyes B Dragon Slash can keep equipping Shadow Mist which can search Prisma, Stratos, Vyon Vyon can search Poly, and banish Heroes Dragon's Mirror can Summon this card off Prisma Prisma being a light means you can run Shining to add back Heroes There's a lot of fun potential in this deck Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~~ Posted April 21, 2017 Report Share Posted April 21, 2017 I saw someone on DB using this with Fusion Parasite as an engine in Stargrails. The idea was to use either Aurum or the trap to SS Parasite, and then fuse with the Warrior-type Link Monster that the Stargrails have. The idea was to trigger the SS from hand effect multiple times, while putting a 3k+ body down and potentially summoning back the Warrior-type Link if the RE Slash Dragon is destroyed.
