Dark_Pride
Anyone know why Negate Attack became a Counter Trap Card when it is supposed to be a Normal Trap Card?
wilson91
Because it counters your opponents attack.
Dark_Pride
Because it counters your opponents attack. But then a counter trap card only counter other cards in a chain, and declaring an attack is not a chain. So meaning, when you activate Negate Attack that means that you're starting a chain, which contradicts the meaning of Counter Trap Cards. Also, it will not make a difference if Negate Attack became a Normal Trap Card. Being a counter trap doesn't mean anything, it's just a higher spell speed. You don't need a chain to activate a counter trap. Being a counter stop a lot of chainables like you couldn't chain Decree to it. Again, it would make a difference if it was a Normal trap. CrabHelmet
Also, Counter Trap = Artemis support. Sadly, this card sucks too much for that to matter.
Master Hyperion
Counter Fairies. But for the rest, it's pointless. Stopping attacks doesn't give you enough field advance. You're just dealing the duel.
