When this card is Synchro Summoned, send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the GY. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 LP and send the top 2 cards of your deck to the GY to target 1 "Lightsworn" monster in your GY, Special Summon that target. Other "Lightsworn" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle.

Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can banish 1 "Blackwing" monster from your Graveyard to target 1 card your opponent controls: Destroy that target. You can activate this effect one additional time per turn for each "Black Whirlwind" you control. If this monster destroys your opponent's card, by battle or its own effect, increase this monster's ATK by 300. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can shuffle all your banished "Blackwing" monsters into your Deck (min. 1), then draw 1 card.

Once per turn: You can destroy 1 monster your opponent controls, then your opponent takes damage equal to the higher of its ATK or DEF.

 

Not particularly impressive, but can't argue with blowing stuff up and burning away the opponent's LP.

When this card battles, your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step.

 

So yeah, build off above and Road Warrior.

For the Synchro Summon of this monster, you can use 1 "Phantom Beast Wild Horn" as a Tuner. If this monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower "Phantom Beast" monster from your hand or Graveyard.

Even with this Synchro, original Phantom Beasts are still going to suck until they get more cohesive support (or even support in general). Then again, MPB doesn't want it (because it's a Level they can't use).

Son of the Deity

Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by sending two monsters with the same Level (1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner monster) from your field to the graveyard, but its Level becomes equal to the combined Levels of those two monsters (this is treated as a Synchro Summon). This card's original ATK is equal to its Level x 200. This card gains 300 ATK for every Synchro Monster on your field and in your graveyard. While you control another Dragon-type Synchro Monster, Synchro Monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's card effects.

(You do realize that monsters actually need to be treated as a definitive nonzero Level when in the Extra Deck, well, unless you want to go into barren ruling territory which Konami is piss poor at.)

 

But fine, let's see how this works out (because by RL mechanics, this is literally impossible because Ultimaya/Bishilbaalkin are both always Level 12). Also the requirements are more of a Fusion Monsters. 

 

Creation Deity of the Void

I updated Son of the Deity to be more reasonable.

 

As for the Level 0 requirement I suggested, I believe it's possible to make a monster have a Level of 0 if you use certain effects.

 

Assault Blackwing - Meteor the Falling Shower

While your LP are higher than your opponent's, "Winds" Continuous Trap cards, and other "Aroma" cards, cannot be targeted by your opponent's cards or effects. The first time you gain LP in a turn, you can target 1 card on your opponent's field or in their Graveyard: Banish it.

 

Given the AGM's sheer level of decent Aroma support, this is actually a powerful and feasible boss for them over here.
