Also I know people will say whys Avian in their well if Stratos was semi Limited in the TCG like it is in the OCG I would use 2 Stratos in the deck. Edits: Changed Mallet for POD and PPG for PWWB. Edits 2: Changed POD and R - R. for Mirror Force and Heavy Dust Storm (A.K.A Trap Twin Twister)
Darj
Avian may have a good role in post-Link HEROes actually, as it can be used for Link Spider. You can further support it and other vanilla HEROes with Rescue Rabbit and Unexpected Dai. Clayman may not be that bad either for accessing Missus Radiant. Is this IRL? Because if not, it can be improved with more effective backrow and consistency cards like 3rd copies of Shadow Mist, E-Call, Hero Lives, etc.

Darj
Well, E-Call, Hero Lives and in a way Mist pretty much double as extra copies of all your HEROes in the deck, so you may as well play them at 3.A 3rd Honesty Neos may not hurt either, but not sure if it can get cloggy; having 2~3 Neos but no HERO on field would be annoying. You should change your deck so it doesn't need Magical Mallet to fix hands. Ideally you shouldn't have too many bricky hands in the first place.I see you are lacking Bubbleman but I more or less can see why, considering the monster count in the deck. It appears you want the deck to be Fusion-based, but frankly, there are many changes I would make to the deck if going serious with HEROes post-Links. Personally, I would cut on the sluggish HEROes Woodsman and Ocean, as well as the Poly plays, while strengthening their standard Masked HERO/Dark Law playstyle. Basically, the monster line-up would be the usual Mist, Bubbleman and Monk. Then, try some Normal support with Avian/Clayman plus Dai and Rabbit to access Link Spider, Missus, and other Links. Then, keep 2~3 Miracle Fusions for back-up or extra punches. Avian seems better because it has better Fusions in Kamikaze and Tornado, and can access Missus as well by turning them into Link Spider, the downside being that doing so would consume your Spiders; on the other hand, Clayman can be used straight for Missus. Finally, you could test 1 Poly and 1 Blazeman for more Fusion summoning to make "Legacy of HERO" live. EDIT:Did some tests myself and factoring Link rules, "Legacy of Hero" + Blazeman/Poly combo proved to be unwieldy, since while they allow for more Fusion plays, without Linked Zones you get stuck; I doubt Bahamut Shark will be an option either for the same limitation on Linked Zones. Until a Link monster is released that requires Warriors or HEROes, it may be better to stick with Dark Law and Mask Change OTK plays.

But wouldn't you in the case of factoring Link Rules with Legacy of a HERO in general case's fuse over your current Fusion Monster to get a new one if you have yet to get a Link Monster out where through that it fuels a Legacy of a HERO. Darj
You would need Polymerization to Summon a Fusion using a Fusion as material, since Miracle Fusion would banish it instead, and that's easier said than done, especially if you already used it for that Fusion you already have; also spending your Fusion for another Fusion is kind of a wasteful play except then taking advantage of it, like when using A-Zero. Not to mention that if you don't have another HERO Fusion in grave yet you will have to wait for that second Fusion to reach the grave to make Legacy live; I guess that's where Mask or Form Changes can assist. To be honest I didn't test Vyon, who is capable of recovering the Poly plus doubles as Mask Change target for Dark Law, but unlike Blazeman it isn't searchable by Hero lives nor E-Call; it may be worth a try, but still, making Legacy live was too much of a hassle in my rough tests. Even as a 1-of that can double as Monk fodder, it wasn't live enough. By the way, Avian's Level3 got in the way of some Rank4 plays, plus it isn't searchable by Monk for whatever that's worth, so for a vanilla HERO you should better off with Clayman in the meantime.
