some basic motion graphics and some free tools

I am new in animation, i have used after effects for some basic motion graphics and some free tools, but recently i have found the Muvizu and also heard about the blender and Goanimate but don't know which is best to create custom whiteboard animation with ease?
Please suggest me the best tool where i can easily create the explainer videos and whiteboard animation.

This really isn't the best place for you to be asking about animation programs, considering the bulk of us don't do animated projects.

• Aftereffects is pretty nice, but price is an issue (like it is for all Adobe products). I've used it before, but only for video projects in high school.
• Muvizu/Goanimate are iffy [never heard of them until now], so can't help you there. Also price tags.
• Blender's free, so that goes well for it. Haven't exactly used it much (though I know there's a member here who does use Blender for card art)

But really, what kind of quality do you want (or rather, what is this for)?
