Expelsword
Continuous Trap"Pay 1000 Life Points to activate this card. Each time a monster(s) is Summoned, the controller of the Summoned monster must send cards from the top of their Deck to the Graveyard equal to the Level(s) of the Summoned monster(s)." Previously, this card may have been too powerful because it hurt your opponent too much. Now, I think it would be too helpful to its controller... How many cards is too many to mill? GarlandChaos
The fact that it's a trap and not a spell hinders it a bit, but other than that it's a damn good card, especially in Infernoids, which already mill like nuts. Shame Skull Servants can't really use it, though...

Babymon
Would have been good prior to spell/trap/monster effect now having multiple effects that go off whether they are on the field or in the grave. Consider the new spell card that let's you mill your deck equal to the difference between you and your opponent deck size.
