Sexual misconduct is a serious offense, yes, but then again, there are females who want to play the victim card and blame it on men while they're the ones who actually do it. Maybe this was the case here, but unless we hear the other side of the story, what's to say if Doe actually DID have oral sex with her and provoked this, or Jones is just making this up to grab attention to move away from her own misdeeds. Denying a case/hearing for a sexual assault case on any grounds is absolute bullcrap - because then neither side will be able to present their viewpoints on the matter to someone who can settle the situation.
