I enjoyed 8 and Double Dash more.Double Dash was the last bad mario kart. the floaty mechanics are godawful compared to the more modern games tbh. The team mechanic is the only saving grace for that for me because of how unique it was in the series. They perfected the mechanics in DS. MK8 is hands down the best one though.
