WaffleCone
Some support for the Charmer/Familiar-Possessed series of cards, as well as Unpossessed and their Spiritual Art traps. Check out http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Charmer if you want to reference the base Charmers and their related cards. Constructive criticism always welcome. **Update 1: Minor change to Familiar City, added 2 Extra Deck Monsters [spoiler=Support] [spoiler=Lore]When a "Familiar-Possessed" monster is Special Summoned from the Deck: You can increase its Level by 2 and ATK by 600, also if it was an EARTH, WATER, FIRE or WIND monster; draw 1 card. Once per turn: You can change 1 face-down "Charmer" monster you control to face-up Defense Position. You can shuffle 1 card from your hand into the Deck: Target 1 monster your opponent controls, then declare an Attribute; it becomes that Attribute. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects while you control a monster owned by your opponent. You can only activate 1 "Charming Art - Familiar City" per turn. [spoiler=Lore]When this card is activated: You can add 1 "Charmer" or "Charming Art" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Charming Art - Charmer's Club". Once per turn, when a face-down monster you control is flipped face-up: You can add 1 "Unpossessed" or 1 "Spiritual" Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. "Charmer" and "Familiar-Possessed" monsters you control cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. [spoiler=Lore]Target 1 "Charmer" or "Familiar-Possessed" monster you control: Special Summon 1 "Charmer" or "Familiar-Possessed" monster from your hand or Deck with a different Attribute from that monster in face-up or face-down Defense Position. If a "Charmer" or "Familiar-Possessed" monster would be destroyed by battle or card effect while this card is in your Graveyard, you can banish this card instead. [spoiler=Lore]Flip 1 face-down Defense Position "Charmer" monster you control to face-up Attack or Defense Position, then you can add 1 "Charmer" or "Familiar-Possessed" monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand with a different Attribute from that monster. [spoiler=Lore]If you control a "Charmer" or "Familiar-Possessed" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Summoned: You can add 1 "Charming Art" card from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn: You can change the Attribute of this card. You can only Special Summon "Charmer's Familiar" once per turn. [spoiler=Extra Deck Monsters] [spoiler=Lore]1 "Charmer" monster + 1 monster with a different Attribute from that monsterMust first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards you control and/or from either Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) While face-up on the field, this card is not treated as any Attribute. Once per turn: You can target 1 banished "Charmer" monster; shuffle it into the Deck, then Special Summon 1 monster from either Graveyard to your opponent's side of the field, but its effects are negated. [spoiler=Lore]2 Level 6 "Familiar-Possessed" monstersOnce per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then declare 1 Attribute; for the rest of this turn, face-up monsters on your opponent's field become the declared Attribute, monsters in your opponent's possession with that Attribute cannot activate their effects, also they cannot attack. MUDKIPISAWESOME!!!
First, I just want to thank you for supporting this fun Archetype. Yes, it's a big pile of trash right now, but people like you are helping to fix that, so thank you. Now for the cards.I think the Field Spell should be changed to "Charming Area - Familiar City" because then you could in theory do a whole set of "Charming Area" Field Spells, perhaps with each Charmer getting their own Charming Area, preferably with Wynn's referencing Gusto secretly as she was one of them according to some such Duel Terminal thing or other and with Eria's referencing Gishki because it's rumored she was one of them. I would also change the wording of the first affect to say "Also" instead of "Then" as otherwise you will not be able to draw a card if the change to Level and ATK of the Monster somehow gets stopped.Charmer's Club could also be made into a Charming Area card fairly easily. The card seems very nice, not overpowered because the Monsters are bad(*sob*).Field Trip seems like a good way to get the Charmers of the right Attribute out quickly, and protects them from destruction once, so good.Tease looks a little…off, somehow, but I can't figure out how so ignore me there. I like that it auto triggers the Charmers.

I guess I also wanted to avoid emphasizing any of the Charmers above any of the other ones, as well as not forcing a player to choose between Familiar City and Charmer Club. I would also change the wording of the first affect to say "Also" instead of "Then" as otherwise you will not be able to draw a card if the change to Level and ATK of the Monster somehow gets stopped. Very good point, changed that.
MUDKIPISAWESOME!!!
Nice, like the Extra Deck cards. I think maybe Harau would be better if she was treated as no Attribute but then gained Attributes for each "Charmer" Monster you Flip Summon, allowing her to be easily used to Special Summon any "Familiar-Possessed" but that may just be me.
